Building information modelling (BIM) is a digital technological-change that aid the transformation of construction industry delivery processes from its traditional methods into a digitalised model full of information. BIM has been identified as a modern delivery technology that is revolutionising construction industry operation globally, with capacity to reduce inefficiencies, improved performance, and enhancing productivities through increasing collaboration and communication among project team throughout the project lifecycle. Despite this benefits, its acceptance have remain low due to lack of knowledge and skills required for it adoption and lack of competent BIM graduate injection to the industry. The paper aim at accessing the academic readiness of Higher Education Institution (HEIs) in Malaysia. To achieve this, the study first seeks industrial experts' opinions using interviews to evaluate their expectations from HEIs in the production of BIM competent workforce to the industry. Secondly the study employed an online questionnaire survey for HEIs' educators seeking to assess academic readiness for the production of employable BIM competent graduate to the industry. However, the paper submits that more is needed by HEIs to be academically ready for BIM to be integrated to HEIs academic programs. Also the study acknowledged that academic readiness will facilitates the realisation of institutional roles of the education sector of the industry and thus, prompting the review of curriculum to adequately take care of industrial needs as regards BIM competent graduate production.

Many education institutions or organizations have started to incorporate information technology into their learning modules to facilitate and motivate their students in learning better during their studies. Among the most recently developed using information technology platform is Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), a free online learning platform. However, due to its self learning feature, many MOOCs recorded declining students' engagement rate‥ Incorporating gamification component in MOOC can engage students to be more active in using MOOC for their studies. Hence, The purpose of this study is to develop a framework in order to implement gamification in MOOC effectively. This paper will take into account reviews of MOOC with gamification globally to further understand its effectiveness.

Artifact evaluation is important as it helps to validate and provide direct attention to the artifact's rigor, usefulness, clarity and completeness in the field of design science. In the case of Knowledge Audit Process for Inter-agencies (KAP-I) Framework, both formative and summative evaluation were implemented to ensure all evaluation criteria are met. The summative evaluation for the artifact was carried out through a structured walkthrough, a technique in simulation that provides feedbacks from the real world. An inter-agencies collaboration case study was engaged to simulate the framework. A total of six suggestions of amendments were addressed. The positive comments gathered and highlighted from the summative evaluation exercise proved that the formative evaluation had been well served. Despite the changes made towards the refined KAP-I Framework, the main processes and flows of the KAP-I Framework remain and it also proved that the KAP-I Framework is fit for the inter-agencies setup and KAP-I Framework has achieved its rigor, usefulness, clarity and completeness.

Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is a structured way of conducting a review of existing research works produced by the earlier researchers. The application of right data analysis technique during the SLR evaluation stage would give an insight to the researcher in achieving the SLR objective. This paper presents how descriptive analysis and text analysis can be applied to achieve one of the common SLR objectives which is to study the progress of specific research domain. These techniques have been demonstrated to synthesis the progress of Master Data Management research domain. Using descriptive analysis technique, this study has identified a trend of related literary works distribution by years, sources, and publication types. Meanwhile, text analysis shows the common terms and interest topics in the Master Data Management research which are 1) master data, 2) data quality, 3) business intelligence, 4) business process, 5) data integration, 6) big data, 7) data governance, 8) information governance, 9) data management and 10) product data. It is hoped that other researchers would be able to replicate these analysis techniques in performing SLR for other research domains.

Many HCI researchers are keen in producing accessible computer applications for the users. However, not many of these findings focus on disable user especially the blind. Most of the technological advancement meant for the blind user is in the form of assistive technologies mainly screen reader. Blind user has highlighted the inefficiency of screen reader as well as other unobtainable and expensive assistive technologies. This paper proposes the use of touch sensation as one of the essential design element to exist alongside with other multimedia design elements. A prototype was developed incorporating the multimedia design elements and was tested among blind users to measure the usability score. The result indicates that touch sensation plays an important role in improving the representation of a computer application to blind. Associating touch sensation in improving the accessibility of computer application has produced totally new experience to the blind users in perceiving information thus enhanced the learning process altogether.

Transforming the conventional ways of teaching programming is essential to help lecturer to retain student's engagement with the academic matter. One of the approach is to improve the conventional ways of teaching by activating the collaborative aspect among students through the support of discussion forum. However, some concerns growth regarding the participation from the student. The use of discussion forum sometimes is incapable to spark participation among students. Gamification has grown attention among researchers to be applied in engaging students in programming courses. Thus, this research hypothesis the embedding of gamification as one of an interesting solution to attract students' engagement through the support of discussion forum.

This paper highlights the relevant curricular and pedagogical ideas on how to evaluate students in learning computer programming. It explores the literature in the area of programming skills development towards constructive alignment in outcome-based education. Research on teaching computer programming has led to numerous practices, instructional theories, and empirical results for computer science pedagogy. The change towards constructivism seems promising in establishing a systematic computer programming skills development in the future. Three main areas that affect students learning computer programming are teaching approach, computer programming language selection, and programming development environment. The outcome of this paper is a conceptual approach that covers (1) the teaching and learning alignment as unit of analysis (2) a holistic approach on how programming skills are developed, (3) an emphasis on activities and (4) the importance of providing guidelines for lecturers.

e-collaboration tools help researchers in conducting research in an online environment and produce better research outcomes. However, previous researches show that not all researchers willing to participate in e-collaboration and they still prefer to continue using traditional research practices and facilities. The resistances of user to participate in the e-collaboration are dependent on the user's behavior on making decision to take part and also the functions of technology provided. The reasons of why researchers reluctant to use e-collaboration are related to trust issues, lacking of peer support, self-motivation and experience of difficulty. Drawing from that, this study will investigates the factors influencing researcher's participation in e-collaboration from the perspectives of researcher's knowledge sharing behavior and technological. The factors identified can be used to enhance the e-collaboration tools that can help researchers conducting their research in online environment.

Social CRM is an evolution of CRM systems that now includes social media as an important component with many companies using social CRM to facilitate customer engagement. The use of social CRM in the higher education industry lags behind many other industries primarily because social CRM models do not exist for higher education. This research aims to provide the critical success factors for implementing a social CRM system for higher education institutions in Jakarta, Indonesia. A questionnaire was sent to fifty eight private universities in Jakarta. Each questionnaire had one hundred thirteen questions which were sent to top level higher education officials in order to understand the critical success factors needed to build a social CRM model. Seventeen universities replied and sixteen critical success factors were identified as core components after performing a statistical technique named Principle Component Analysis (PCA).

E-learning service quality able to show the success of the delivery and design of the system by understanding the users' preferences. Moreover, the distinction between learning content and website content need to be parallel whereby both will influence each other and affect users' perception and satisfaction. After the study has concluded, concern arises on how the factors of E-learning in service quality affect the quality of e-learning system in education. Moreover, knowing that user is a pillar of e-learning system, this research intended to find out whether the user satisfaction has any influence on e-learning system quality. System design, system delivery and system outcome been used as a platform for measuring the success of e-learning system. Three influencing factors have been chosen as attributes in collecting data through the survey; User Satisfaction, System Quality, and Information Quality. Results from the analysis have shown that respondents from Al Madinah University were satisfied with the student portal site.
