Da Ludoterapia Não-Diretiva à Ludoterapia Centrada na Criança –Desenvolvimento Histórico 从非指导性游戏疗法到以儿童为中心的游戏疗法——历史发展

The development of the Person-Centered Approach was divided into phases that presents the attitudes that are part of therapeutic relationship, regardless of the public served. However, in the specificity of child psychotherapy, the theoretical and practical development of the approach points to the existence of peculiarities. This study aims to present, through narrative literature review, based on Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics, the possible characteristics related to the child therapy, starting from a return to the PCA phases. We discuss the foundations of child therapy in Rogers and Axline's classic perspective, understanding how child play therapy is characterized in non-directive, reflective, experiential and post-Rogerian phases. We discuss contemporary proposals in the European, American, and Brazilian contexts. We conclude that this delimitation enables a clearer perception of changes and improvements amongst to the Rogers and Axline's pioneering work, always having as its axis the relational dimension and the tendency to growth as a motor of the therapeutic process. This paper discusses the importance of the corporal and implicit dimension of the experience for the theory and practice of Gestalt-Therapy psychotherapy. We believe in a model of clinical practice that leans on this affective dimension. We start with a brief exploration of the notion of self as a process of contact, emphasizing the pre-contact and the id function of the self as the moment of the common dimension of the experience we share with the world and with the other. As we understand it, the id function is predominantly sensory, based on corporeality, being configured as a fundamental support for the experience of the difference and the novelty. From this, we propose a dialogue with Daniel Stern, exploring his concepts of vitality affect and affective attunement to affirm that our communication with the other is established not only by the way of speech, by formal thought, explicit and reflective, but also by an affective and vital dimension. From these notions, we discuss the concept of Gestalt-Therapy's awareness, differentiating it from the notion of reflective consciousness and considering it a kind of "bodily knowledge" and implicit experience, apprehended when relating to otherness. Finally, we conclude that psychotherapeutic work and dialogue constitute a relationship of coaffectation that generates deviations, "dis-centerment", and transformations. A teoria do sonho de F. S. perls: evolução, problemas teóricos e práticos 珀尔斯的梦理论:进化、理论与实践问题

The dream theory created by F. S. Perls, traditionally, has been characterized as a projection or an existential message. However, this description only represents a simplistic explanation of the broader and original conceptualization of the dream phenomenon developed by Perls. In this regard, in this paper an orderly exposition of the perlsian theory of the dream is done, as well as a critical analysis of the propositions on which it is based, paying special attention to the errors inherent in it and its implications in clinical practice. It is concluded that the perlsian theory of the oneiric evolved in three stages, namely, original model of the dream, model of correspondence and classical model of the dream, each of which constitutes, in its own right, a theory of the dream in which it defines the dream phenomenon in a particular way and is attributed to specific psychological and therapeutic functions, as well as a specific work methodology. Fenomenologia e Psicologia da Saúde: Uma Análise da Produção Acadêmica Brasileira 现象学与健康心理学:巴西学术成果分析

This study aimed to investigate the contributions of Phenomenology to Health Psychology based on Brazilian academic production. A search in the SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PePSIC (Electronic Psychology Journals) and LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature) databases was performed and thirteen papers published between 2000 and 2018 were selected and analyzed. It was found that Phenomenology contributes in many ways while Edmund Husserl's epistemology, as well as an approach that presents a view of the world and human beings by means of a number of phenomenologists, and as a philosophical phenomenological method adapted to Psychology by various authors. As far as Health Psychology is concerned, research brings an understanding of the health-disease-care process both by the analysis of the experiences of users who turn to health services as well as by professional psychologists' practice within a biopsychosocial perspective. A plurality of theoretical conceptions and methodological pathways is observed both when it comes to Phenomenology and Health Psychology, thus further studies on Health Psychology stemming from the contributions of Phenomenology are promising. A Angústia Existencial como Disposição Afetiva Fundamental para a Prática Psicoterápica 存在焦虑作为心理治疗实践的基本情感倾向

Anguish is a fundamental concept in the phenomenological-existential clinic. This affective disposition has in Martin Heidegger's work a privilege over other dispositions, since it, in its ontological character, is the engine of human existence. This paper aims to understand anguish as revealing the truth of Being-there in the psychotherapeutic process, based on the contributions of philosopher Heidegger and his commentators, especially exponents of phenomenological-existential psychology. Questions such as "What is the truth of Being-there?" And "What does anguish reveal about this truth?" Guided the construction of this work. The study is characterized as a qualitative research, whose methodology is bibliographic research. The results indicated that anguish reveals the truth of Being-there. What we call the truth is the essence of this being: having to be. It points to its ontological character of openness, its possibilities, its own power-being, freedom and the unveiling of the meaning of Being. Finally, the ontological anguish, not restricted to the psychotherapeutic process, moves Being-there and reveals possibilities that, by their very nature. through care makes its uniqueness possible. Thus, it is essential for the psychotherapist to understand distress, facilitating the patient's appropriation and accountability of what it reveals. Micro-Fenomenología de la Subjetividad del Psicoterapeuta Sistémico 系统心理治疗师主体性的微观现象学

Systemic psychological therapy takes place in a relational context, where the subjectivities of the consultants and the therapists interact. Traditional research has focused more on the characteristics of the consultants than on the subjectivity of the therapist. Hence, "third person" perspectives have been privileged. The few studies that investigate the subjectivity of the therapist resort to introspective, interpretive and prescriptive methodologies. How to access the subjectivity of the therapist from different perspectives than those offered by "third person" observation and "first person" introspection? The purpose of the article is to explore, through the micro-phenomenological method, how the subjectivity of the therapist is shown in the first impression of a consultant. To do this, interviews were conducted with six therapists. The results show that en-active emotionality appears as an invariant of the therapist's subjectivity; and that this invariant operates as an "intelligent motivation", which enters "into action" in the course of the intersubjective relationship itself and permanently monitors and guides the therapeutic process. The results allow us to consider, on the one hand, that traditional research has undervalued the importance of en-active emotions in the therapeutic process; and, on the other, that the qualitative improvement of therapy implies not only recognizing this invariant, but also cultivating it. The purpose of the article is to explore, through the micro-phenomenological method, how the subjectivity of the therapist is shown in the first impression of a consultant. To do this, interviews were conducted with six therapists. The results show that en-active emotionality appears as an invariant of the therapist's subjectivity; and that this invariant operates as an \"intelligent motivation\", which enters \"into action\" in the course of the intersubjective relationship itself and permanently monitors and guides the therapeutic process. The results allow us to consider, on the one hand, that traditional research has undervalued the importance of en-active emotions in the therapeutic process; and, on the other, that the qualitative improvement of therapy implies not only recognizing this invariant, but also cultivating it. A Pessoa com Deficiência Intelectual e a Compreensão de sua Existência 智障人士及其对其存在的理解

Often people with intellectual disabilities (ID) are not recognised as capable of attributing meanings to their existence because they have an intellectual limitation. However, they can understand various psychological issues in their lives. Based on the Sartrian existential psychology, the objective of this study is to investigate how the person with ID understands his/her existence, from the meanings they attribute to themselves and their relationships. The phenomenological method was chosen for data collection and analysis. Ten adults with ID participated, students of a Special School in Curitiba. The results showed feelings of loneliness and abandonment on the part of the participants, resulting from absence of affect and dialogue with others; the anguish before their freedom, in a context where they are not allowed to make authentic choices; the difficulty of understanding their feelings, and the desire to value their emotions; the school as the place where they find greatest opportunities for relationships, but where reflection on the everyday situations they experience is limited. It is argued that these existential aspects must be considered in the studies and services directed to people with ID, so that their freedom is recognized, enabling the construction of their existential project. The objective is to describe the main features of the sympathy phenomenon from Max Scheler's phenomenology. The central problem is to show how sympathy shows itself as a privileged "place" for understanding the experiences of others, because it implies a psychic-affective unification with whom one sympathizes or welcomes. However, compassion and co-rejoicing cannot be understood as the apprehension of psychic contents unrelated to the reproduction of the feelings of the other, mistakenly equating sympathizing with affective contagion. Thus, first, some reasons and ways of transformations of anthropologies and historical consolidation of the modern ratio that led to such mistake are outlined. Then, after distinguishing the plural forms of sympathy, showing its law of internal reasoning, it is discussed in what sense sympathy is to suffer and to rejoice by spelling out its intentional structure. To know the other, however, is not only to unite affectionately with others, but the free decision, proper of a spiritual being, to take part in the opening of the personal being of others, to participate in their intentional acts. Este estudio ejemplifica como las ideas heideggerianas pueden ser de utilidad en psicologia acercandolas a la Logoterapia de Viktor Frankl. Aunque Frankl haya estudiado el trabajo del filosofo, su teoria no se basa principalmente en la Analitica del Dasein. En este articulo, los conceptos clave de la Logoterapia se discuten como una posibilidad de la comprension psicologica de la Analitica de Heidegger. Los conceptos de Frankl como la autotrascendencia, el sentido de la vida, los valores, la noodinamica y la frustracion existencial se presentan como implicaciones psicologicas de las estructuras existenciales presentadas por Heidegger, como ser-en-el-mundo, poder-ser, posibilidad y disposicion afectiva. Despite this it has been considered difficult to understand and to apply at the psychological level. This study exemplifies how heideggerian ideas can be of use in psychology by approaching them to Viktor Frankl's Logotherapy. Though Frankl had studied the philosopher's work, his theory is not primarily based on Heidegger's Dasein Analytic. In this article, Logotherapy's key concepts are discussed as a possibility of Heidegger's analytic psychological understanding. Frankl's concepts like self-transcendence, meaning of life, values, noodynamics and existential frustration are presented as psychological implications of Heidegger's existential structures like being-in-the-world, potentiality of being, possibility, and disposition. portuguesA obra do filosofo Martin Heidegger e determinante para o desenvolvimento da psicologia fenomenologico-existencial. A Fenomenologia como Base Epistemológica e Ética do Movimento Desalienista na França e no Brasil 现象学作为法国和巴西去异化主义运动的认识论和伦理基础

espanolEste articulo tiene como objetivo presentar la fenomenologia como base epistemologica y etica del movimiento desalienista de la psicoterapia institucional en Francia y de la Reforma Psiquiatrica en Brasil. Describimos estos dos movimientos y los principales nombres que formaron parte de sus historias en interlocucion con la fenomenologia, reflexionando sobre como esta puede ser considerada una base para la practica de profesionales de la salud mental insertados en este contexto que esta en plena transformacion. (Re)discutir tales bases nos parece de fundamental importancia para reafirmar el sentido epistemologico y etico necesario que fundamenta ambos procesos. Concluimos que la fenomenologia se presento y aun se presenta como una via de cuestionamiento de las practicas en salud mental y ofrece el fundamento para pensar una practica que busca el encuentro con los sujetos y no solo con la enfermedad mental y para el proceso de desinstitucionalizacion de los enfermos mentales. portuguesEste artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a fenomenologia como base epistemologica e etica do movimento desalienista da psicoterapia institucional na Franca e da Reforma Psiquiatrica no Brasil. EnglishThis article aims to present the phenomenology as the epistemological and ethical basis of the desalienist movement of institutional psychotherapy in France and the Psychiatric Reform in Brazil. We describe these two movements and the main names that were part of their stories in interlocution with phenomenology, reflecting on how this can be considered a basis for the practice of mental health professionals inserted in this context that is in full transformation. To discuss such bases seems to us to have a fundamental importance in order to reaffirm the necessary epistemological and ethical sense that underlies both processes. We conclude that phenomenology has been presented and still presents itself as a way of questioning mental health practices and offers the basis to think of a practice that seeks the encounter with the subjects and not only with the mental illness, as well as the process of deinstitutionalization of the mentally ill.

We describe these two movements and the main names that were part of their stories in interlocution with phenomenology, reflecting on how this can be considered a basis for the practice of mental health professionals inserted in this context that is in full transformation. To discuss such bases seems to us to have a fundamental importance in order to reaffirm the necessary epistemological and ethical sense that underlies both processes.
