The layout scheme of photovoltaic cell arrays has the most significant impact on the total power generation in a large photovoltaic power plant. Here, a simple optimum layout scheme for single-axis tracking photovoltaic systems using PVSYST is proposed. First, the photovoltaic array reference spaces in north-south and east-west orientation are determined following the actual engineering experience. Then, using the power generation capacity of unit cost as the optimization function, the photovoltaic array spaces are meshed twice to obtain the optimization parameters. In the process of microtarget assembling, the geometrical parameters of the microtarget need to be measured in real-time by the online detection system with four-axis linkage. So the moving performance and positioning accuracy of every motorized axis are crucial to the measurement. This paper proposed a new motion control technique for linear translation stages with stepper motor. The control algorithm was realized on field programmable gate array (FPGA) and digital signal processor (DSP), and met the high-efficiency and high-precision measurement requirements. An efficient and optimized speed control performance was achieved by using a method that was based on speed-difference driving and speed-table supplying, and a high-precision, closed-loop positioning control performance which has an error less than +0.3μm was achieved by using a method that was based on position feedback, position-window restriction and time-window restriction.

In order to improve the stiffness and reduce the weight of the main support structure of space camera, some problems in the truss design were taken into account in this paper. A 4-layer multi-truss made of carbon fiber composite was used in the main support structure for designing a kind of space camera with 7m focal length, relative aperture 1:6. The angles between trusses, pole cross section and pole connector were designed in detailed. A finite element analysis method is employmented to analyzed the structural characteristic of the main support structure, which materials include M40 carbon fiber composite materials, SiC/A and TC4 etc. The results of analysis indicates that the weight of the main truss support structure is only 318 kilograms weight, 80 Hz for the first-order natural frequency, which can meet the requirements of the space camera specifications.

As the complex characteristics of underwater acoustic communication channel, the underwater acoustic communication data rate is limited. In order to realize the underwater voice communication, the required speech data compression rate should be much higher. So we select TLV320AIC12 and AMBE-3000 to realize the design of voice codec module. The TLV320AIC12 is a high-performance A/D & D/A chip with programmable input and output gain control, and AMBE-3000 is the latest vocoder which is based on the AMBE voice compression algorithm. Using this designed module, the call voice is clear and legible at the rate of 2.0∼2.4kbps which is a very low compression bit rate. The system features flexible speech coding rate, high cost-effective, low power consumption and many other advantages, which will build a good hardware platform for the long-distance underwater speech communication.

In complex process concurrency control, most researchers mainly come up with solutions to some detail problems, as well as the barber model problem. Through analysis and research of barber problems, this paper divides them into three kinds of models, including simple model, standard model and enhanced version. It proposed solutions respectively by indicating the key points of barber problems, such as special case of producer and consumer problems, try-p mechanism and synchronization of processes. Furthermore, there exist some kinds of rules to reference based on p-v primitives and semaphore mechanisms, especially for those complex concurrency processes.

Microgrid is a newly proposed organization of distributed generation system. It can operate in net-connected mode and islanded mode, when the operation switches between the two types of mode, the variety power will emerge. If this happens, the level of the system voltage will be fluctuating in a wide range, and the system frequency will also be fluctuating in an unacceptable range. The load power supply will be influenced seriously. To minimize the influence on load power supply, in this paper we adopt two different types of control strategy: invariable power control and invariable voltage control. Appling them to the distributed generators in different operation mode, we established simulation models. The result proves that the control strategy is valid.

In order to standardize the procedure of digital forensics, on the basis of the deep research on existing computer forensic models, a digital forensic model based on data fusion is proposed, which carries out time constraint and legal restriction in linear course control and forensic supervision to the whole forensic process. The establishment of political-legal and judicial certificate authority departments will bring about the mutual trust and recognition not only among the related departments but also between them and the court during the entire evidentiary process. Finally, the model system submits the evidence chain and the chain of forensic supervision to the court, which improves the legal effect of electronic evidence.

Feature fusion method has improved steganographic detection performance based on classical feature, however there are some drawbacks of this: without analysing the correlation of the basic features, it's only a simple combination of features and lacks standard for features selection; serial fusion feature always has high dimension, which will lead great time cost and possibility of “curse of dimensionality”. In this paper, we proposed a novel framework for measuring the feature selection and fusing two selected feature sets in steganographic detection field, based on KCCA theory. KCCA feature fusion method can outperform single feature and achieve similar performance to serial feature fusion method in steganographic detection field, while only costing 1/10∼1/8 of original time. So it has better practicability.

The paper combines rough set theory and adaptive genetic algorithm to enhance color image. First, regard the image as a knowledge system, and adopt classification method of rough set theory to combine image color attribute and noise attribute to classify the image, and then come into image boundary region and apply different enhancement algorithms to enhance the image. During rough set classification, use adaptive genetic algorithm to optimize threshold to obtain a best classification result. As image enhancement can be effectively carried out through practical application and verification, therefore, such algorithm has some certain application value.
