The paper describes the hub'flop amount measuring machine control system design and basic principle in detail. The whole control system uses MC9S12DP256 as the core of the device for measurement, control and data analysis, which can be used as the controller of the measuring instrument to control and communication with PC data transfer control. The peripheral interfaces are distributed according to the control system requirements and to achieve precise control of the stepper motor as well as the probe start and stop within a specified amount of pre-press up and down, horizontal movement through MC9S12DP256.

Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a recently proposed intelligent algorithm which is motivated by swarm intelligence. PSO has been shown to perform well on many benchmark and real-world optimization problems, it easily falls into local optima when solving complex multimodal problems. This paper aims to enhance the performance of PSO in complex optimization problems and proposes an improved PSO variant by incorporating a novel mutation operator. Experimental studies on some well-known benchmark problems show that our approach achieves promising results.

A new algorithm based on improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) of cubic splines is proposed for multiple mobile robot path planning. The center path is described by string of cubic splines, thus the path planning is equivalent to parameter optimization of particular cubic splines. Improved PSO is introduced to get the optimal path for its fast convergence and global search character. PD controller is adopted to tracking the center optimal path. Experimental results show that a collision-avoidance path can be found effectively among obstacles and each other by the proposed algorithm.

The paper proposes a new measurement method of angular acceleration for photoelectric servo turntable. Piezoelectric angular acceleration sensor is used to measure angular acceleration directly, Adaptive FIR filter based on LMS algorithm is established on DSP, by which angular acceleration signal can be filtered and corrected errors adaptively, then angular acceleration signals can be measured adaptively. This method avoids measurement errors and calculation noise by computing angular acceleration indirectly, thus improving measurement precision and making measurement results better than traditional methods. The gotten angular acceleration can be sent to servo control mechanism as feed forward control signals to improve control effects of servo turntable significantly.

This research focuses on the flapping wing mechanism design for the micro air vehicle model. The paper starts with analysis the topological structure characteristics of Single-Crank Double-Rocker mechanism. Following the design procedure, all of the possible combinations of flapping mechanism which contains not more than 6 components were generated. The design procedure is based on Hong-Sen Yan's creative design theory for mechanical devices. This research designed 31 different types of mechanisms, which provide more directions for the design and fabrication of the micro air vehicle model.

In this paper we present a bandwidth optimization scheduling method based on CAN (Controller Area Network) network. We construct a CAN network structure that contains a BOM (Bandwidth Optimize Manager), which is used to limit the bandwidth occupancy rate of part of control sub-systems, and implement dynamically allocation for network bandwidth resources in the CAN control system. By comparing the value of the weighted summation between the control performance and network transmission performance, BOM selects part of control sub-systems with better overall performance, and pre-estimates the amount of bandwidth allocation of meeting the lowest bound of system's real-time transmission by autoregressive model. Simulation results show that our method can effectively allocate the bandwidth and reduce bandwidth demand, and greatly improve the overall performance of the CAN system.

Electric loading system is an important part of flight simulator. A control scheme based on proportional integral differential neural network (PIDNN) is proposed against the highly nonlinear and vulnerable of flight simulator electric loading system, and simulated by Matlab. Firstly analyze and study the model of the electric loading system, and theoretically analyze its disturbance from outside environment, and consequently ratiocinate the system formula. Then take use of superior adaptive function of PIDNN controller to control the model. The simulation experiment result shows that the PIDNN has nice properties of static and dynamic and robustness, so it can meet the need of real-time control, and is good preference for the electric loading system.

Differing from the traditional mechanical and hydrokinetic-mechanical graders and basing on the power transmission principles of static hydraulic grader, this paper describes the mechanism that the reasonable matching optimization of the operating point of component parts can reduce significantly the fuel consumption of the whole machine, brings forward the fuzzy energy-saving method for the static hydraulic grader. Taking the grader gears as the control basis, the corresponding engine speed together with the displacement parameters of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are outputted by the fuzzy adaptive controlling method and thus enable the grader transmission system adapt to the frequent changes of external load while fulfill the energy-saving target. A prototype is developed to test the abovementioned energy-saving method in the light and heavy load conditions, and the test result shows that the energy-saving method proposed here in this paper can save energy for more than 10% than the traditional transmission system and thus a good energy-saving effect is achieved.

As we known, time-interleaved analog-to-digital converters (TIADC) is effective on increasing the system sampling rate. But the gain, offset and time mismatches among the sub-ADCs introduce undesirable noise into the system and degrade the overall performance seriously. This paper describes a post calibration method with digital filter banks to remove the gain and time mismatch errors. These digital filters, whose coefficients are according to weighted least square (WLS) criteria, are carried out with poly-phase structure. Simulation results show that this method can significantly improve the spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) and signal to noise ratio (SNR) of TIADC system.
