Nutrient Film Technique based Hydroponic System Using Fuzzy Logic Control 基于营养膜技术的模糊控制水培系统

Vegetables are nutrients that are needed by the human body. The Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) based Hydroponic system is typically used to produce vegetables on small farms that can accelerate the harvest time with high-quality products. One of the most important parameters in hydroponics is the providing of appropriate amounts of nutrients based on the age of the plant. In this study, the NFT-based hydroponic system has been designed by using fuzzy logic control. The set point value of Electrical Conductivity (EC) of the nutrient solution is predicted by image processing of HSV Histogram of the pakcoy mustard plant. The result of the experiment showed that the fuzzy logic control has been able to provide nutrients in accordance with the age of the plant with an error rate of 8.9%.
蔬菜是人体所需要的营养物质。基于营养膜技术(NFT)的水培系统通常用于小型农场生产蔬菜,可以加快收获时间,生产高质量的产品。水培法最重要的参数之一是根据植物的年龄提供适量的养分。在本研究中,采用模糊逻辑控制设计了基于nft的水培系统。通过对芥菜植株HSV直方图进行图像处理,预测营养液电导率的设定值。实验结果表明,模糊逻辑控制能够按照植物的年龄提供营养,误差率为8.9%。

Design and Validation of Asynchronous Inter FPGA Transceivers for Inter Processor Communication 处理器间通信异步FPGA收发器的设计与验证

Design, implementation and testing of a high performance asynchronous inter processor communications in physical layers are presented in this paper. The performances of two asynchronous communication interface transceivers, namely a bit-level parallel handshaking interface (PHI) and a source synchronous interface (SSI) transceiver, are exposed. The both transceivers have been modeled in VHDL, implemented and tested on Cyclone III FPGA. They can be operated at 50MHz frequency clock and there is no data loses during communications. The performance measurement results shows that the single-bit SSI transceiver can reach end-to-end baud rate of about 4 Mbps for 8-bit data burst. The proposed PHI transceiver meanwhile can reach end-to-end baud rate of about 229 Mbps for 32-bit data burst and 50 MHz clock frequency. However, for short streams of data with working frequency of 50 Mhz, both interfaces can reach higher link-to-link baud-rate.

Analysis of User Acceptance Factors for Mobile Apps Browser Using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) on Generation Y 基于统一技术接受与使用理论(UTAUT)和任务技术契合度(TTF)的移动应用浏览器用户接受因素分析

UC Browser as a service provider of mobile browser has market share of 28.51% in Indoensian market that drove it into the most popular mobile browser. Many people have done review of UC Browser and they have personal argument based on the methodology. The data on google play describe that user complained about the problems occured in UC Browser. This impacts on the decrease of UC Browser monthly page view in 2016. Therefore, it is necessary to research on the user acceptance factor that affect the usage of UC Browser. This research combine Task Technology Fit (TTF) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with construct Attitude. Data collection was done using online questionnaires. For generation Y task characteristics, technology characteristic, task-technoogy fit, task comfortance, performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and usage intention have an effect on UC Browser usage. For Y generation, performance expectation, facilitating condition, and user attitude of UC Browser are not the things that affect UC Browser usage. Based on the test results, the acceptance of UC Browser of Y generation using the model TTF and development UTAUT with Attitude construct showed that the model is able to explain 54.9% of the variance in the formation of UC Browser usage behavior.

Experimental Modeling of Nano Power Generation using Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) from Incinerator Waste Heat 利用焚烧炉余热热发电机(TEG)纳米发电的实验建模

This paper presents experimental investigation of nano power generation, less than 1 kW size, using Thermoelectric Generator (TEG). The heat source is expected from waste temperature of incinerator, but in the laboratory experimental it was from electric heat source controlled by electronics device. A prototype of 0.02 kW system, comprising 24 modules of TEG bismuth telluride type connected in series, was built. The system is attached with cooling and temperature control to investigate the characteristics. Preliminary experiments and analytical models of electric output power as function of specific temperature were presented. An optimum output power could be set at a certain condition.

Fuzzy Analytic Network Process-based Automatized SWOT Analysis for Optimizing Generation of Vocational school Accreditation Report 基于模糊分析网络过程的自动化SWOT分析优化职业学校认证报告生成

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis is one of the common tabulation technique to evaluate internal and external environments for strategic planning and successfulness of an organization. Educational institution requires SWOT analysis to make strategic planning in order to meet accreditation requirements or well accredited and also to increase the number of raw input. There is still no particular method that related to SWOT analysis, especially in vocational school accreditation report. Furthermore, many steps have to be conducted, multiple resources involved, and time consuming processes have given impact on the accuracy of SWOT analysis report. We have developed a Fuzzy Analytic Network Process-based automatized SWOT analysis to improve the accuracy of vocational school accreditation report. The fuzzy system processed the respondent's questionnaire answers as the input, generating the SWOT quadrant, and then generated the priority of strategies based on the SWOT quadrant as the output using the FANP method. It used 8 variables as the input and 8 variables as its outputs. The data was collected through accreditation instruments issued by National School/Madrasah Accreditation Board which is used to evaluate the management system for vocational school that implements the Indonesian curriculum of 2013. The system output is compared to the data collected through the experts (certified accreditation assessor). The results showed that there was 84.78% accuracy of the system compare with expert opinion using the likert-scale on 2 sets of data test.

Non-Linear Spatio-Temporal Input Selection for Rainfall Forecasting Using Recurrent Neural Networks 基于递归神经网络的降雨预报非线性时空输入选择

Rainfall is an important component of the hydrologic cycle and is used for planning in various fields. Based on the White test it is known that some weather variables correlate non-linearly to rainfall. Meanwhile, from correlation testing it is known that the observed weather data from weather stations in a region are mutually correlated. Therefore, statistical modeling using autocorrelation and cross correlation is less appropriate because the assumption of linear correlation is not fulfilled. In this paper, a new framework is proposed for non-linear feature extraction using detrended partial crosscorrelation analysis and predictor input selection using symmetrical uncertainty as a way to determine optimal nonlinear input features in rainfall forecasting. Forecasting was performed simultaneously for 3 weather station locations in addition to taking into account the dependencies of observation time. This is called a non-linear spatio-temporal recurrent neural network. The result of the forecasting method shows that the model performed better than univariate/multivariate time series forecasting and a recurrent neural network without input selection.

Study of Petersen Coil Grounding System Inductance Variation on Ferroresonance in 150 kV Transformer 150kv变压器铁谐振时彼得森线圈接地系统电感变化的研究

This study dealt with the effect of inductance variation of Petersen coil grounding system on ferroresonance overvoltage in a power transformer transmission. The study was simulated by using ATPDraw. The switching operations with opened one-phase, two-phase, and three-phases were given as a transient that initiated ferroresonance. The output of ATPDraw performed the voltage responses of transformer on primary and secondary side. The results showed that the given inductance variation of Petersen coil on power transformer resulted in different ferroresonance voltage response on the transformer. Using 5 mH inductance would make the higher overvoltage, while using 95 mH inductance would make the lowest voltage peak response. When one-phase open fault occurred, using inductance in range 20 – 100 mH would make Fundamental mode of ferroresonance in phase R on the primary and secodary side of the power transformer. When two-phase open fault occurred, using inductance 95 mH would make Subharmonic mode of ferroresonance in phase R and Fundamental mode in phase S on primary and secondary side of the power transformer. The multistage steam turbine system is composed of high pressure turbines, medium pressure, and low pressure. The system response with turbine rotational speed has an integrator tendency. When using the PID controller on closed loop, the response has high overshoot, fast and no robust. In order for the system to have one-order response characteristics in the absence of overshoot, and robust capability, innovation of rotational speed settings is made. Then the PID-Fuzzy self-adaptive controller is designed. The PID-Fuzzy controller aims to improve the responses to first order, in particular eliminating overshoots, and improving the dynamic response using the reference model. The self-adaptive controller functions to adapt the controller parameters when the load changes. The existence of the maximum load, nominal, and minimal and then varied with the load up, down, and fluctuating. The system response is capable of returning to the 3000rpm setpoint, achieving a steady 99.3% time of 20-47.1 seconds, from simulation RMSE values respectively get 1,151%, 3,278%, and 4,058%.

Design of Buck Converter Based on Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Logic Controller 基于区间2型模糊控制器的Buck变换器设计

Buck converter is a DC-DC converter that serves to lower the voltage. One application of the use of buck converter is on wind turbine. The changing wind speed causes the generator output voltage to fluctuate. The problem can be solved by buck converter and its control. Buck converter can be controlled using interval type-2 fuzzy logic controller. This simulation uses Matlab 2013 with simulink module and interval type-2 fuzzy logic toolbox. The variations given are footprint of uncertainty values of ±0.1, ±0.2, and ±0.3. The type reduction uses Karnil and Mendel method and defuzzification uses Sugeno method. The best result design interval type-2 fuzzy logic controller is footprint of uncertainty values of ± 0.1. It has best transient-response specifications such as delay time of 0.314 ms, rise time of 0.864 ms, peak time of 1.094 ms, maximum overshoot of 1.5724 %, and settling time of 1.875 ms.

Electricity is a vital energy commodity for the sake of continuity of economic circulation of the nation. Electricity in Indonesia is supplied by National Electric Company (PLN). In 2017, the need for power reached 25.670MW. To monitor and maintains the quality of the supplied voltage, PLN formed a work unit that is the Electricity Load Management Center. The Electricity Load Management Center (P2B) is responsible for managing power plants and substations to meet the electricity demands. Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system assist the task of P2B as remote control of equipment that spread over the Java-Bali region. The increasing demand for electricity force PLN to enlarge the electricity production. For this reason, P2B decide to increase the SCADA system efficiency. The development that is going to be carried out by P2B should be precise and exact. Therefore P2B need a development framework to guide the development. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework is a framework that refers to ISO 20000 on standards used in information technology service management. In this final project, we are going to study the maturity level of P2B's SCADA system. The results of this final project are expected to become the prime reference for P2B in determining the development of their SCADA system.
