The relationship between individuals and their work environment is proving to be a much more complex interaction than one might first think and often hides serious pitfalls for some people. The current study explores the level of burnout and occupational depression among psychologists and psychotherapists as well as the complex relationship between these two concepts. The research methodology involves the use of a representative sample of individuals(N=78) between the ages of 23 and 58, and two measurement instruments, the Occupational Depression Inventory (ODI) and Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT). Following statistical calculations we obtained a moderate positive correlation between the two measured constructs, burnout and occupational depression.

In the era of globalization, multinational companies have become an important part of the economic landscape. bringing with them diversity and challenges specific to the business environment in cities such as Bucharest and provincial cities. In this psychological study, we explore the impact of loneliness at work and emotions as a state and trait on employees in multinational companies, comparing the experiences in Bucharest with those in smaller Romanian cities, such as Constanta. The sample used consisted of 60 subjects, namely 30 male and 30 female, 30 from each city (Bucharest and Constanta). The samples with which we conducted the investigation are the loneliness at work scale and the state-trait emotion measurement questionnaire. The research hypotheses were:H1. It is presumed that loneliness at work is more pronounced among multinational employees in Bucharest than in Constanta; H2. Emotion as a state/trait is presumed to be more pronounced in employees of multinationals in Bucharest than in those in Constanta; H3. Emotion as a state/trait is presumed to be related to loneliness at work. The aim was to identify these aspects, providing useful information for improving the mental and relational well-being of employees in this work environment.

The study explores the interaction between the intensity of Facebook use, the effort exerted by employees in the professional activity and counterproductive behaviors in the workplace. The main aim is to identify if and how frequent use of Facebook during working hours influences employee performance and behavior. By analyzing data collected through questionnaires and interviews, the research aims to determine correlations between the time spent on Facebook and thelevel of employee engagement in work tasks, as well as the occurrence of possible counterproductive behaviors such as procrastination or neglect of responsibilities. The results could provide important insights for managers and human resource specialists in order to develop effective strategies formanaging time and human resources in the work environment, taking into account the impact of social networks. Also, the study could contribute to the academic literature by bringing new insights into the dynamics between online social environments and organizational behavior.

The present research aims to study the connection between self-esteem and motivation in teaching professions. At the same time, how the age and the graduated facultycan influence the level of self-esteem and professional motivation in this category of employees were also studied. To carry out this research, a sample of 85 pre-university teachers was used, who were tested using 2 instruments: the self-esteem scale related to the organization and the multidimensional scale of job satisfaction

Procrastination and productivity are two interrelated concepts, and their relationship can significantly influence job performance. Procrastination refers to the postponement of tasks or activities, while productivity is the extent to which tasks are accomplished within a given time frame. The importance of studying this psychological construct stems from the fact that people today often find themselves in the situation of having to complete tasks quickly within certain deadlines. The article examines the causes of procrastination, various typologies of procrastinators, and the consequences of this phenomenon, and also offers a number of recommendations for overcoming procrastination.

This research aims to assess the professional satisfaction of teaching staff in relation to their efforts and salary satisfaction. We aim to determine if there are differences between teachers inthe private and public sectors regarding the methods used for job satisfaction, the evaluation of efforts at the workplace, and satisfaction with salary. The study is conducted on a sample of 63 teachers, both from the private and public sectors, utilizing the Salary Satisfaction Questionnaire, the Job Effort Scale, and the Job Satisfaction Subscale of the Michigan Organizational AssessmentQuestionnaire. The results do not confirm significant differences between private and public sector teachers but rather reveal a significant correlation between their efforts and professional satisfaction.

Human capital is a very valuable resource within any organization. Employee behavior is influenced by several factors. Two of these are motivation at work and perceived organizational support. This research aims to study the relationship between perceived organizational support and motivation, by verifying the validity of six hypotheses. In five of these, a positive correlation is assumed between perceived organizational support and identification-regulated motivation, material extrinsic motivation, social extrinsic motivation, introjection-regulated motivation, and intrinsic motivation. A hypothesis was also verified in which the existence of a negativecorrelation between perceived organizational support and motivation is assumed. In order to obtain the data necessary for the research, we applied to a sample of 51 subjects, the Scale of perceived organizational support and the Multidimensional Scale of motivation at work. The interpretation of the results was done with the help of the SPSS program. I believe that such research is useful both at the organizational level and at the macro level, as an x-ray of the relationship between employees and employers, in a field of activity or in the economy of a state. By identifying the existing situation, social and economic policies can be formulated and applied to regulate the relationship between the two parties, so that it is mutually beneficial.

This research addresses the complexity of the relationship between perceived stress, personality traits, and job performance. The main purpose of the study is to analyze how stress experienced by employees influences job performance and how personality traits can moderate this relationship. Thus, we measured these variables on a sample of 30 participants aged between 20 and 40, employed by Vodafone Romania. In order to evaluate the professional performance, we analyzed the points obtained by the employees in the analysis of performance indicators (KPI) called target lines. The obtained results show that stress is a strong predictor of professional performance, with a positive correlation between the two variables. Regarding personality traits, it can be observed that professional performance is strongly influenced by the person's level of conscientiousness. It can also be seen that personality factors such as emotional stability and conscientiousness are important when we want to have stress-free and productive employees. Finally, the present study supports and demonstrates the idea that stress and personality traits are predictors of performance.

The general objective of the paper is to investigate the extent to which the self-esteem of military personnel can influence the well-being and productivity of the military organization. This work is a descriptive, quantitative, comparative, correlational and transversal study. Subjects were examined at one time and the instruments were applied at one stage. This design allows for a quick assessment of self-esteem in relation to the organization and to test its well-being and productivity. It is cost effective and relatively simple to implement. The group of participants selected for this study consists of 60 military personnel of Romanian nationality. The data were collected in the premises of Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base 57. Subjects were randomly selected. Of the 60 military personnel, 8 are female and 52 are male. The instruments used for this research were: Counterproductive Behavior Questionnaire (CWB-C), Organizational Well-Being Scale (UWES) and Organizational Self-Esteem (OBSE). Following the research we can state that in a military environment, where pressure and stress are inevitable, maintaining a state of well-being is crucial. Resilience and effective stress management can contribute to a more resilient and capable military force.
