The work at hand is a research study that aims to investigate the factors that influence employees' motivation and performance at work as well as in their home lives. The research is divided into two chapters. The first section of the work explains concepts related to motivationand performance at work, while the second section is devoted to methodology and an explanation of the obtained results. The ultimate output of the work will consist of conclusions and recommendations based on the obtained data. The aim of the work is to compare employee motivation and performance, starting with the hypothesis that there should be a correlation between the two. We hope that this research will provide a comprehensive understanding of employee motivation, performance, and the impact that these factors have on their personal lives. In order to further explore this idea, research onthe other hand hopes to contribute to the creation of new employee welfare strategies and possibly even enhance workplace performance.

This study focuses on evaluating employees ' job satisfaction and the degree of fairness within organizations. The main aim is to examine the relationship between these crucial elementsof the work environment and how they impact employee performance and company success. The analysis of the obtained data is a crucial element of this research, as it is necessary to assess variations in employees' perceptions and to identify potential discrepancies between satisfaction levels and fairness perceptions. This study also explores how employees' well-being, job satisfaction and organizational fairness relate to organizational performance. The results obtained from this research could provide organizations with the necessary insights to improve their employees' work environment and generate effective strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction.

The stressful working conditions in healthcare are well known. Healthcare professionals are confronted daily with unforeseen, demanding situations that contribute to a constant state ofalertness and vigilance. All these factors contribute to overwork, which manifests itself in the form of burnout, anxiety, depression and even counterproductive behavior in the workplace.

The present study explores the connections between work effort, employee satisfaction, and self-esteem, focusing on the organizational context. The main purpose is to assess the relationship between employees' effort at work and their level of satisfaction, and to investigate how employees' self-esteem can influence their job satisfaction. Through a representative sample ofemployees, we will collect and analyze data to reveal possible correlations between the amount ofeffort put into work, the level of satisfaction felt and the individual's self-esteem. Research methodology includes employee effort assessment tools, measures of job satisfaction and self-esteem assessment. Regarding the research hypotheses, it is assumed that there is a significant relationship between effort at work and employee satisfaction, anticipating that sustained effort can contribute tohigher satisfaction. Employees' self-esteem is also hypothesized to positively influence their job satisfaction, providing insight into the importance of individual perceptions of value in the work context. The results of this research could provide organizations with a deeper understanding of the factors that contribute to employee satisfaction and suggest tailored management strategies to improve organizational climate. Also, the study could make significant contributions to the literature by illustrating how aspects such as effort, satisfaction, and self-esteem are interconnected within the work environment.

The present study focuses on the occupational health of nurses, investigating the relationship between dimensions of occupational burnout and the use of coping mechanisms through humor. To conduct the research, we used standardized assessment instruments to measure dimensions of occupational burnout and investigated how nurses resort to coping mechanisms through humor using the questionnaire method. Our results revealed significant correlations between certain dimensions of burnout and the use of coping mechanisms through humor. Mental detachment was positively associated with heavy use of humor as a coping strategy, indicating that nurses experiencing increased emotional exhaustion tend to turn more often to humor to cope with professional stress. This finding suggests that humour may play an important role in counteracting burnout. This research adds significantly to our understanding of nurses' occupational health and suggests that interventions focused on promoting the adaptive use of humour may be effective in reducing emotional exhaustion in this important profession.

The general purpose of this research is to assess the level of social and professional integration of a sample of graduates with disabilities coming from the School Center for Inclusive Education "Albatros" Constanta who benefit from supported employment. In this regard, with the support of the school management, former principals, the two teachers-psycho-pedagogues and the social worker, we started identifying and collecting this information using as working methods and techniques: biographical method (anamnesis and catamnesis), analysis of school and archival documents, conversation and survey method based on the questionnaire technique (Social and Professional Integration Assessment Questionnaire - ISP) and administered a scale from a questionnaire of personality that measures the facet "happiness".

The contemporary paradigm of the competence-centered curriculum associates an essential consequence at the level of the design, implementation and evaluation of school learning: the resizing of acquisitions in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes (see Pre-university Education Law, 2023, art. 85). As a result, any finality expressed within the intended curriculum (represented by the school curriculum) in the form of the specific competence must be subjected to a pedagogical derivation approach to obtain the set of the three components. Through successive derivation steps, at a specific and operational level, the final portfolio of acquisitions will be established for each representative learning sequence (lesson), implicitly a lucid vision at the level of key contents, didactic strategies (and the methods derived from them), learning experiences and the micro-temporal resources corresponding to these resources. Like any rational human activity, the learning-teaching binomial is subject to an assessment approach, prioritized synchronously to avoid "losses" or "falling behind" and to ensure immediate optimizing interventions. Thus, an assessment will be practiced that will regulate and nurture learning in a continuous way, i.e. a formative assessment. The intention of this paper is to provide two planes of knowledge: a declarative knowledge and a procedural one. At the declarative level, a transparency of the formative evaluation is proposed, addressed both through its functions (observation-detection, adjustment-optimization, expansion-deepening), and through the forms of expression (continuous and synthetic). At the procedural level, a model-matrix is provided to ensure these evaluation approaches (continuous and synthetic), in relation to the three types of acquisitions derived from the specific competence (knowledge, skills, attitudes), within a curricular case study (Personal Development discipline).

A couple represents a bond formed between two people that develop and evolve together, which have the common objective of forming a family. We ask ourselves which are the factors which influence the communication style of the partners in the relationship. This work has the general objective of determining possible correlations between some variables which define the mental hygiene of the individual and the communication styles in the couple. In this regard 78 people, male and female, within the ages of 19 and 66 years old have been tested. I provided this objective with special importance as it involves all directions of research. Likewise, I consider that this research highlights the importance of communication in a couple at any age. The hypotheses of the research consider the different correlations between nonassertive, aggressive, manipulating and assertive communication styles and the psychologic factors such as the types of personal autonomy: cognitive, behavioral, emotional and value. Unhappiness in the couple and marital conflict have also been targeted. I also followed a comparison related to the dominance of a communication style between sexes. Following the correlations and the comparison made, I found the following aspects: a high level of cognitive autonomy leads to an assertive communication style in a couple, a low level of value autonomy determines unhappiness in a couple, a low level of behavioral autonomy leads to a nonassertive communication style in a couple, a high level of marital conflict does not determine a manipulative communication style, men communicate more aggressively in a couple compared to women, and a low level of conscientiousness determines a nonassertive style in couples.

Emotional intelligence is a psychological concept with a particular importance for each of us, and studies on this topic have gained considerable momentum. However, studies that aimed at identifying differences between males and females are contradictory. This paper aims to see if there are differences between genders regarding emotional intelligence. A sample of 60 adolescents between the ages of 16 and 20 was studied. The results, like most in the literature, showed that there was no difference between genders regarding emotional intelligence. Finally, we discussed possible explanations, conclusions, and future research directions.
