As we know that in India 50-60% of the population owns the two wheelers, In 2019 the domestic sells of the two wheelers were quite higher, since it is the most sold vehicle in India because of its low price, But now a days it is the most unsafe vehicle because of the reason of safety, As we know that accidents are increasing day by day, we can also notice that many laws and protocols are implemented by government in order to avoid this accidents. Accidents can be known as the unplanned event or the mistake that may occur causing in injury and sometimes it also leads to death. The accidents in case of two wheelers are more related to other vehicles. This may be avoided by wearing helmets and riding vehicles without consuming liquor. Since this survey is on smart helmet for accidence prevention and also we examining various related techniques. This research also helps us to understand IOT technology which is being developed now a days. Smart Helmet is the intelligent system that detects automatically whether the person is wearing the helmet and has nonalcoholic breath while driving. Here we have a transmitter on the helmet and the receiver on the bike. There is a switch used to assured the wearing of helmet on the head. The ON condition of the switch ensures the placing of the helmet in proper way. An alcohol sensor is placed near the mouth, the engine shouldn’t ON if any condition is violated, when the rider met with an accident and the helmet hits the ground then sensor sense and give the information to main controller it will activate the GSM Module which automatically sends the message to the family member. Keywords— Smart Helmet, GSM, IoT.

The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has gained extensive consideration in recent years. Nowadays firms are using CSR to gain competitive advantage and to establish long lasting relations with its stakeholders. Although CSR is much popular in the developed world but the potential benefits of CSR are less highlighted in the developing markets like Kurdistan. A quantitative approach was applied for data analysis in this study. Researcher employed a random sampling technique to obtain data from participants so that their study would be representative of the entire population of interest. The researchers gathered data from a wide range of shops in the Sulaimaniah area. Only 268 of the city of Sulaimaniah's 300 questionnaires were returned with all the required fields filled out. The findings of this research aim to shed light on the correlation between CSR and brand awareness. In the study, brand awareness was measured by looking at the environment, the community, and the workplace, which are all dimensions of corporate social responsibility.

Faced with the Moroccan economic, social and climatic realities, it is necessary to move towards new models, more adapted to a new dynamic of social transformation. Thus, social innovation appears as a concept linked to social economy, with the aim of meeting social needs through collective action. As such, the cooperative model is the perfect example of a field in which players can work together, collaborate and show solidarity which are essential ingredients for innovation and new solutions to social problems. At this level, the question that arises is how can social innovation contribute to social transformation? We will be focusing on the cooperative structure, as a vehicle for social innovation. With this in mind, the aim of this paper is to highlight, throughout a combination of theorical and empirical work, the role of social actors (as part of the cooperative) in the social transformation of a given territory.

This paper builds on the popular use case of music requests on voice assistants like Siri, Google Assistant, Alexa, and others and explores the different AI and NLP techniques. The paper particularly focuses on how each of these techniques can be applied in the context of musical recommendations and experiences on voice assistants. It enumerates specific problems in the space of music recommendations and illustrates how specific techniques like multi-armed bandits can be applied.

This study aims to analyze effects of initial public offering on the value of a company in Tanzania using Tanzania Breweries Public Limited Company as a case study. The specific objectives of the study were to assess the influence of stock price, asset valuation and intangible assets on the value of Tanzania Breweries PLC. The study adopted explanatory research design that included time series analysis (TSA) because analysis of the past is vital for forecasting the future and employed market timing theory. The method of data collection was documentary analysis; E-views was used to analyze the data which were collected from TBL, DSE and UNCTAD from 2010 to 2020. After confirming the existence of long-term associations between variables in our model, the collected data was submitted to ordinary least square (OLS) and t-values using the vector error correlation model. Results of the study indicated that asset valuation (ASSV) had a positive but small impact on the value of the company. While the short and long-term coefficients test between intangible assets (INTA) and stock price (STKP) had a negative and minor impact on Tanzania Breweries Company’s value at 5% of critical value. It is therefore suggested that organizations should focus on developing goodwill as one of the intangible assets that attract investors and shareholders. Management as well as owners of companies should be trained on the importance of using IPO as a source of improving the equity capital rather than using debt instruments. The government should strengthen policies and loosen some regulations, particularly for foreign investors, in order to attract more direct and indirect investment.

This study investigates the impact of ambidextrous leadership on firm performance among Syrian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Ambidextrous leadership, which entails the ability to adapt and balance between competing demands, has been identified as a key driver of organizational success. Using a sample of 381 SME business owners in Syria, the study employs multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and firm performance. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between ambidextrous leadership and firm performance, thus suggesting that business owners who effectively balance both exploratory and exploitative activities are better positioned to enhance their firms' performance. The findings contribute to the existing literature on ambidextrous leadership and provide practical recommendations for business owners and policymakers in the Syrian context.

Southeast Buku Village is located in Belang District, Southeast Minahasa Regency where some of the residents in this village make a living as a fresh fish intermediary trader. In general, those who carry out activities as intermediary traders are men or husbands because sometimes they have to work at night. However, there is one thing that is different in this Southeast Buku Village, namely that women who carry out activities as middlemen are women. Some of the housewives who live in this Southeast Buku Village are women with multiple professions, namely apart from working as housewives at home, they also work as traders of fresh fish to help their husbands increase family income. This profession has been carried out by some women in the Southeast Buku Village. This study aims to examine and determine the role of the wife as a housewife and as an intermediary trader as well as to analyze the income of women as intermediary traders in Southeast Buku Village, and to determine the contribution of women's income as intermediary traders to family income. The data obtained will be processed and analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to provide discussions of qualitative data related to existing theories. The results of the analysis show that the domestic role is the role that a wife should do such as cooking, washing, sweeping, etc. A woman middleman in Southeast Buku Village spends 5 hours a day. While the role of the public, namely work outside the home such as being an intermediary trader, spends 6 hours a day. The results of the analysis also found that the contribution of women's income to family income was 49.42%. This shows that women as intermediary traders contribute enough to the total family income in meeting family needs. Keywords— Contribution, Intermediary Merchant Income, Southeast Buku Village.

This study explores the impact of Capability-Supportive Culture (CSC) on alliance performance among small industrial sector managers in Syria. Employing a sample of 189 managers, the study uses a quantitative approach, leveraging a survey methodology and regression analysis to assess the relationship. The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between a capability-supportive culture and alliance performance. These insights contribute to the understanding of cultural determinants of alliance performance and have practical implications for managerial practice in the small industrial sector.
