— The aim of the present study was to examine the influence of employee independence on employee performance specifically on job involvement, minimal supervision, work team autonomy and access of information a case of a non-governmental organisation in Tanzania. The study was quantitative in nature which adopted a survey design. Through the use of a structured, self-administered, closed questionnaire; data was collected from 135 respondents out of 203 employees who were the targeted population, that were selected using a stratified and simple random sampling technique. Both descriptive and inferential data analysis were done through the computerized statistical software IBM - SPSS Statistics 21.0 and the data was presented in form of frequency, percentages, mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression coefficients that was later used to interpret the findings. The study revealed that employee independence had the strong significance and positive influence to employee performance. The study was limited to a case of non-governmental organization in Tanzania. Thus, it is recommended that future studies should widen the scope to other sectors like public entities and/or to conduct the study outside the boundaries of Tanzania so as to validate the present findings.

The study aimed to examine factors influencing E-filling in Kurdistan region of Iraq. To measure the current study, the researchers used three factors (perception, awareness, and quality) as independent variables and E-filling as dependent variable. A quantitative technique applied in order to analyze the current study. Sample design refers to the procedure or method the researcher is willing to accept in choosing items for the sample. Research sample was selected using a procedure of random sampling and it was carried out in different banks. A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed, however 109 participants properly filled out the questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that low levels of computer literacy have a substantial impact on the compliance levels of government organizations. The research determined that in the context of security, the danger of tax noncompliance did not have a major effect on the degree of compliance among the various Iraqi government institutions in the Kurdistan area. The extension or upgrade would be sure to assist in better understanding the determining factor for electronic filing acceptability. Moreover, government agencies, government policy makers, and system designers could also profit from a management policy such as policy makers and agencies. Because of this, the theory and discussion on the subject would provide factual support for the reasons behind why this technology was difficult to adopt. The results show that awareness influences E-as an influential factor significantly and positively E-filling at 5% level. The results show that quality influences E-as an influential factor significantly and positively E-filling at 5% level. The results show that E-filling E-as an influential factor influences significantly and positively E-filling at 5% level. Moreover, all beta value is higher than .001. All models have very high adjusted R (0.693, 0.621, 0.712, and 0.763 respectively) indicating the ability of the models explaining the variation of E-filling due to variation of independent variables is very high. The F-value shows that the explanatory variables are jointly statistically significant in the model and the Durbin-Watson (DW) statistics reveals that there is autocorrelation in the models. Keywords— Income Tax, Taxation, E-filling, Kurdistan region of Iraq.

Peoples are always intending to invest their savings for several security purposes, but the crucial matter of concern is that where they are investing. Thinking of such investment options, capital market is a superior alternative all the time. Panic due to lack of financial knowledge about that market acts as crucial parameter in becoming the people’s choice of investment. After went over a myriad of investment choices, mutual fund would be a secure platform to invest. The main purpose of this study is to get an overview about the financial literacy level of Bangladeshi investors who invest in mutual fund and trying to assess the implication of financial literacy on investment intension. Data were collected with the help of online survey method from primary sources on the basis of a well-structured questionnaire where convenient sampling is applicable due to focus on mutual fund investors. Respondents’ financial knowledge level is evaluated by asking eleven specific questions on varied financial concepts following the G20 survey of OECD and investment intention is measured by Ajzen’s conceptual and methodological framework. Based on the descriptive statistics, Correlation is used to analyze the collected primary data. Some significant findings are uncovered like Bangladeshi investors belong to low literacy level. Study also indicates a negligible inverse relationship between financial literacy level and investment intention of investors which in turn stimulate existing investors to recommend others to invest in mutual fund due to low literacy level. So it is profound that low literate investors can be a vital key to promote mutual fund and enrich financial market of Bangladesh.

Not so long ago, numerous banks in Tanzania have commenced using of digital technologies to influence business transactions; however, there is little understanding on the perceived benefits of these products on the performance of the banks. The study scrutinized the perceived benefits from using E-Banking and its relationship on banking performance in Tanzania taking CRDB and NMB banks as the case study. The specific objectives of the research were three and they include;(i) look on benefits of internet banking and its effect on banking performance, (ii) to assess the perceived benefits of mobile banking and how it impacts the banking performance and (iii) to determine the perceived benefits of ATM services and how it impacts on banking performance. The study adopted a quantitative research design whereby a questionnaire was distributed to 352 banks customers in Mwanza region in an attempt to arrive to a larger sample of respondents. A simple random sampling technique was used in this study so as to allow an equal chance of participants to fill up in the questionnaire and to reduce the elements of bias. The regression results on the overall model showed that the model accounted for adjusted R2 value of 51.3% of the variance explained by the indicator; and the F-statistic of 124.391 which was significant as p = .000. With respect to individual variables, the results of the study brought out forward that the benefits of internet banking were positively related to banks performance although the effect was moderate. Similarly, ATM teller machines and mobile banking had positive and significant effects on the banking performance. In the end it was recommended for commercial banks to improve awareness to customers on some of the e-banking product like internet banking, in addition the commercial banks are supposed to maximize the number of e-banking product so as to minimize congestion on banking premises, and to place banking facilities to various locations to ease access by customers.
