This study aims to investigate the influence of human resource practices on entrepreneurial orientation (EO) in the context of startups in Syria. The research focuses on 403 employees working in various startup organizations. By utilizing a quantitative approach, data will be collected through surveys to measure the perceptions of employees regarding human resource practices and entrepreneurial orientation. The findings of this study will contribute to the existing literature by providing insights into the relationship between human resource practices and entrepreneurial orientation in the unique context of startup organizations in Syria.

— Lembeh Island is included in the administrative area of Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Lembeh Island is administratively divided into two sub-districts namely North Lembeh and South Lembeh. The island is famous for being a dive site for foreign and local tourists in North Sulawesi in addition to Bunaken. The number of residents in Papusungan Subdistrict Lembeh Selatan Bitung City in July 2019 recorded 3,129 people and who worked as fishermen recorded as many as 388 fishermen consisting of fishing rods 140 people, fishermen trawler ring 120 people, sea transportation 110 people and boat business lights 10 people.Fishermen light boats with the smallest number but still exist and never disappear from activity in the coast regionofLembeh island. The purpose of research, to know and analyze how the business profile of the light boat and to know, analyze and explain the financial state of the business of the light boat. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of Fishermen's Exchange Rate (FER) which is further described and explained through quantitative descriptive analysis and descriptive qualitative.FER result calculation for the business of fishermen's light boats on total revenue of 211.83. FER value is greater than 100, which indicates that income only from the business of light boats can cover the needs of subsistence (basic needs) of the family of fishermen light boats in Papusungan village, South Lembeh subdistrict.FER for fishing boat business lights on revenue. boat lights of 228.16. The value of FER is greater than 100, which indicates that the revenue from the business of fishermen can cover the costs incurred from the business of fishermen's light boats in Papusungan village, South Lembeh subdistrict.

Signature verification is an important aspect in today’s World. Signature has been verified in Banks, Government Agencies, Universities (Degree Verification) etc. Signature can involve in its shape, size, pressure, speed and angle. From a population of Signatures an original signature can be found out and distinguished. In this Paper for Forgery signature Detection we use two algorithm viz.Harris Algorithm and Surf Algorithm. We have also discussed about CNN Algorithm. Moreover in this paper we take the x-y co-ordinate of the real signature and also the x-y co-ordinate of the forged signature and compare among the two. We have used Python Programming for plotting the graphs whereas the graph can be plot using Matlab, R, Microsoft Excel and Python.

The current study assessed factors influencing work productivity in Tanzania’s local government authorities, a case of Ilemela Municipal in the City of Mwanza. The study was guided by three objectives. To assess the relationship between employee engagement and employees work productivity at Ilemela Municipal Council, to examine the link between the family – resources spillover and employee’s work productivity at Ilemela Municipal Council and to find out the link between perceived organizational support and employees work productivity at Ilemela Municipal Council. Drawing from conservation of resources theory and work – family resources spillover theory, the study hypothesized that, employees’ work engagement positively relates to work productivity, work – family resources spill over positively relates to work productivity and lastly, perceived organizational support positively relates to work productivity. The findings of the current study indicated that all the hypotheses were tested positive and very significant. It was hence concluded that, employees’ work engagement is positively related to work productivity, work – family resources spill over positively relates to work productivity and perceived organizational support positively relates to work productivity. The practical implications of the study is that, managers need to effectively implement work – family life policies and practices at work environment so that to trigger some positive attitudes and emotions that enhances more productivity at the working place.

PhDc in Economics College of Administrations and Economics, Salahaddin University Erbil, Kurdistan region of Iraq hozannayif@gmail.com Abstract— The crisis of 2014-2018 has focused attention on money and credit fluctuations, financial crises, and policy responses. The main aim of this research was to examine the non-monetary factors affecting employee performance in Kurdistan region of Iraq as general and Erbil as particular. However, the researcher developed five research hypotheses to be tested and measured to evaluate employee performance during financial crises. The researcher implemented simple regression analysis to measure the developed research hypotheses, it was found that the highest value was for job security, this indicates the job security has the most powerful and positive association with employee performance during financial crisis, on the other hand the least powerful was found to be job enrichment that influences and related to employee performance during financial crisis in Kurdistan region of Iraq. Keywords— Non-monetary, economics, financial crisis, employee performance, banking sectors.

For the past several years, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions around the world to close their doors and as a result, the academic calendar has been badly put on the line. The COVID-19 pandemic has sparked a global realization that the current way of the education system is not going to work and it needs serious reforms in developing countries like India where most of the curricula are designed for traditional offline modes of education. Online education is one of the most reliable methods that can help combat the inevitable crisis faced in India by the education sector due to COVID-19. There have been numerous challenges and opportunities created by the sudden change in teaching and learning methods. A critical analysis of the educational sector's impact during an Indian disease outbreak is presented in this article. Moreover, various aspects of how India approaches this critical situation through online education are discussed. In addition, the article provides information about how to handle the challenges of online education. The results of the investigation carried out in this paper indicate that majority of respondents are prepared to enroll and utilize the benefits of the online education system with few hurdles that need to be tackled by the government of India in order to spread this adoption to the masses.

This research aims to examine the influence of healthcare strategic planning on enhancing the medical staff performance: A Case Study of Raparin Hospital in Erbil City. A quantitative method was used to analyse the empirical data in the present research. The random sampling technique is also used as a sampling method. Based on that the researcher distributed 100 questionnaires among the medical staff of Raparin Hospital in Erbil City, but only 76 questionnaires were received and completed properly. The study developed four research hypotheses to measure the influence of healthcare strategic planning on medical staff performance. The findings revealed that the most effective strategic planning was to implement an effective learning and growth perspective, followed by a patient’s perspective, a financial perspective, and finally an internal business (healthcare) process perspective. The research contributes to the literature and provides unique information that benefits the Hospitals in Erbil city by improving the quality of healthcare services through healthcare staff performance. Further research could be conducted on other sectors since the current study was a case study that was limited to Raparin hospital in Erbil therefore exploration into strategic planning as the determinant of organizational performance would be an interesting area for further research.
