PEMBINAAN DISIPLIN SISWA OLEH GURU DI SMK NEGERI 1 GUNUNG TULEH KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about student discipline development by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency as seen from 1) student disciplinary guidance by teachers through discipline, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance, 3) coaching student discipline by the teacher through guidance, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision.This study was a descriptive study. The total population in this study was 236 people. Samples were taken with Simple Random Samplingtechniquewith 70 people. The data collection tool used is a Likert scale model questionnaire with 5 alternative answers Questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula.The results of the study show that: 1) student discipline development by teachers through discipline is stated to be good with an average score of 3.69, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance is stated to be quite good with an average score of 3.52, 3) student disciplinary guidance by the teacher through guidance expressed either with an average score of 3.65, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment expressed both with an average score of 3.75, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision expressed well with an average score 3.75. Overall, Student Discipline Development by Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is 3, 76 in the good category. This indicates that the discipline of student discipline by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is good, but it still needs to be maintained and improved again so that it increases in the excellent category.

Education must have a clear vision and mission to produce quality output and be able to be optimally oriented today. In order to achieve the desires of educational institutions that can produce quality output, the quality and results of educational institutions need to be organized within the institution, in which there must be definite management. In conducting observations carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is interview. The intended results are the results of the UAS in 2018 which are expected to be above SKL determined by schools and by 2020 and can reach an average of 7.5. The results of the UAS include a minimum score and an average of 3 subjects (Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Science) with a target of 100% graduation rate and top 5 ranking at the sub-district level. The UAS Value target for 2020.

PELAKSANAAN PENGAWASAN OLEH ATASAN LANGSUNG DI DINAS PERINDUSTRIAN DAN PERDAGANGAN PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT 西苏门答腊省工业和贸易直接主管

The aim of this study in general is to get a general description of the implementation of supervision by direct superiors at the Department of Industry and Commerse of West Sumatra. While the specific aim of this study is to get an overview of the implementation of supervision by direct supervisors seen from aspects: standard setting, supervision techniques, time of supervision, assessment and follow-up at the Department of Industry and Commerse of West Sumatra. This research is descriptive research. The population of this research is 116 employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of West Sumatra Province. While the sample in this study uses the Slovin formula, which is 56 people. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire, which is arranged in the form of a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data is analyzed by using the mean formula. The results of the study show that: the standard setting by direct superiors has illustrated a fairly good supervision with an average score of 2.9; supervision techniques by direct superiors have illustrated fairly good supervision with an average score of 3.3; the time of supervision by direct superiors has described good supervision with an average score of 3.8; the appraisal by direct supervisors at the has described a fairly good supervision with an average score of 3.3; follow-up by direct supervisors has described good supervision with an average score of 3.8. Overall, the implementation of supervision by direct superiors at the Department of Industry and Commerse of West Sumatra has illustrated a fairly good supervision.

This study aimed to describe the perceptions of employees on the implementions of the inherent supervisions by immediate supervisor in the office Unit Pelayanan Teknis Dinas Pelayanan Pendapatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. A total population of 46 people. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data processed by using the formula of the average (mean). Based on research result obtained revealed that the implementation of the inherent supervision by immediate supervisor in the office Unit Pelayanan Teknis Dinas Pelayanan Pendapatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat already performing well enough with an average score of 3,4 on category quite well

This article describe result of research about leadership Guardian Village in the Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Districts in Solok Southern District. The population of this research are 69 employee and 59 employee were taken as a sample. Sampling technics were using is Simple Random Sampling with Krejchi Table. The instrument used in this research is questionnaire and analyzed by average. In general, the result of this research is leadership Guardian Village in the Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Districts in Solok Southern District have is good enough at 3,45.

The purpose of this research is for getting information about school climate, spirit at work and the correlation of school climate with the spirit at work. The background of this research that the spirit at work is influenced by the school climate. The population of this research is a vocational school teachers, amounting to 124 with a total sample of 97 people by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnare. In general, the result research adduce that the school climate was good with interpretation 89,44%, school climate was good enough with interpretation 88,85% and there was a significant correlation between school climate with the spirit at work at t hitung = 2,66 > t tabel = 1,658 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%.

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

This reserch is motivated from observation of the author in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat of the show is still not in accordance with proper. The reserch question posed is how to worck productivity employees at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat views of employee effectiveness and employee efficiency? This is a deskriptive study with a population of 67 poeople. Samples werw taken by Propotional Statified randoam sampling. Technique with a sample of 60 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire drawn up in the from of Likert Scale. The results showed productivity of employees working in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Has been good with an average score of 3,6 in both cetegories.
