Proses Pengembangan Video Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Eksposisi 学习视频开发过程编写说明文本

This study aims to describe the process of developing a learning video for writing exposition texts in class VIII of SMP. The video is made based on an analysis of student needs regarding the need for more complete teaching materials. Research instruments in the form of observations, questionnaires and interviews. Video development uses the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. At the analysis stage, several needs analyzes were produced that discussed the problem findings and needs in the learning process of writing expository texts. Furthermore, at the design stage, the flowchart of the material structure in the product is determined. Then at the development stage, the results of the validation of material experts and media experts are obtained which are calculated using a Likert scale formula to see the achievement of effective product results. Based on the validation results from material experts, the average value of 89.58 was obtained at the second validation stage which was classified as high. The focus of this research is the implementation of archive management in the administrative unit at SDN Cipinang Muara 18. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques for the research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The source of this data is the administrative unit staff at SDN Cipinang Muara 18. This study aims to examine and analyze (1) the effect of independent learning on student engagement in learning; (2) the influence of individual interest in chemistry subjects on student engagement in learning; (3) the effect of parental support on student engagement in learning; (4) parental support strengthens the influence of independent learning on student engagement in learning; (5) parental support strengthens the influence of individual interest in chemistry lessons on student engagement in learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is explanatory research. The population used is all students of class XI SCIENCE SMA Negeri 7 Semarang, totaling 182 students. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses a moderated quasi-regression model. The research findings obtained are independent learning has a positive effect on student engagement in learning. Individual interest in chemistry lessons has a positive effect on student engagement in learning. Parental support has a positive effect on student engagement in learning. Parental support weakens the influence of independent learning on student engagement. Parental support strengthens the influence of individual interest in chemistry subjects on student engagement in learning.

Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah menguji dan menganalis  tentang (1) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap efektivitas belajar daring (2) pengaruh keterlibatan siswa terhadap efektivitas belajar daring, (3) pengaruh kesiapan belajar terhadap efektivitas belajar daring, (4) Kesiapan belajar memoderasi kemandirian belajar terhadap efektivitas belajar daring, (5)  kesiapan belajar memoderasi keterlibatan siswa terhadap efektivitas belajar daring. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian  penjelasan. Populasi  penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 22 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 berjumlah 256 orang. Semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel (sensus) . Data yang digunakan  adalah  data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui kuesionair. Teknik analisis menggunakan model regresi quasi moderasi. Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh adalah (1) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif  terhadap efektifitas belajar daring. (2) Keterlibatan siswa berpengaruh negatif terhadap efektivitas belajar daring. (3) Kesiapan belajar  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas belajar daring. (4) Kesiapan belajar memperlemah  pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap efektifitas belajar daring. (5) Kesiapan belajar memperkuat pengaruh keterlibatan siswa terhadap efektifitas belajar daring.

Abstract-This research was conducted to analyze the professional competence of lecturers in the Diploma III Nursing study program in Padang City. This needs analysis can be used as a reference in developing a model for improving the competence of lecturers in practical learning. The research was conducted using quantitative methods to determine the professional competence of lecturers who teach practicum, carried out by 50 students as a sample providing perceptions of the competence of educators appointed by lecturers, while studies and literature studies were carried out based on observations and documentation by researchers. The results of the personality, pedagogies, professional and social competencies of lecturers still need to be improved because there is no satisfactory standard of value yet. The analysis shows the data that there are still many things that happen that are not in line with expectations. The recommendation from this research is that it is necessary to develop a model of increasing educational competence for nursing lecturers to be able to carry out their duties as lecturers in the field of advancement. Abstrak Abstract-Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kompetensi professional dosen program studi Diploma III Keperawatan di Kota Padang. Analisis kebutuhan ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam melakukan pengembangan model peningkatan kompetensi dosen dalam pembelajaran praktikum. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kompetensi professional dosen yang mengajar praktikum, penilaian dilakukan oleh 50 orang mahasiswa sebagai sampel dalam memberikan persepsi tentang kompetensi pendidik yang ditunjukan dosen, sedangkan studi kesenjangan dan studi literature dilakukan berdasarkan observasi dan dokumentasi oleh peneliti. Hasil kompetensi kepribadian, pedagogies, professional dan sosial dosen masih perlu ditingkatkan karena belum pada standar nilai yang memuaskan. Analisis kesenjangan menunjukan data bahwa masih banyak kenyayaan terjadi yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa perlu dilakukan pengembangan model peningkatan kompetensi mendidik bagi dosen Keperawatan untuk dapat melakukan tugas sebagai dosen praktikum bidang keperawatan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kompetensi professional dosen yang mengajar praktikum, penilaian dilakukan oleh 50 orang mahasiswa sebagai sampel dalam memberikan persepsi tentang kompetensi pendidik yang ditunjukan dosen, sedangkan studi kesenjangan dan studi literature dilakukan berdasarkan observasi dan dokumentasi oleh peneliti. Hasil kompetensi kepribadian, pedagogies, professional dan sosial dosen masih perlu ditingkatkan karena belum pada standar nilai yang memuaskan. Analisis kesenjangan menunjukan data bahwa masih banyak kenyayaan terjadi yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa perlu dilakukan pengembangan model peningkatan kompetensi mendidik bagi dosen Keperawatan untuk dapat melakukan tugas sebagai dosen praktikum bidang keperawatan. Strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan inovasi pendidikan di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi

This study aims to obtain information about the principal's leadership strategy in carrying out educational innovations as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of educational innovation at the Nurul Ilmi Integrated Islamic School Jambi. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection methods in this study were through interviews, observation and document collection. The number of informants in this study were 25 informants, namely: 5 main informants consisting of school principals and 20 supporting informants consisting of vice principals and teachers. The results showed that the principal's leadership strategies in carrying out educational innovations at the Nurul Ilmi Jambi Integrated Islamic School were: Improving and supporting teaching and learning: Improving the implementation of learning, creating a positive school culture that can encourage school residents to be proactive and creative, setting policies that can be accepted by the school community and in accordance with today's cultural values and traditions, support and increase commitment, and capacity (skills and knowledge) so that they are professional, loyal to an institution and they work hard, empower teachers and employees to they recognize the ability, motivate, strengthen, guide, and facilitate the staff and all school communities who are under the principal's line of instruction, improve or expand the activities and social networks of the school. Meanwhile, the supporting and inhibiting factors for educational innovation at the Nurul 'Ilmi Jambi Integrated Islamic School are: cooperation with all interested parties and in accordance with the school's vision and mission.. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan inovasi pendidikan serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan inovasi pendidikan di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan pengumpulan dokumen. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 informan, yaitu: 5 informan utama yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan 20 informan pendukung yang terdiri dari wakil kepala sekolah dan guru.
