The purpose of the study was to describe the planning, implementation and supervision of school principals in shaping the personality of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Mataram. This research uses a case study approach. This research is included in the field research category. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Research data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Research results (1). The Principal's Leadership Strategy in shaping the student's personality by planning the character to be formed, the personality formation strategy, the formation of the student's character based on the student's development, the factors considered in the formation of the student's personality and the Principal's leadership strategy in carrying out responsible activities. (2) Implementation of the Principal in shaping students' personalities, with several programs, namely: Intensive teacher development, involving teachers in shaping students' personalities and developing school culture. (3). The Principal's strategy in shaping the student's personality is carried out by controlling the personality of teachers and students, controlling the principal in supervising the teacher's role and controlling the principal in observing the teacher's efforts and involving the teacher in supervision.

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the West Sulawesi Education Quality Assurance Institution (LPMP) used in implementing the e-supervision task synergy work program with partners or education unit supervisors. from the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institute in West Sulawesi, to obtain primary data and secondary data in this study obtained from the results of field documentation by researchers. The results of the study show the communication strategies used in implementing the work program of e-supervision work synergy with the education unit supervisor. Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah 环境领导风格分析校长

This article aims to describe the results of research on the leadership style of school principals. The research method in this article uses a systematic literature review by taking sources from 9 empirical research journal articles originating from national and international journals. The stages of this research were carried out as follows: identifying research questions, developing a systematic review research protocol, establishing a digital library as a search area, screening relevant research results, selecting quality research results, extracting data from individual study results, synthesizing using meta-analysis or meta-analysis. synthesis, presentation of results. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the principal's situational leadership style contributes positively and significantly influences the situational leadership variable with the work climate and teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the appropriateness of character education content with the fourth grade students' books based on 2013 curriculum based on the theme of "my hero." This study uses a qualitative approach to the types of content analysis research. The source of data in this study is the 2013 curriculum student book with the theme "My hero" revised edition 2017 for fourth grade elementary school students. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis techniques include data acquisition, data reduction or reduction, inference, and data analysis. English language course institutions can be seen from two different perspectives, namely as an educational institution and a business institution. Both points of view are very interesting to study how financial management is carried out. This study is a qualitative research that aims to analyze the practice of financial management in nonformal educational institutions of the English language course Kind English Course in Kampung Inggris Pare, Kediri. The technique of collecting data is using in-depth interviews with the leader and founder of the Kind English Course and the financial manager who organize the finances. The results of the study are 1) The planning stage, internal meetings are held and the priority scale is determined, especially in supporting student learning materials, 2) The bookkeeping stage, the treasurer provides a backup book for recording security and is reported regularly to the leadership, and 3) Accountability Stage, Kindergarten financial reports. The English Course has not used the standardized report concept in accordance with SAK EMKM.. Abstrak Lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris dapat dilihat dari dua sudut pandang yang berbeda, yaitu sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan lembaga bisnis. Kedua sudut pandang tersebut sangat menarik untuk ditelaah bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan dilakukan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktek manajemen keuangan di lembaga pendidikan non formal kursus bahasa inggris Kind English Course di Kampung Inggris Pare, Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan wawancara yang mendalam dengan pimpinan sekaligus pendiri Kind English Course dan bendahara yang mengatur keuangan. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Pada tahap perencanaan dilakukan rapat internal dan penentuan skala prioritas khususnya pada material penunjang pembelajaran siswa, 2) Tahap pembukuan, bendahara menyediakan buku cadangan untuk keamanan pencatatan dan dilaporakan secara berkala kepada pimpinan, dan 3) Tahap Akuntabilitas, laporan keuangan Kind English Course belum memakai konsep laporan yang terstandar sesuai dengan SAK EMKM.
英语语言课程机构可以从教育机构和商业机构两个不同的角度来看待。这两种观点对于研究财务管理是如何进行的都是非常有趣的。本研究是一项质性研究,旨在分析凯迪里甘邦Inggris Pare的非正式教育机构的英语语言课程Kind英语课程的财务管理实践。收集数据的方法是对Kind英语课程的负责人和创始人以及组织财务的财务经理进行深度访谈。研究的结果是:1)计划阶段,召开内部会议,确定优先级,特别是在支持学生学习材料方面;2)记账阶段,司库提供备份账本,记录安全并定期向领导汇报;3)责任阶段,幼儿园财务报告。英语课程没有按照SAK EMKM标准使用标准化报告概念。【摘要】龙舌兰(lebaga kursus bahasa Inggris dapat dilihat dari dua sudut pandang yang berbeda), yitu sebagai龙舌兰(lebaga pendidikan dan Lembaga bisnis)。Kedua sudut pandang tersebut sangat menarik untuk ditelaah bagaimana penelolaan keuangan dilakukan。Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalis praktek management . keuangan di lembaga pendidikan非正式kursus bahasa inggris Kind英语课程di Kampung inggris Pare, Kediri。Teknik pengpulan数据adalah menggunakan wawanancara yang mendalam dengan pimpinan sekaligus pendiri Kind英语课程dan bendahara yang mengatur keuangan。Hasil penelitian yaitu 1)篇tahap perencanaan dilakukan rapat内部丹penentuan斯卡拉prioritas khususnya篇材料penunjang pembelajaran siswa, 2) tahap pembukuan, bendahara menyediakan buku cadangan为她keamanan pencatatan丹dilaporakan secara berkala kepada pimpinan,丹3)tahap Akuntabilitas, laporan keuangan类英语课程belum memakai konsep laporan杨terstandar sesuai dengan SAK EMKM。

Penerapan Pendidikan Inklusi Sekolah Dasar Selama Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di DKI Jakarta

The education process must not be stopped even though the world is experiencing any obstacles, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Education is still application by changing the pattern of the learning process from face-to-face to online learning, except for inclusive education which is applied to students with special needs. Inclusive education is applied to students who have disabilities, potential intelligence and special talents without being discriminatory. Inclusive education application online experienced obstacles according to the level of understanding of the school and its supervision by the education office.The purpose of this study was to determine the application of inclusive education during the covid 19 pandemic with the online learning process from home. This study uses a qualitative descriptive and quantitative approach to understand the percentage of inclusive education implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Five Elementary School Regions of DKI Jakarta. This study utilizes various strategies and techniques using qualitative data based on interviews with school stakeholders such as school principals, assistant educators and classroom educators. This research was conducted to obtain information about the implementation of inclusive education for students with special needs. The results of this study found that the implementation of inclusive education had not been implemented optimally
