Profil Efikasi Diri Mahasiswa dalam Mata Kuliah Micro Teaching (Studi pada Mahasiswa SI PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Blora) 微教学专业学生的自我概况(学生对学生的研究)

Mata kuliah micro teaching di persiapkan untuk mahasiswa S1 PGSD sebagai bekal keterampilan mengajar saat mereka sudah menjadi guru in-service. Tugas mata kuliah ini melibatkan banyak unsur yang kompleks mulai dari kemantapan teori dan strategi mengajar, penyusunan skenario pembelajaran sampai pada praktik mengajar. Praktik mengajar inilah yang sangat ditentukan dari dalam diri mahasiswa yang bersangkutan, utamanya efikasi diri. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengambarkan profil efikasi diri mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan micro teaching. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 30 mahasiswa PGSD dengan isntrumen angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik, sumber, dan metode. Analisis interaktif Milles & Huberman digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mahasiswa lebih percaya diri pada praktik ketiga; (2) sebagian besar mahasiswa termotivasi oleh media teman sekelasnya; dan (3) dukungan teman sekelas mempengaruhi efikasi diri mahasiswa dalam praktik mengajar. Jadi, efikasi diri mahasiswa memiliki peran yang substansial terhadap mata kuliah micro teaching. Oleh karenanya, dosen pengampu mata kuliah juga perlu memperhatikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat perfoma mengajar mahasiswa, utamanya terkait pengkondisian situasi belajar pada perkuliahan.

Pengembangan Buku Ajar Statistika Dasar Untuk Penelitian Pendidikan Fisika 物理教育研究的基础统计教材开发

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangankan buku ajar pada matakuliah Statistika Dasar yang layak dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar oleh mahasiswa pendidikan Fisika dalam perkuliahan dan penyusunan tugas akhir. Research and Development (R&D) dipilih sebagai metode penelitian ini dan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE sampai pada tahap development. Pada penelitian ini, produk yang dikembangkan divalidasi dan diuji keterbacaan untuk menilai kelayakan. Sebanyak 20 orang mahasiswa pendidikan fisika dipilih menjadi sampel uji keterbacaan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket validasi dan lembar angket uji keterbacaan produk. Adapun nilai rata-rata dari validator ahli materi dan ahli media adalah 93,1 dan hasil pengujian keterbacaan oleh mahasiswa pendidikan fisika diperoleh nilai sebesar 92,4. Berdasarkan data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dan diinterpretasikan ke dalam data kualitatif maka buku ajar Statistika Dasar untuk penelitian pendidikan Fisika masuk dalam ketegori layak untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Namun, dalam penelitian masih terdapat keterbatasan karena hanya dilaksanakan sampai tahap development sehingga perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk menilai keefektifan buku ajar Statistika Dasar ini dengan cara melanjutkan ke tahap keempat yakni implementation dan tahap  kelima yakni evaluation.

The Effect of Creativity and Learning Independence on the Speaking Skill of Class V Students of Elementary Schools in Agus Salim Group, Buluspesantren 创造性和学习独立性对小学五班学生口语能力的影响

This research is based on the problem of students' speaking skills that have not been satisfactory. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and independent learning on speaking skills in fifth-grade elementary school students in the Agus Salim Bulus Pesantren cluster. This research is quantitative. The sample of this research is several existing populations, namely 120 students. Collecting data using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. This study resulted in the following conclusions (1) Creativity has a positive effect on speaking skills in fifth-grade elementary school students in the Agus Salim Bulus Pesantren Cluster, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.000 < = 0.050. The value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.206 or contributed 20.6%. (2) Learning independence has a positive effect on speaking skills in fifth-grade elementary school students in the Agus Salim Bulus Pesantren Cluster, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.005 < = 0.050. The value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.065 or contributed 6.5%. (3) Creativity and independent learning together have a positive effect on speaking skills in fifth-grade elementary school students in Agus Salim Bulus Pesantren, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.000 < = 0.050. The value of the correlation coefficient (R2) = 0.219 or contributed 21.9%.

Changes in the implementation of lectures from offline to online have an impact on decreasing student interest in learning. Improvement of students' interest in learning needs to come from themselves, therefore self-awareness in learning is needed which has been conceptualized in Self-Regulated Learning. This study was conducted to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Self-Regulated Learning on interest in learning for PGSD UNS students. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The population of this study is all PGSD UNS students for the 2021/2022 academic year.
