Pendidikan merupakan hak setiap warga negara yang dapat ditempuh melalui 3 jalur pendidikan. Pada kenyataannya, kebanyakan orang tua dalam memfasilitasi anak terkait pendidikan selain pendidikan informal dalam lingkungan keluarga hanya berfokus terhadap pendidikan formal dalam lingkup sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji optimalisasi keberadaan pendidikan non formal sebagai penunjang hak tumbuh kembang anak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan pendekatan teori. Sumber bahan hukum penelitian meliputi bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 3 sistem pendidikan di Indonesia sama-sama berperang penting terhadap hak tumbuh kembang anak, perlunya optimalisasi pendidikan non formal sebagai penunjang hak tumbuh kembang anak karena selain pendidikan informal serta formal, pendidikan non formal sebenarnya memberikan peran penting terhadap hak tumbuh kembang anak karena pendidikan non formal sendiri selain pra- sekolah jenjang sebelum pendidikan dasar sebagai kesiapan anak memasuki jenjang pendidikan dasar, dapat juga digunakan sebagai pelengkap dari pendidikan formal itu sendiri. Perlunya pengaturan secara detail terhadap pendidikan non formal serta penegasan terhadap pentingnya keberadaan pendidikan non formal, sehingga mendorong orang tua tidak hanya terfokus terhadap kewajiban anak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan formal, padahal keberadaan pendidikan non formal sendiri sama pentingnya dengan pendidikan formal maupun informal

The principal, as a leader, has a role and responsibility to improve the quality of education, especially in distance learning mode, which is prone to learning loss. The principal's paradigm is that the boss must change in the current era to become a servant to the school community. This is very much needed in improving the quality of managed education units. The purpose of this study is to describe the activities carried out by school principals in preparing for distance learning to obtain a policy on the evaluation seen. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data analysis using Miles and Huberman's steps. The research subject is the principal of the basic education unit in Yogyakarta. A total of 27 people. The results obtained, principals in elementary school education units in Yogyakarta have implemented distance learning following established guidelines. However, in the aspect of the care program, more action is still needed. Thus, in general, the conclusion is that the principal in the primary school education unit in the city of Yogyakarta has successfully implemented the existing guidelines.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi siswa khususnya pada bidang kajian bilangan dalam rangka mendukung tercapainya indikator hasil belajar siswa serta untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kelayakan dan respon siswa terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar matematika berbasis Computer Science unplugged (CSU) pada bidang kajian bilangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model ini terdiri dari lima langkah, yaitu: 1) analisis, 2) perancangan, 3) pengembangan, 4) penerapan dan 5) evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika bidang kajian bilangan berbasis CSU layak untuk digunakan dengan persentase sebesar 91 % dengan kategori sangat layak menurut ahli materi dan ahli desain bahan ajar. Sedangkan hasil uji coba terhadap peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika bidang kajian bilangan berbasis CSU ini menunjukkan persentase sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat layak. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bahan ajar matematika bidang kajian bilangan berbasis CSU ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami materi bilangan siswa kelas 1 SD.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) curriculum for PGSD Unikama students. This research is a survey research. Respondents from this study were 13 lecturers, 386 students and 17 study partners who were at the University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the UNIKAMA PGSD study program had implemented the MBKM program with reference to 6 form of learning, students and lecturers already knew about the MBKM program. The implementation of the MBKM Program has shown a positive impact on increasing the IKU and affective, kognitif, psikomotor learning achievement. Therefore, it is important for study programs to conduct periodic curriculum reviews to review the curriculum that has been implemented with the integration of the MBKM program. PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive. Teknik analiisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prodi PGSD UNIKAMA telah menerapkan program MBKM dengan mengacu pada 6 BKP, mahasiswa dan dosen telah mengetahui program MBKM. Implementasi Progra MBKM menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan IKU dan CPL sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan umum dan khusus mahasiswa PGSD UNIKAMA. Oleh sebab itu penting bagi prodi untuk melakukan peninjauan kurikulum secara berkala untuk mengakaji kurikulum yang telah dilaksanakan dengan pengintegrasian program MBKM.
