The study aimed to determine the level of the role of school management in achieving job satisfaction for special education teachers in middle schools in the Green Line and its relationship with their level of performance. A descriptive correlational methodology was used, through the level of role of school management by achieving job satisfaction questionnaire, which consisted of (39) items, and the performance with Teachers questionnaire, which included (53) items. Their validity and reliability indications were confirmed. The sample consisted of (405) principals and teachers. Results indicated that the level of the role of school management by achieving job satisfaction for special education teachers in middle school and the degree of the level of performance among teachers were moderate; A statistically significant positive correlation between the level of the role of school management in achieving job satisfaction for special education teachers in middle school and the level of performance among teachers.

The present study aimed to verify the existence of a correlational relationship to negative self-criticism and refusal to communicate with irrational thoughts among gifted students in King Abdullah II Schools of Excellence. To achieve the objectives of the study, the negative Self-Criticism Scale by (Gilbert, Clark, Hempel, Miles, & Irons, 2004) was translated, And the translation of refusal to communicate scale through: (Nafees, &Juhan, 2018; Huff, S., Anderson, Adamsons, & Tambling, 2017), and the translation of the scale of irrational thoughts (Gavita, & Duta, 2013). The psychometric properties of the validity, reliability and applying the scales on a sample of students in King Abdullah II Schools of Excellence. The sample consisted of (247) students. The results of the study concluded that there was a moderate level of negative self-criticism, refusal to communicate and irrational thoughts among gifted students, and that there was a positive correlation between negative self-criticism and refusal to communicate Irrational thoughts.

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing leadership skills among preparatory school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to empowering teachers in distance learning. The study used the correlational descriptive methodology, and the questionnaire for collecting data after confirming its validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of (364) teachers, who were selected using simple random sampling method. The results showed that the degree of practicing leadership skills among preparatory school principals within the Green Line was high, and that the level of teachers’ empowerment in distance learning was high, and the existence of a positive correlation between practicing leadership skills and empowering teachers. The study recommended consolidating the concept of teacher empowerment among school principals, in all circumstances, not just in emergencies such as distance learning.

This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a training program based on habits of mind on enhancing self-regulated learning skills for basic tenth grade students in Jordan. The study adopted semi experimental methodology. The sample of the study consisted of (80) students ( boys & girls) from the basic tenth grade in Jordan, they were selected and distributed randomly into two groups: the control group which consisted of (40) students and the experimental group which consisted of (40) students, To achieve study goals a scale that measures self-regulated learning skills was developed, and testing the scale confirmed its validity and reliability, the results of the study showed that there were a statistically significant differences between groups in the post applying of self-regulated learning skills scale in favor of the experimental group. The results also showed no significant differences between sexes in the experimental group, the study recommended provide school subjects with habits of mind activities which enhance using these habits by students.

The study aimed to identify the degree of employment of faculty members in the scientific colleges at Yarmouk University for the 2030 sustainable development goals during their teaching. The study sample consisted of (124) faculty members from Yarmouk University. The study used the descriptive survey methodology. The data were collected through a questionnaire, and the psychometric properties were verified. The results showed that the degree of employment of faculty members in scientific colleges at Yarmouk University for the Sustainable Development Goals (2030) medium. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of the students in the University of Jordan. The Critical Thinking skills test and the self-efficacy scale were used to collect data from a sample consisting of (417) students (120 male, 297 females), who were selected by a random cluster method from students in the fourth year of the humanitarian, scientific and health colleges. The results showed that the level of critical thinking skills was medium, and the level of self-efficacy was high. Results showed a statistically significant positive relationship at (α = 0.05) between the critical thinking skills and self-efficacy. There were no statistical differences in critical thinking skills and self-efficacy attributed to gender. While there were significant differences according to the type of college variable in favor of the scientific colleges. The study recommended developing critical thinking skills.

The present study aimed to reveal the degree of effectiveness of alternative evaluation in public schools in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (30) items distributed into three domains, and it was confirmed its validity and reliability, and then distributed to the study sample consisting of (400) male and female teachers. It was chosen by simple random method, Descriptive methodology was used in this study, The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of alternative evaluation in public schools in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate was moderate, The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents on the total score due to the gender variable, Academic qualification, years of experience. In light of the findings of the study, the two researchers recommended a number of recommendations, including: Reconsidering evaluation practices that depend on traditional tests in evaluating students ’performance, such as audiovisual media, the use of sound, movement, images and animated videos.

The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of school-local community partnership in the North region within the Green Line and its relationship to achieving institutional excellence. The study used the descriptive survey correlational methodology and the questionnaire as a study tool after verifying its validity and reliability. The sample consisted of (386) teachers at primary schools, who were chosen by the simple random method. The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of school-local community partnership was medium; the level of institutional excellence is High, and a positive correlation between the school-local community partnership and the level of institutional excellence. The study recommended organizing meetings with local community institutions, to familiarize them with aspects of cooperation and partnership with schools, and to provide technology tools and supplies necessary for school excellence.

The study aimed to identify the effect of using educational software based on the e-learning management system Google Classroom platform, to teach biology subject, in the development of scientific concepts, among ninth graders. The study used the semi-experimental design, on a sample of ninth graders at the "Iskan Al-Jama'h School" in Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of 109 students, distributed to two, controlled groups (54) and experimental (55). The study conducted in the 2019/2020 academic year. The (ANCOVA) was conducted and the study showed no statistically significant differences in the use of educational software in the Google Classroom platform on the development of scientific concepts in female students.

The study sample consisted of (351) male and female teachers who were chosen by random sampling. The results showed that the level of the role of preparatory school principals in the North district within the Green Line in providing a safe school environment was high, and that the level of educational achievement of students was high. The results also showed a positive correlation between the provision of a safe school environment and the level of educational achievement of students. The study recommended strengthening the practices of school principals that enhance safety in schools, providing principals with updates on security and safety in schools, and ways to improve school achievement.
