Digital technology has been quickly developing and has been used in the financial sector, such as banking, but the laws in Indonesia have not provided adequate legal protection for data protection for banking consumers. The Indonesian Government has created various cross-sectoral regulations but they have yet to guarantee legal protection for banking consumers. The abundance of regulations provides leeway for violation of consumer rights. In addition, efforts to implement a new system in law-making process, the omnibus law mechanism, have not been able to improve the personal data protection system for the Indonesian people.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes, and Financial Literacy on Financial Management Behavior for the people in Jakarta during COVID-19 pandemic.. During the pandemic, many business activities have been exposed to tight restriction by the government, hence the purchasing power of people will be decreased. To examine the alternative hypothesis, this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS. The research sample was collected by using an online Google Form Questionnaire with a purposive non-probability sampling type with a total of 185 respondents. The result of this research indicates that Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes, and mainly Financial Literacy have significant influences on Financial Management Behavior. Therefore, it can be concluded that the financial management behavior based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by Ajzen & Fishbein remains consistent during COVID-19 pandemic. This research has contributed that in the COVID-19 pandemic, the purchasing power of people will not decrease evidently. Overall, this research suggests that every person should behave financially well and wise in managing their finances, investment, and business activities. With the increase of financial literacy of people during COVID-19 pandemic as Deficit Spending Units (DSUs), then its counterpart in Financial System i.e. Surplus Income Units (SIUs) will also work effectively.

Cyberbullying is a form of bullying that occurs through the use of electronic communication technology or other digital media and is rife, especially among teenagers on the social networking site Instagram. Peer relationships influence adolescents to conform to peer groups and can lead to the involvement of teens in deviant behavior, such as cyberbullying. The existence of self-control is associated with the ability of adolescents to avoid demands for conformity from their peer groups. The aim of this study was to examine the role of Conformity toward the Self Control in cyberbullying perpetration among adolescents on the social networking site Instagram. This study involved 176 respondents, and aged 12 to 21 years. This study used quantitative non-experimental approach with regression analysis technique. Researchers use three measuring instruments, including Conformity Scale, Self-control Scale, and Cyberbullying Offending Scale for screening. The results of data analysis show t = -4.695, p = 0.000, R square = 0.112, these means that conformity has a significant role to adolescence cyberbullying perpetrator self-control.

This study aims to describe lingual conscientization in Javanese language learning that empowers learners using a conscientization educational model (MPK) approach. One of the MPK schemes is the jigsaw cooperative method with a technique of playing and making songs. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with a diagnostic analysis stage. Data are collected by means of observation. Data are analyzed descriptively inductively. The results show that the conscientization learning model can help teachers and students achieve the objectives of learning Javanese, especially at the elementary school level. The teacher not only provides memorization of material to students, but also encourages students to reach a level of awareness to be able to speak Javanese both orally and in writing. Students become more aware and remember because the words chosen are their own version with song tones that are also their own choice and it is done in groups.

Some expenditures that have an impact on the expectation of future benefits are often treated differently because the point of view is the possibility of uncertain future benefits. If it is uncertain will be expensed, while what is likely to come from the acquisition of external parties is capitalized as an asset. This difference treat-ment inspired the research to see its impact on corporate value in investor point of view. Testing this research with SPSS version 20 is based on timeseries data on LQ45 companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2017. Refer-ring to signaling theory, the results of this study find there is a relation of negative and non-significant intangible assets to firm value, there is a relation of positive and significant research and development expenses on firm value, there is a relation of negative and insignificant employee training expenses to firm value, and there is a relation of positive and not significant advertising expenses to firm value.

Procrastination is a phenomenon that is often found among students. In the field of education, procrastination behavior is known as academic procrastination. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perfectionism and academic procrastination in college students learning online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a quantitative correlational study involving 366 participants using convenience sampling technique. The instruments used to measure variables are the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale by Hewitt and Flett, and the Tuckman Procrastination Scale by Tuckman. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between self-oriented perfectionism and academic procrastination, a significant positive relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic procrastination, and no significant relationship between other-oriented perfectionism and academic procrastination.
