With the development of human-computer interaction and virtual reality technology, virtual assembly training system shows its advantages in the field of training and education of mechanical assembly and maintenance. Based on the research of 3D interaction, virtual assembly and animation script control, this paper proposed a novel approach for designing and implementing a virtual assembly training system, including the script definition of assembly process, the playback of animation script, and the simulations of exercises and examinations. The paper described in details about the creation process of the assembly training resources, assembly study and operation exercises. Through this system, students can master the assembly process and operate the machinery in the virtual environment according to the animation and tips. The system breaks the restrictions of training equipments, training time and training place. It is convenient in large-scale and long term training, and promotes the development of mechanical assembly training.

E-learning communication security should be considered to ensure sensitive message transmission. Authenticated key agreement protocol in the client- server setting is the fundamental building block for ensuring client-server entity authentication, data confidentiality and integrity. So far, great deals of two- party authenticated key agreement protocols were proposed based on traditional public key cryptography and identity-based cryptography, but the certificateless-based authenticated key agreement protocol is seldom discussed. In this paper, we propose such a secure protocol from a certificateless public key encryption scheme due to Park et al. Compared to other comparable protocols, it achieves more security attributes, such as no-key escrow, perfect forward secrecy, known session-specific temporary information security and no-key control etc. Meanwhile, it keeps nice efficiency.

E-learning is being increasingly viewed as an important activity in the field of distance and continuing education. Web-based courses offer obvious advantages for learners by making access to educational resources very fast, real-time and relevant, at any time or place. With the rapid development of network, the resources of E-learning systems get richer and richer. However, the rapid development of the networks makes the existing network technology face challenges of all sorts too, and there is no exception in E-learning systems. XML is referred to “Secondgeneration of Web language” by the features of its own scalability, openness and interoperability. XML enjoys obvious advantages in E-learning systems by providing the data description language which is cross-platform and cross-network, and it can also divide data from data structure and provide more precise and meaningful search. This paper focuses on the information expression technology based on XML in E-learning systems. In addition, a three-tier model based on XML and the process to achieve is described.

Objective: By analyzing the effect of natural cerebrolysin (NC) on gene expression profile of rat hippocampus Alzheimer's disease (AD), to explore its molecular genetic pharmacodynamic mechanism of anti-AD. Methods: The experiment included the AD model, sham-operation and NC treated group. The changes of hippocampus gene expression profiles in the above three groups were analyzed by Affymetrix rat whole genome expression profile microarray. Results: Compared to the sham-operation group, the AD model group had 50 up-regulated genes (Fold Change≫2)and 21 down-regulated genes(Fold Change ≪0.5) with significant difference. Compared to the model group, the NC treated group was found to have 5 up-regulated genes and 20 down-regulated genes with significant difference. Conclusion: NC can regulate hippocampal function, and further regulate the brain function of animals in multiple gene target points by a number of ways.

Most educational resource grids are required to support multi-attribute multi-keyword fuzzy-matching queries. But such queries are not efficiently supported in current structured P2P systems. Towards an efficient P2P system capable of processing multiattribute multi-keyword fuzzy-matching queries with high recall ratio and load balancing, we propose a new resource indexing model which is expanded from Chord and called MF-Chord. Besides one-dimensional fingerprint which includes main keywords information of each attribute of the resource, MF-Chord generates opposite-fingerprint for every resource, which is the partial reversal of the fingerprint and is used to balance the query load. Reforming the finger tables of nodes and the query-request-message format, MFChord dynamically generates the query-requestforwarding- tree for every query and realizes the efficient multi-attribute multi-keyword fuzzy-matching query function. Through theoretical Analysis, we prove that MF-Chord has high recall ratio in limited hops. The experiment results show that the recall ratio of MF-Chord is more than 80% even when the maximum hop count is set to 7 and there are 80000 nodes in the system.

We propose a weight-based clustering routing protocol for wireless sensor networks. A new cluster head selection algorithm is developed in the proposed protocol. This algorithm aims at selecting better cluster heads in the network in order to minimise the energy dissipation of intra-cluster and inter-cluster data transmission. The load balance of the cluster heads is also considered when selecting cluster heads. The performance of the proposed protocol is evaluated and compared with two existing clustering-based protocols. Simulation results show that the proposed protocol achieves better energy efficiency and longer network lifetime.

Intelligent sensors and wireless network do conveniences to people in recent year. In order to make more goodness for human, especially for ability-less single member in family, the work group presents a model to take good care of ability-less member in family via wireless sensor network (WSN). To make research on intelligent sensors and wireless network, and analyze security problems of smart home WSN. Intelligent sensor of the model can accesses to control point based on UPnP. Programming technology of UPnP API makes sure the intelligent device which located in wireless network can be safely detected by local server.

Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to predict optimum conditions for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from ginkgo leaves. A central composite design involving ultrasonic time, extracting temperature and extracting time was used, and second-order model for flavonoid purity was employed to generate the response surface. The optimized condition was as follows: ultrasonic time 21.66 min, extracting temperature 39.34 °C and extracting time 2.01 h. The predicted flavonoid purity at condition was 40.75 mg/g. Experimental verification gave the value of 40.62 mg/g.

The fast economic development brings an urgent demand for accounting talents, which in turn results in a wave of accounting education. The over-expansion of accounting education led directly to a dramatic shrinking for accounting professionals. Are the accounting talents really beyond the demand or just below the expectation of the community? This paper made a field survey on the demand for accounting professionals and evaluation of vocational competence aiming to provide a suggestion for our tertiary education as how to educate accounting talents customized to social needs.
