In order to carry out the quick, efficiency and quality developing style, the existed commercial mechanical parts data should be used by those R&D enterprises through out of the network. The network-based mechanical part suppliers searching system is proposed to help to fulfill this process. Farther research showed that the core work of the suppliers searching system is the optimization of the required commercial part data such as the price, quality and delivery time etc. consisted of the whole scheme. In this paper, detailed work is focused on the modeling of the parts supplying system. About the model solving algorithm including of the extra part transport fee is also discussed. In the end, a calculating instance is provided to prove the feasibility of the optimizing model.

IMS-LD editors accelerate the development of learning design, however, IMS-LD stand-alone player which restricts resources spreading becomes the obstacle of learning design. To solve this confliction a player application model based on B/S structure is proposed. By IMS-LD analysis we can get a conclusion that all the components and methods in IMS-LD are organized as tree structure. Entity Class and Session Class corresponding to components element and method element of specification respectively build the model of play application on server.

The differential diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the kernel of TCM. The objective study of TCM diagnostics is a research hot spot at present. The differential diagnostics process of TCM is very complex and nonlinear. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a novel method to establish the diagnosis model of TCM. In this paper, the differential diagnostics model is constructed base on multi-SVM. A comparison is made between gaussian and poly kernel functions in SVM for differential diagnostics. The model based on multi-SVM presented can deal with accompanying syndromes better. The model can provide a new way to solve TCM differential diagnostics.

One of the main problems in mobile agent migration is planning out an optimal migration path according to the agent tasks and other restrictions when agents migrate to several other hosts. The Ant Colony Algorithm, which has the characteristic of parallelism, positive feedback and heuristic search, is a new evolutionary algorithm and is extremely suitable to the mobile agent migration problem. But it still has some shortcomings such as slowly speed and stagnation behavior. Complex networks theory is a new kind of theory, which finds that some practical networks have new characters. In order to describe these new characters, some new characteristic measures are introduced, one of which is the node's “degree”. Based on the classical Ant Algorithm, the parameter “degree” is added into the state transfer rules of the Ant Algorithm and a self-adaptive pheromone evaporation rate is proposed, which can accelerate the convergence rate and improve the ability of searching an optimum solution. This improved Ant Colony Algorithm is used to plan out an optimal migration path of mobile agents. The results of contrastive experiments show that the algorithm is superior to other related methods both on the quality of solution and on the convergence rate.

Remote training is one of the rapid growing fields in computer applications. This paper will investigate the pivot technologies in remote training, specifically for remote control or operational training. By means of working with a test platform of robot telecontrol, the pivot technologies in remote operational training are indentified, which could be propagate to the general training scenario, such as remote education, e-learning, and so on. And examples and evaluations are provided in order to justify the validity of the investigation.

This article argues the objective of knowledge management and indicates its core as reinforcing knowledge flow and application. Based on the documented Knowledge Management System weaknesses and feature of Web2.0, we have developed the infrastructure of Knowledge Flow Based KMS in Web2.0 Environment and an innovative approach to design, realize and strengthen it. The new system infrastructure offers a paradigm shift by putting emphasis on integration of Web2.0 and KMS by knowledge flow. Open source tools are used as development tools and four key modules known as system integration module, knowledge processing module, flow integration module and knowledge service module are illustrated. Ultimately, the Knowledge Flow Based KMS in Web2.0 Environment, in spite of its challenges and limits, proposes a new agenda for promoting tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer among members of different levels within an organizationt.

To access the research methods and data analysis procedures employed by research studies investigating the applications of computer-assisted language learning (CALL) to enhance second/foreign language learning, the study made extensive search for scholarly articles published from 2000 to 2008. The contributions of quantitative research on computer- assisted second/foreign language learning were reviewed under the categories of research designs, data analysis techniques, skill areas/language taught and the trends of CALL types investigated. Results of the study showed that frequently used research methods were pre- post-test control group experimental and within subject experimental research designs. Findings of the meta-analytic review also indicated that new data analysis techniques were introduced into the field of computer-assisted second/foreign language learning research. The overall interest in implementing technology in second language learning was reflected by the increasing number of research studies on computer mediated communication (CMC) and web-based tools. The study concluded that there was obviously still a pressing need among the research community for valid research designs and statistical analyses. It is recommended that to meet professional standards, more inferential statistics be applied to provide generalized and significant research findings.

Because of income level, time constraints, short of training institution, rural labors are difficult to accept traditional face-to-face skill training. This paper analysis the advantages of using distance education in rural labor training for transfer. Then it gives the distance education model and learning model in rural labor training for transfer. The result shows that rural labor should select an appropriate personal distance education model; training institution and enterprise should accept team-based distance education model in order to enhance the training level; the distance training of rural labor should get the help from government correlative departments.
