The article is about induction of apoptosis in human hepatoma HepG2 cells by myricetin (MYR). The human hepatoma HepG2 cells was treated with different doses myricetin for 72 h. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by SRB assay, apoptosis-related alterations in morphology ascertained by cytochemical staining(Hoechst 33258) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The cell cycle and apoptotic rate were quantified by flow cytometry (FCM).

The electrocardiogram (ECG) recognition is important for cardiovascular disease monitoring. It is significant to investigate automatic diagnosis methods related to wearable ECG instruments. This paper introduces Certainty Factor model based an uncertainty reasoning method for abnormal detection. It discusses the application and improvement of Certainty Factor model based on experts' experience in electrocardiogram diagnosis and puts forward the thought of determining the model parameters by machine learning. The experiment results show that the improved Certainty Factor model has better accuracy. The stability of Certainty Factor model is better than that of Bayes when the number of the disease type is increased.

Aimed to solve the problem of low classification accuracy caused by poor distribution estimation by training naive bayes document classfier on word clusters, we build a sequential word list based on mutual information between words and their semantic cluster labels, then construct a sample set of the same size with the word list through bootstrap sampling and use the average of the corresponding parameters estimated from the sample set as the last parameter to classify unknown documents. Experiment results on benchmark document data sets show that the proposed strategy gains higher classification accuracy comparing to naive bayes documents classifier on word clusters or on words.

It was known that quality of teaching need to be improved in university today,especially in computer education. In this article,three most serious problems of university based computer education will be discussed: lack of hardware resources,subject planning and the low level of computer education. Lots of work has been done to improve them,but no useful method was found. Maybe changing the government's Philosophy of runing university is the best way.

To overcome global situation problem tradition genetic algorithm has very strong robustness in finding the solution, but crossover probability and mutation probability is fixed and invariable, it caused premature convergence and running inefficient to the solution on complicated problem at later evolution process of tradition genetic algorithm. To this problem the paper proposed a new algorithm with varying population size based on lifetimes of the chromosomes to realize population size adjust adaptively and crossover probability adjust adaptively and mutation probability adjust adaptively, which called fuzzy genetic algorithm. Compare to tradition genetic algorithm, experiment results show that the approach proposed is effective in the capability of global optimization and significantly improves the convergence rate.

Tissue classification with gene expression data is of great importance in medical diagnosis of diseases. To efficiently cope with this problem, a novel tissue classification algorithm based on neighborhood preserving embedding (NPE) and least square SVM (LS-SVM) is proposed in this paper. The experimental results on four well-known gene expression data sets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Nowadays, there is a little account of research which focuses on the theory and application of directed networks in the complex networks area. In this paper, a directed network model which describes the group personnel relationship is set up and simulated. Firstly, by analyzing the main workflow and the intercommunion way in the group, a directed network model which describes the group personnel relationship is set up. Then, with an e-mail directed network and a telephone directed network constructed, and by using the dyad method, an empirical social network model which correctly describes the group personnel relationship is set up. Finally, a simulation test is done. By comparing the group personnel relationship model and the empirical model, the simulation results in according with the empirical findings quit well.

Studied in accordance with the technology of photoelectrical detection and detecting transient feeble optical signal, the thesis presents the application system for detecting. On analyzing signal properties, the detecting scheme based on FPGA technology is proposed with the system's core modules designed and their core parts selected. Relational software and hardware is fulfilled and debugged successfully. The test results with self-made simulative signal confirmed the feasibility of the design scheme and the reliability of the practical system.

Mobile informational strategy has a higher demand on the network supporting system and aims at the implementation of user oriented service management. As the indexes of customer perception are the direct reflection of the network quality, it is particularly important to analyze the indexes. In this paper, varieties of factors affecting customer experiences on the network quality are analyzed. A customer perception template is designed based on the related standards of QoE and the 5W model; a set of common extraction methods of customer perception indexes are given. According to the practical application of the customer perception template, the contribution coefficient of customer perception indexes that ha ve a great influence on the service quality are achieved by the statistical analysis model.
