The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether or not puzzle media may improve students' cognitive learning results when used in conjunction with the image and picture model. A quasi-experimental study with a pre- and post-test control group design was conducted. Twenty-nine pupils made up the study's sample. They engaged in systematic stumbling in order to sample properly. The 15 multiple-choice questions on the pretest and posttest provided the raw material for this study. The SPSS 26.0 application was used to conduct a t-test analysis in the two groups. The data analysis revealed that the average value of class VII students' cognitive learning outcomes using the picture and picture model assisted by puzzle media was higher than the average value of students' cognitive learning outcomes using the conventional model, coming in at 84 77.34. When the t-test is performed at the 5% level of significance, a result of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.05 or 0.030 0.05 indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This demonstrates that the cognitive learning results of class VII pupils in the kingdom animalia content at SMPN 20 Bengkulu City are significantly influenced by the use of the image and picture models supplemented by media puzzles.

Development of digital flipbook modules for integrated science learning courses for undergraduate students of science education. Teaching materials for integrated science learning courses in the Bachelor of Science Education Study Program at Bhinneka PGRI University are still limited in the form of powerpoint (PPT). Researchers intend to add references and make it easier for students to access them online by developing digital flipbooks. The digital flipbook is equipped with an active link that is synchronized on the Learning Management System (LMS) of the lecturer. The goal is for students to easily access references without time and space restrictions. The development refers to the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument. The test subjects were 10 students of the science education study program at Bhinneka PGRI University. The results of the validation of the module developed in the dimensions of material content, language, and graphics reached an average coefficient of 0.875 very valid. Responsse to the dimensions of usefulness, attractiveness, ease, understanding, and sentence structure obtained an average percentage of questionnaire results of 87% very good category. The conclusion in this study is that the module in the form of a digital flipbook of Integrated Science Learning courses can be applied in learning activities in universities.

Mastery of the concept is needed to measure the success of students' learning process. The objectives of this study were 1) To describe the mastery of the concept of dynamic electricity in class IX students at Junior High School Negeri 26 Banjarmasin who taught using PhET media, and 2) To describe whether or not there was an effect of using PhET as a learning medium in class IX at Junior High School Negeri 26 Banjarmasin. The type of research used is quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods and a nonequivalent control group research design. The data in this study is collected from the test (pre-test and post-test), which contain cognitive domains. The data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis are the N-gain and simple linear regression tests. The result showed: 1) There were differences in the mastery of concepts in the control class and the experimental class as seen from the post-test average scores, namely 47,94 and 74,76; 2) There is an increase in students' mastery of concepts in the experimental class with an N-gain score in the experimental class of 54,09 in the medium category and the control class 22,76 in the low category; and 3) There is an effect of using PhET media on increasing mastery of students’ concepts by 52% based on the results of simple linear regression test. Using PhET media with the guided inquiry method positively influences and increases students' mastery of concepts.
