This article discusses an integrated method of urban space formation, which is based on the characteristics and principles of existing approaches, methods and techniques of planning urbanised areas. The objective of this method is to improve and create a high-quality urban fabric without uncontrolled development and visual noise. The main principles, tools and elements of urban space formation by the integrated method of volume-spatial planning of territories were identified.
In the previous article, which was published in the collection "Urban Development and Territorial Planning", issue №81 on the topic: "Volume-spatial planning of urban space - an improved methodology for designing territories and urban development" considered the general methodology for the formation of urban space by the integrated method of volume-spatial planning of territories, established the main stages of design and their content. In this article, the main principles, tools, and elements of the integrated method are considered in more detail, and explanations are given for the division of street space from quiet to highly active. The main elements of urban space design using the integrated method of volumetric and spatial planning, which describe both the form and its content, are presented and defined.
Integration of existing approaches and methods of urban space formation allows combining existing planning principles and methods, their features and tools, which, in the author's opinion, is the method that will allow formulating in a short time the comfortable space that a "modern" resident needs in a particular area.
In this article, it is proposed to focus in more detail on the planning characteristics of the territory in terms of street space activity and design elements, which determine the formative aspects of the integrated method of space-volume planning.
The volume-spatial planning of territories is an integrated method of urban space design, which includes planning elements with indicators in accordance with the functional use and volumetric-spatial characteristics of the territory, which are determined in accordance with planning zones established in accordance with the cross-section of the street space.
The formation of urban space by the integrated method of volume-spatial planning is possible only when the design is carried out according to a clear methodology and according to certain key elements in accordance with the current norms, rules, established composition and characteristics on the ground. The main tool for shaping urban space using the integrated design method is to determine the characteristics of the territory along the intersection of the street space and establish the main design elements, which will allow determining both the physical form of the area and its functional content.

On the base of the simplification of the general mathematics models of the iron removal the engineer calculation methods of the removing of the iron combinations from the ground waters by the filtration on the refine filters and at the well filter colmatation are proposed. The analysis and the comparative value of the proposed methods are carried out. In most regions of Ukraine, aquifers, from which water is finly taken for the population, have an increased iron content, which significantly exceeds the standarts. Is modern conditions, the most widespread method of extracting compounds from waters is filtering through granular loading from natural or artificial granular materials in special installations, the main element of which is a filter. Under normal conditions in groundwater in the absence of dissolved oxygen and other oxidizing agents, dissolved iron is mainly present in the form of Fe2+ ions or its unstable protective forms of various salts. When interacting with dissolved oxygen, which is fed into the water, divalent iron is oxidized to trivalent, and then hydrolyzed into lumpy or suspended iron hydroxide in the form of silt flakes. On the basis of the implementation of a more general mathematical problem and the performance of the comparative analysis carried out tat the same time, the article proposes calculation methods that allow assessing the influence of the oxygen regime. The perfomed analysis shoved that in condition of oxygen deficiency, a simpler model can be adopted. Taking into account that in the case of a homogeneous filter, a more intense accumulation of sludge occurs in the upper layers, then an important characteristic during design and operation is the determination of the concentration of the amount of sludge near the upper border of the filter.

A significant theoretical and practical work in the study of issues, related to the modeling of the architectural environment, has been made by architectural scientists for today. The use of architectural environment modeling method, opens up an opportunity to simplify the process of developing models of one or another architectural environment as a system, and will also contribute to improving the process of formulating efficiency criteria. Architectural systems, which differ in quantitative and qualitative characteristics of their components, can be represented by one formal model with accuracy up to C-isomorphism. Therefore, the structural model of the urban planning system "population - activity - environment" and the model of human life-activity processes (functional model) can be taken as a basis for building a model of public safety centers (PSC). Public safety centers belong to the public service system and includes three services (law enforcement, medical and emergency services). Basing on this, it is possible to build a structural and functional model of the PSC organization, which includes all systemically determined components. The constituent components of the specified PSC model should be as following: recreation, service, material production and communications. These subsystems should include the following structural components: "restoration" - population in need of restoration, population restoration activities (human recreation) and environment for restoration; "service" - service personnel, their activities and environment for service; "production" - production personnel, production activities and environments for production; "communications" - the personnel of communication networks, the service of communications and the environment for communications. In general, the presentation of public safety centers in the form of a structural and functional model allows to do the research of them and formation based on a systematic approach.

The article examines the issue of modern understanding of the component space of national culture, as well as the effects of various civilizational systems on the space of human cultural activity. It is noted that the phenomenon of national spirituality is a powerful factor in the self-development of the nation's moral existence, which reproduces the space of national culture (external and internal). The purpose of the work is to determine the various degrees of human perception of the social space and the presence of God in the universe, nature, and philosophical systems. The research methodology consists in the use of dialectical and analytical methods to study the philosophical understanding of the spiritual values of a person. The functional-instrumental method is applied in order to identify the features of the progress of philosophical considerations and their impact on a person in modern society. Based on the considered concepts, it can be noted that the existence of spatial spiritual characteristics of physicality in the Ukrainian ethnic group are related to the interpretive aspects of creative power (Holy Trinity). Nowadays, the problem of cultural space is determined by a number of solutions to environmental problems, the close interaction of the biosphere and the noosphere. And also the problem of preserving the integrity of the environment, the solution of which is necessary for a person to exist. The priority solution to this problem is that the phenomenon of national spirituality acts as a powerful factor of self-development and moral improvement of the existence of the nation and individual. The solution of the specified problem is connected with many human interests, as well as the creation of civilizational comfort in the functioning of the mechanisms of today's complex philosophical processes. The spiritual aspect of the spatial characteristics of national culture today is due to the need for a philosophical counterbalance in the conditions of modern globalization.

The article analyzes the features of the revitalization of industrial enterprises, ways of adapting industrial buildings to a new function with the help of architectural, spatial and environmental elements. The definition of the term "revitalization" and its origin in practical use are given. In the global community of architects, a solution to the problem of non-functioning industrial spaces was found by adapting them to the modern needs of people and by repurposing industrial zones into entertainment, art, museum and business centers, residential complexes, i.e. revitalization of industrial facilities. The main architectural methods of incorporating new building volumes into the existing building have been identified. All over the world, there is a need to integrate abandoned and non-functioning industrial enterprises into the modern urban environment. Revitalization is a complex process that requires a comprehensive approach to achieve positive results. To achieve successful revitalization, it is important to have clear guidelines and standards that provide a basis for planning, implementing and evaluating revitalization projects. They establish the standards of environmental sustainability, social justice and economic viability of the project, as well as transparency and accountability of the revitalization process. In Ukraine, the regulatory documentation that ensures and regulates the revitalization process, unlike the countries of Europe and the USA, has not yet acquired a sufficient level of development. From the analysis of foreign experience in Ukraine, when developing revitalization projects of degraded areas of industrial enterprises, it is necessary to take into account the standards of environmental sustainability, social justice and economic viability of the project, as well as transparency and accountability of the revitalization process. In addition, for the successful implementation of projects, state support of united territorial communities with the involvement of business and investments focused on the sustainable development of urban areas is necessary.

The media formation of architecture and urban spaces is their informative essence, their content and symbolic richness for people. If we consider architecture from the perspective of information transmission, there arises a need to study the influence of its physical and mental characteristics on society. The media formation of Lviv's architectural environment affects the frequency of visits to certain places, people's well-being in urban spaces, and the semiotic significance of the city's architecture for people. Therefore, conducting a sociological study is necessary to analyze the media formation of architecture and urban spaces in Lviv. The research tasks involved identifying the most mediatic objects in Lviv, assessing people's perception of the media formation of various architectural styles at different hierarchical levels, and the type of information conveyed by these objects. It also aimed to determine citizens' attitudes towards changes in the media formation of the city's architectural space by comparing different architectural environments. Additionally, the study sought to understand people's vision of Lviv's architectural mediacy in the future. The research results showed that Lviv's mediacy is characterized by historical diversity, evokes semiotic associations, and influences people's well-being in urban spaces and the popularity of certain locations. Based on the assessment of citizens regarding the media formation of architecture and spaces in Lviv, conclusions have been shown that homogeneous environments, such as historical or contemporary ones, are perceived much better. The combination of diverse architectural styles can lead to confusion and added tension. Therefore, it is important to emphasize the need for a thoughtful approach to designing new architecture within established environments since it has a direct impact on how it is perceived by people.

The article considers Land Management as an effective technique for improving the quality of life in cities. It emphasizes the importance of the distribution of socio-economic activities according to various parameters to increase the efficiency of the use of the urban area. Major categories of activities such as residential, commercial, transport, public and government institutions are considered in order to maintain a balance between them. The article also notes the importance of land use planning for sustainable development and optimal use of resources in conditions of limitation. It highlights that urban areas with high population density should be developed according to master plans that include land use plans. The article also notes that urbanization needs adequate leadership, which is provided through regional planning, urban planning, land use planning, transport policy, and public administration. The paper also highlights the advantages of compact cities with multiple uses, such as reducing fuel consumption, urban land use, and ensuring sociocultural development. Studying the experience of Europe, the USA and Australia proved the expediency of promoting spatially compact cities with various goals. It has been studied that compact cities offer the opportunity to reduce fuel consumption for travel, as homes, work and recreation are located close to each other. They are also favored because urban land can be reused, while rural land outside the city is protected. A good quality of life is believed to be supported by a high concentration of people, which provides social conditions conducive to liveliness, vivacity, and cultural production and consumption.

The paper also highlights the advantages of compact cities with multiple uses, such as reducing fuel consumption, urban land use, and ensuring sociocultural development. \u0000Studying the experience of Europe, the USA and Australia proved the expediency of promoting spatially compact cities with various goals. Establishing land use restrictions as a mechanism for ensuring favourable conditions for the life of the population and sustainable development of territories is of great importance. The study analysed the diversity of restrictions on land use, determined the grounds for setting land use restrictions, carried out their aggregation and structuring according to various characteristics, taking into account legal, spatial, social, economic and ecological aspects. During the research, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and system methods were used. Restrictions on land use are diversified in nature, size and grounds for establishment. The main basis for imposing restrictions on the land use in Ukraine is the necessity of natural resources preservation; ensuring the economic efficiency of territory development; ensuring social justice and protection of the population; environmental stability preservation territory restoration in the post-war period. The classification of land use restrictions is proposed depending on various classification features. The most significant among which are: presence of the mode-forming object as a basis for restriction; degree of determination; planning characteristics; validity term; ownerships of land in the area of limitations; access mode status for beneficiaries of specified benefits. The results of the study illustrate the need to further definition of the assessment of the impact of restrictions on social life.

In this article the purpose of the Blue Lines of Limitation as a fixation of the spatial boundaries of water bodies in the urban planning activity is considered. The peculiarities and importance of the use of Blue Lines as boundaries of the water area for maintaining urban planning discipline are indicated. Preservation of the boundaries of water areas in an urbanized environment requires the introduction of a separate urban planning restriction in the urban planning documentation. Along with the Red, Blue, Green and Yellow lines, which are already "working" in urban planning documentation, the Blue lines will graphically display the borders of the water area, regulating the regulation of urban planning activities in certain territories, which will contribute to urban planning discipline and the preservation of water ecosystems. Blue lines can graphically fix the boundaries of the water area to limit urban planning and economic activity. Our proposal is to introduce the concept of Blue Lines into the new edition of DBN B2.2-12-202… «Planning and Development of Territories» in the following wording: "Boundaries of the coastline (cut of water) on the natural or artificially created water area of water bodies (reservoirs and water courses) - the internal boundaries of the water protection zone with defined regimes and rules of economic activity are defined by blue lines." The development of district planning schemes, general plans of settlements, detailed plans of the territory (M 1: 25000, 1:10000, 1: 2000) graphically, with the help of blue lines, should indicate: - cuttings of existing and artificially created reservoirs; - section of direction, channel deepening; - changing the contour of reservoirs in case of their revitalization, etc. Fixing the spatial boundaries of the water area with the help of Blue lines will fulfill the tasks of urban planning regulations of economic activity, which will contribute to the preservation of the natural component of the water ecosystem in an urbanized environment. To preserve and protect water bodies in an urbanized environment, effective urban planning restrictions are necessary. Urban planning restrictions contribute to the preservation of our settlements from chaotic and disharmonious construction, make the urban space safe and comfortable for residents. The designation of the Blue Lines is a tool for preserving the natural component in the urbanized environment, which will help solve the problem of balanced, rational and harmonious use of water areas and vulnerable coastal areas.
