The purpose of the research is to investigate using "none of the above" (NOTA) option on psychometric properties of multiple choice tests (MC): Item difficulty, item discrimination, and test reliability. Using two test forms symmetrical in content, consisted of (25) MC items with four options, the first form items had real options, the second form was built by replacing the key option in (13) items, and one of the distractors in the (12) items left, by NOTA option. These forms were applied on (240) individuals. The research results indicate that the existence of the NOTA option makes the test items more difficult, while it presence does not affect item discrimination nor test reliability.

: The presented research aims to search The Effectiveness of Using Differentiated Learning strategies in Teaching Social Studies to Develop Some Communication Skills for Students in the First Grade of Prep School, to verify that the researcher used the experimental curriculum with its semi- experimental design. The teacher's edition was prepared (Climate and Natural Plant Unit) according to the strategies of Differentiated Instruction and preparing a scale for Communication Skills. The study sample consists of 60students (30 experimental and 30 controlled) from the schools of Eastern Educational Administration in Kafr Elsheikh for the academic year (2018-2019) the second semester. The scale for Communication Skills was applied as a pre-test, and then Experimental Group used the strategies of Differentiated Instruction. The Controlled Group has used the traditional method; the scale for Communication Skills was applied as a post-test. The given results show that there are some statistical differences at (0.05) level between the average of marks of Experimental Group students on the scale for Communication Skills in the Social Studies curriculum after teaching, The value of "T" (37.29) was for the Experimental Group.

: The research aimed to set a proposed strategy for developing practices of academic leaders at King Abdul Aziz University in view of entrepreneurial leadership requirements by revealing the degree practice of their dimensions, and about the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic means of the application of entrepreneurial leadership requirements dimensions at King Abdul Aziz University from the view point of academic leaders due to scientific degree and experience. To achieve the objectives, descriptive survey method was used, and the research community consisted of (146) academic leaders at King Abdul Aziz University during the first semester of 2020. Also, questionnaire was applied as a research tool. The research found that entrepreneurial leadership dimensions in academic leaders practices; came within a (medium) practice degree. (Available opportunities dimension), came in first place; then (strategic direction, initiative and proactive, taking risks and assuming responsibility, and finally creativity and innovation). Also, there were absence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the application of entrepreneurial leadership requirements dimensions due to scientific degree and experience. Whereas the dimension of (available opportunities) is available with a statistically significant difference among academic leaders of King Abdul Aziz University with a scientific degree (Professor). Based on the results, a proposed strategy has been set for development the practices of academic leaders at King Abdelaziz University in view of entrepreneurial leadership requirements, which was represented in identifying the challenges that could face development and mechanisms for dealing with them, and the development requirements and mechanisms for activating them.
