The study aimed to develop kindergarten management in the light of the electronic management approach and used the descriptive approach. Previous studies showed that the second axis dealt with the meaning of electronic management and its most prominent features, while the third axis focused on how to develop kindergarten management in the light of the electronic management approach, and dealt with the requirements for developing kindergarten management in the light of the electronic management approach, and the mechanisms and procedures for developing kindergartens in the light of the electronic management approach. And success factors for the transformation of electronic management to achieve administrative development in kindergartens.

The study aimed to identify the level of critical thinking skills and the preferred learning styles of gifted students at the secondary stage in Taif Governorate, in addition to revealing the differences in critical thinking skills according to their different preferred learning styles and their gender. The sample of the study consisted of (192) male and female secondary school students in Taif Governorate schools, distributed by gender into (92) male and (100) female students. The Saudi short form of the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Test, and Kolb's Learning Styles Inventory were used after verifying their psychometric properties to collect data from the subjects. The results revealed a low level of gifted students’ possession of critical thinking skills in general, and in particular the deduction skill. The results also revealed that there is a rate of (16.67%) gifted students who did not show preference of a specific learning style, and that the most preferred learning style was the divergent style, followed by the accommodator style, then the convergent style, and finally the assimilator style. The results also showed a statistically significant mean score differences attributed to gender on three subtests of the critical thinking test as well as the total score on the test as males outperformed females in the conclusion subtest while females outperformed males in the induction, evaluation of arguments, and the overall mean scores. The results also revealed a statis-tically significant mean score differences on all subtests as well as the overall mean score attributed to the preferred learning style in favor of the divergent style followed by the assimilator style, then the accommodator style, and finally the convergent style.

This study aimed to apply the concept maps to determine the significant teaching skills of teaching the language skills, present the level of these teaching skills owned by the experimental group students, and test the hypothesis of whether there are statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the means of the learning outcomes of pre-service teachers in the language skills development, for the control group who studies through the traditional way and the experimental group who studies through the conceptual maps way. The researcher applied a quasi-experimental design and used the self-evaluation scale on 31 pre-service teachers. The results showed that the teaching skills of teaching language skills are summarized in three main skills which are planning, presentation, and evaluation, the pre-service teachers have high teaching skills, according to the self-evaluation form. Moreover, the experimental group outperformed the control group in the term of the self-evaluation scale. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of using concept maps on developing the teaching skills of pre-service teachers in teaching the language skills of kindergarten children. The researcher recom-mended using concept maps in teaching language courses for all academic levels and suggested studying the level of the university educators’ competence in applying effective teaching skills.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the quality of distance learning at Jeddah University during Corona virus Pandemic as perceived by students. The study adopted the descriptive approach, as the questionnaire was administrated to collect data and achieving the goals. The contained (38) items distributed into four domains. ; administrated on the students of education faculty and social sciences faculty at Jeddah university in the academic year 2021/2022. A sample of (168) students responded to the questionnaire. The findings of the study showed that students’ evaluation of the quality of distance education at the University of Jeddah during the Corona pandemic came to a high extent in all domains. There were no statistical differences in the university administration domain as well as electronic services domain and teaching and learning domain attributed to college variable. There were significant statistical differences in technical support in favor of education faculty; and in university administration domain as well as electronic services domain and technical support domain attributed to differences in major in favor of physical education major. There are no significant statistical differences due to the difference in the cumulative average of students in all domains, and the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to develop an appropriate mechanism that allows the provision of computers to students in need. The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic agility in enhancing the dimensions of competitive advantage at Qas - sim University; By identifying the level of strategic agility and the level of competitive advantage, and to achieve this, the study adopted the descriptive approach, and the “questionnaire” was developed as a tool for data collection and applied to a stratified random sample consisting of (217) faculty members at Qassim University, and the study concluded that the level of agility for a strategy at the University of Al-Qassim came with a “medium” rating, and the “resource develop - ment” dimension came in the first place with a “high” rating, while the “collective commitment” dimension came in the second place with a “medium” rating, and the “strategic sensitivity” dimension came in the third rank with a “medium” rating. The study also found that the level of competitive advantage at Qassim University came with a rating of “medium”, and it came first in the dimension of “efficiency” with a rating of “high”, followed by the dimension of “quality” with a rating of “medium” and then the dimension of “response” with a rating of “medium” as well, while The dimension of “creativity” came last with a “medium” rating. The study revealed a statistically significant effect of strategic agility in enhancing the dimensions of competitive advantage; The effect of strategic agility came in the dimension of “creativity” with a coefficient of determination of (R 2 =0.64), and the effect of strategic agility came in the dimension of “response” with a coefficient of determination (R 2 =0.518), and the effect of strategic agility came in the dimension of “efficiency” with a coefficient of determination (R 2 =0.52), while the least effect of strategic agility came in the dimension of “quality” with a determination coefficient (R 2 =0.41), and the study recommended the necessity of adopting the approach of strategic agility at the university, developing the organizational structure and investing modern and advanced technology in order to achieve flexibility and speed in the transfer of information and take decisions, activating the “Strategic Planning” unit, supporting the participation of faculty members in drawing directions and making strategic decisions, and developing a culture of creativity and innovation as part of the university’s organizational culture.
