The aim of the research is to reveal the impact of the different design patterns of electronic discussion forums on the cognitive and performance aspects related to digital content production skills. The research followed the quasi-experimental approach based on the design of two experimental groups, the research sample consisted of (50) graduate students (Master’s stage), and to achieve this, two patterns of electronic discussion forums were designed to develop digital content production skills for graduate students, and an objective achievement test was designed to measure the cognitive aspect, and a product evaluation card to measure the performance aspect. Where they were applied before and after. The results revealed an impact of the different design patterns of electronic discussion forums (free - controlled) on the development of the cognitive and performance aspects of digital content production skills for postgraduate students, and for the benefit of the second experimental group (which was studied through controlled electronic discussion forums), and in light of the results it reached. The research presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.

This study aimed to investigate the degree of including twenty-first century skills in the developed mathematics textbooks of seventh grade students in Jordan for the 2021/2022 academic year, and the degree to which these skills are distributed in mathematics textbooks for seventh grade students. The study sample consisted of exercises, examples and problems contained in the prescribed mathematics books, and the training, example, or problem was chosen as a unit of analysis, and its number was (1717), and it was classified in light of the skills of the twenty-first century: critical thinking and problem solving, creative thinking, communication, employing technology, Self-learning, collaboration and community participation. The results of the study showed that mathematics textbooks for seventh grade students included the twenty-first century skills with an average percentage of (43%) of all skills, and the skills were ranked in descending order as follows: critical thinking and problem solving (21%), self-learning (7%), creative thinking (6%), communication (6%), employing technology (2%), cooperation and community participation (1%).

Aim: The aim of the study was determine item analysis of Procrastination Scale for MclCloskey (2011) in a sample of college students who study statistics course in terms of classical test theory and Item response theory and study the difference between male and female on academic procrastination, determine the levels of academic procrastination. Methodology: The sample consisted of 156 undergraduate 76 (48.7%) and graduate 80 (50.3%) students, sex, male 89 (57.1%) and female 67 (42.9%) who enrolled in some Saudi universities (king khield, king abd- elaziz, hafr elbatan). They answered self-administered scales of Academic Procrastination Scale (APS-SF) and the steel Procrastination scale (2010). Results: A Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for academic procrastination scale was 0.945, The exploratory factor analysis shows a four factors, and Graded response two-parameter logistic model for procrastination construct showed appropriate fit with data, difficulty and discrimination indices were estimated for items of scale, the short scale of procrastination consist of 8 items in terms of item analysis criteria of classic test theory and item response theory. Conclusion: The study provided a reliable and valid short version of the Academic Procrastination scale, and it can be useful to quickly diagnosis of academic procrastinating behaviors among the universities students in KSA.

The current study aimed to identify the attitudes of special education teachers towards evidence-based practices and discover the difference in their attitudes according to the following variables (type of specialization, educational stage, educational qualification, training), as well as discover the obstacles that prevent their application. To achieve these goals, the descriptive approach was used, which relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from the study sample of (314) female teachers. The results found that special education teachers have positive attitudes towards evidence-based practices, and the results also found that there is no difference between special education teachers’ attitudes towards evidence-based practices according to the variable of specialization, academic qualification, and educational stage, with the exception of training that resulted in a difference in attitudes in favor of the teachers who attended training courses. One of the main obstacles that prevent special education teachers from applying evidence-based practices was the lack of financial support allocated to provide the tools and devices needed to use evidence-based practices, limited communication between researchers and teachers to inform them of the most important evidence-based practices, and the lack of available sources for evidence-based practice.

The study aimed to reveal the reality of using e- learning in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) from the point of view of Hail University students and the challenges they face. The study sample consisted of (1518) male and female students, they were selected by random sampling method, the quantitative descriptive approach was used, the applied study questionnaire consist of (38) items distributed on (3) areas, and an open question on the challenges facing university students Hail. The finding of the study showed that Corona pandemic (Covid 19), university infrastructure and direction towards e learning played a significant role. The study showed insignificance difference in gender and house address. However, the type of study stream appeared to play a significance role particularly with humanity stream students. The findings also revealed that the most significant challenges confronting Hail University students in the reality of using distance learning in the aftermath of the Corona (Covid 19) pandemic were "the students' sense of social isolation and the difficult psychological state of the difficulty of academic courses during lectures, particularly among students of scientific disciplines." In light of the study's findings, the researcher proposes that technology be used in teaching on an ongoing basis, as well as training faculty members on how to use technology and programs of distant learning platforms.

The repercussions of the Corona crisis (COVID-19) cast its shadows on the world, and the world’s systems joined forces to confront it, including, of course, the KSA, which presented a pioneering model in managing this crisis, and one of the lessons learned here is the change of the educational pattern and the trend towards electronic and virtual mode. Which calls for a change in the culture of the traditional work at the level of the entire university educational system. Therefore, the current study was concerned with identifying the training needs (TNA) of faculty members in Saudi universities according to the Goldstein and Ford's model to determine the necessary training needs for the post-COVID-19 period; to achieve the goal of the study. A questionnaire consisting of (36) items was applied (414) faculty members from (6) Saudi public universities. The field study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The total percentage of the training gap in the proposed needs was (77.18%),And (79.22%) in professional needs, (78.74%) in administrative needs and (78.56%) in personal needs, and the most important proposed personal needs were (providing support and advice to injured students and their families during emergencies and pandemics according to the degree of risk (yellow - orange - red). The study recommended the establishment of a training unit to be located in the general office of the Ministry of Education under the Minister’s office, and its main function is to organize training programs for faculty members in universities to face crises imposed by emerging conditions such as the spread of pandemics, in addition to providing (frames) training competencies from faculty members to provide courses and provide Financial and logistical support for organizing these training.
