The study aimed at identifying the extent of awareness of Al-Taif University students towards the digital moral values according to their viewpoints. It also aimed at providing some proposed mechanisms for enhancing such values. The study employed the descriptive analytical approach. To verify its objectives, the study designed a questionnaire which was conducted on a sample of (476) students (Males and females) from Al-Taif University. Some of the most important findings that the study found were : the extent of awareness of Al-Taif University student’s towards the digital moral values was high. The average of the agreement of the sample individuals on the extent of awareness towards the digital moral values was (4.13%). The findings also showed the absence of statistically significant differences in the extent of awareness towards the digital moral values among the sample individuals, attributed to the gender variable. While there were differences according to the variable of the education stage in favor of the sample individuals from those who have Bachelor’s degree. There are also differences attributed to the variable of the type of the name used in the general digital processes in favor of those who use the real name rather than the nickname. Furthermore, there are differences between the individuals of the sample attributed to the variable of accessing the combatting the public informatics crimes system in favor those who access such a system. Some of the most important proposed mechanisms for enhancing the digital moral values are: the necessity of inclusion of (the docu-ment of the rights and obligations of the university student) the punishments resulting from the moral breaches in using the technology, setting out a guide (standards of the digital values) for promoting the digital behaviour. The study recommends that the moral dimension of technology must be included in the study plans of the academic programmes in universities.

The study aimed to reveal the role of employing the PERT method in planning academic leadership training programs in Saudi universities. The PERT method was also applied in the aspect of time and cost on EXCEL software, one of PERT's computer software, in planning a training program for academic leaders in Saudi universities with the aim of ensuring its implementation in the least time and lowest cost and achieving the highest possible efficiency and quality. Whereas, the PERT method was employed in the technical aspect of time and cost in planning a training program for academic leaders in Saudi universities to ensure its implementation in the least time and lowest cost and to achieve the highest possible efficiency and quality. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used, and the most prominent findings of the study were that the total time estimated to plan the training program according to Bert is (18) days and at a cost of 2670, unlike what was traditionally planned at (20) days and the cost of (3000), as well as Bert's applied steps showed that the possible paths on the network for the program application steps amounted to 3 paths. Path (C) represents the critical path for taking longer in implementation. There is many technical software that enable decision makers based on planning training pro-grams to reduce the duration of preparing a program plan with the least percentage. There are mistakes, especially in large training programmers, and the study recommended the need to work on employing scientific methods in planning the completion of training programs approved by universities, because the use of these methods achieves effective results in reducing time and cost.

The current study aims at revealing the nature of attitude of psychotherapists towards Internet-based psychotherapy. The study used a tool to measure the attitude of the psychotherapist towards internet-based psychotherapy, prepared by re-searcher, with consideration of the psychometric properties. The sample of the study consisted of (156) psychotherapists from psychiatric hospitals and clinics in Egypt (60 males, 96 females), whose ages ranged between (26 to 53) years. The results of the study indicated that there is a positive attitude towards Internet-based psychotherapy with a relative weight of (59%), and this was in service of the therapist, then service of the case, and finally service of the therapeutic process. It was also found that there is a positive correlation between the number of hours of daily use of Internet-based psycho-therapy and total score of attitude of Internet-based psychotherapy and all its dimensions (service of case, therapist and therapeutic process). There was a negative correlation between age and both the total score of the positive attitude of Internet-based psychotherapy and all its dimensions. Internet based psychotherapists had higher scores compared to tra-ditional psychotherapists (face to face) in the positive attitude towards Internet-based psychotherapy and all its dimen-sions. Whereas, females had high degrees compared to males in the positive attitude towards Internet-based psychotherapy in the service of therapeutic process only.
