Based on Tabu Search and Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithms Solving Job Shop Scheduling Optimization Problems 基于禁忌搜索和粒子群算法求解作业车间调度优化问题

Solving the Job shop Scheduling problem, the design is based on Particle Swarm Optimization and Taboo Search which is a fast algorithm, And in this algorithm, bring in particle swarm strategy and taboo search strategy, A hybrid intelligence algorithm based on Particle Swarm algorithm and the taboo Search algorithm(TS-PSO) is designed. It overcomes particle swarm optimization algorithm in solving combinatorial optimization problem, and better to avoid the tabu search algorithm falling into local optimum, and convergence speed has also been increased. Through particle swarm and taboo search algorithm combined, the results show that this algorithm has very good accuracy of convergence, and is feasible, and compared with the traditional scheduling algorithm, Embodies the obvious superiority.

Design and Implementation of Trust Storage System Based on TCM 基于TCM的信任存储系统设计与实现

Currently, most of the file encryption systems are implemented in software for the foundation. Once the key was cracked, the encryption system fails completely. With hacking techniques becoming more sophisticated, traditional software encryption alone cannot guarantee the security of sensitive data. This paper introduces a trust storage system based on a security hardware, which implements the disk encryption based on partition, utilizing the device mapper mechanism. Meanwhile, a secure hardware, Trusted Cryptography Module (TCM) [1], provides security support from the hardware layer, greatly increasing the crack difficulty. As a result, effectively enhance the security of sensitive data.

The Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Working Face Ground Pressure in Gently Inclined Thin Coal Seam 缓倾斜薄煤层工作面地压数值模拟与分析

Numerical simulation, combined with field observation, has proved effective on measuring the main roof weighting step, while theoretical calculation and empirical formula are found to be inadequate for the working face. Considering the mining situation in Xiaohezui Mine, discrete element method is adopted to numerically simulate the working face mining pressure, and according to it, field observation on the pressure is taken, which guarantee safe production on a theory basis.
数值模拟与现场观测相结合,对采空区顶板主压步距的测量是有效的,但理论计算和经验公式对采空区顶板主压步距的测量存在不足。针对小河嘴矿的开采情况,采用离散元法对工作面采动压力进行数值模拟,并根据模拟结果对工作面采动压力进行了现场观测,为安全生产提供了理论依据。

Estimate SOC Capacity of Power Battery on the Dynamic Working Voltage 根据动态工作电压估算动力电池的SOC容量

This paper takes the VRLA battery cell as the research object, to solve real-time estimation problem of the electric vehicle power battery's state of charge(SOC) in working status, proposes a new estimation method. Through the measurement of a periodic constant current load's work battery, get a series of working voltage, using phase-slope calculation method based on the working voltage at this time, calculating the battery's time remaining and SOC. This method proved the feasibility of the dynamic working point can be mapped to the static working point, and the largest relative error is no more than 7%. Through the software implementation can compensate temperature, aging and other interference factors. Error analysis results show that this method has small error, high measurement precision.

Innovative Ideas Study on Low-Carbon Urban Planning under Global Climate Change 全球气候变化下低碳城市规划创新思路研究

Cities are the main sources of CO2 emissions and other greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and low-carbon urban planning can provide effective and essential methods to control them during the construction and operation process of cities. The aim of this paper is to explore innovative ideas of low-carbon urban planning in our country and to examine the scenarios toward the realization of sustainable cities. This paper discusses the theories and practices of low-carbon urban planning. Finally, future development direction in China is been proposed.

Guan-tian economic zone in the west of China is regional economic foundation, natural condition is superior, cultural history, the deep development potential larger area. To speed up the economic construction and development, to strengthen regional economic strength, support and promote formation of the western region to speed up the development the important growth pole. Therefore, research shut day economic zone talents competence status to the national economic development, the personnel training has important significance. This paper uses data measurement and performance analysis method to shut day economic zone for empirical research, and to promote economic shut day talents competence puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

Observing Experiment and Analyzing Research of CO Occurrence in Original Coal Seam 原煤层CO赋存状态观测试验与分析研究

Coal has a strong adsorption capacity, adsorbed gas in coal seam is mostly CO2, CH4 and N2, only a little is CO. In upper corners and some other spots of mining face of some mine CO often transfinite, but due to being unclear about its source, fire preventing and controlling measures are often inefficient which directly threat safe production of coal mine. through determining and analyzing data of four site experimental boreholes in eastern 31 mining face of CUIJIAZHAI coal mine, content of CO contained by raw coal itself is found to be 0%~0.0019%, and with time develops, producing rate of CO slow down gradually, and concentration of CO increase with depth of borehole increase, so part of CO in mining face is concluded to stem from occurrence of original coal seam.

Using the Heat Balance method to study the operational regulation of the central household-based heat metering heating system, puts forward the concepts about the temperature rise heating coefficient and temperature rise heating time, and deduces the relation between them. Using the relation to get the data table of the temperature rise heating coefficient and temperature rise heating time under one indoor and outdoor temperature.

Studies on the Differences of County Economic Development Level and the Water Resources Coordination in Central Yunnan Economic Zone 滇中经济区县域经济发展水平差异与水资源协调研究

42 counties in Central Yunnan Economic Zone was regard as research unit in this paper. Principal Component Analysis and the evaluation models of the coordination degree have been used to analyze spatial pattern and time variation characteristics, which include both the county economic development level and the coordination degree of county economic development level and water resource in Central Yunnan Economic Zone. The result shows: (1)From 1999 to 2009, the difference of county economic development level has enlarged as if waves. The spatial structure in this region evolved from pole nucleus type to Pole-axis type gradually. At the same time, The difference of coordination has been gradually enlarged.(2)For the coordinated development of all regions, some measures should be taken such as strengthening the radiation effect of growth poles, optimizing the regional spatial structure and promoting the coordinated development of industrial structure.

Research on Prediction Model of Land Ecological Security in Jinggangshan Nature Reserve 井冈山自然保护区土地生态安全预测模型研究

In recent years the view of Jinggangshan is enchanting by its unique mountainous landscape and revolutionary cradle, which offers many attractions for tourists at home and abroad. Develop continuously along with the tourism industry, the blind development of land resources in the drive for economic interests has been leading to serious degradation of its land ecosystem mountainous and causing serious crisis of land ecological. So establishing and completing the early warning of regional land ecological security is a fundamental act to keep away the land ecosystem deteriorating. Through analyzing the evolution law of Jinggangshan land ecological security, a systematic index system of the special landforms state of Jinggangshan for the early warning indicators is presented, and then, the corresponding evaluation models are established by using the analytic hierarchy process.
近年来,井冈山以其独特的山地景观和革命摇篮,吸引了许多国内外游客。随着旅游业的不断发展,在经济利益的驱使下对土地资源的盲目开发已经导致山地土地生态系统的严重退化,造成了严重的土地生态危机。因此,建立和完善区域土地生态安全预警是防止土地生态系统恶化的根本举措。通过对井冈山土地生态安全演变规律的分析,提出了井冈山特殊地貌状态预警指标的系统指标体系,并运用层次分析法建立了相应的评价模型。
