The flow properties of the start, stop, fluctuation and other unsteady flow stage are very important for high concentration slurry transportation. This text will analyse the change rule of the resistance, velocity and flow plug of high concentration slurry, as well as derive three equations for calculating the minimum driving pressure, the Average pressure loss and the stopping time under the viewpoint of dynamics. This model can effectively predict the average pressure loss and the stopping time. This text can also provide a reference for designer about the efficiency reliability of paste conveying system as well as pipe block problem caused by driving force.

For the wide application of CAD software in current electronic industry, the paper puts forward an idea of designing a kind of data interface between CAD and CAM systems, in order to achieve data sharing and data integration for various equipments in electronic assembly production. Taking component mounting/insertion machines as target equipments, this paper analyzes the data set to be processed by this data interface. Then we describe structure and format of data in a PCB source file generated by Protel, one commonly used CAD software, and discuss how to use the data interface to implement extraction and conversion of production data from a source file. The practical application proves that this data interface can greatly enhance the efficiency of the electronic assembly production.

The key of the technique to strengthen RC structures with near-surface-mounted CFRP strips lies in the bond performance of different interfaces (including CFRP-epoxy interface and epoxy-concrete interface), which may subject to the effect of many factors. It is presented here an experimental study on the bond performance of CFRP strips-concrete interface using a simple shear test set-up. The effect of different factors, including concrete strength, groove width, distance between the groove and edge of the specimen and bond length etc., are examined. Data obtained and phenomena observed during the test are all analyzed.

Post-installed fastenings (chemically-planted steel bar) technology of stressed steel bar is widely adopted in structural transformation and reinforcement project, and researching anchoring section of post-installed reinforcing bars is of great significance. Through the tensile capacity experiment of chemically-planted steel bar member, failure modes was observed in static limit state, and the damage reasons and influence factors were analyzed. The strain change along the length direction of post-installed reinforcing bars was determined, and the change discipline of steel stress and corresponding stress-strain curves were obtained. Through the anchorage length experiment of chemically-planted steelbar member, steel strain and ultimate uplift bearing capacity change in concrete structure under different planting bar length was determined, and the optimal anchorage length was obtained.

This thesis further study descent conjugate gradient methods based on the modified FR method and the modified PRP method give the class of conjugate gradient methods formed by the convex combination of the MFR method and the MPRP method. This class of methods enjoys the same nice properties as those of the MFR method and the MPRP method. Firstly the methods generate sufficient descent directions for the objective function. This property is independent of the line search used. Secondly if exact line search is used, the methods possess quadratic termination property. Thirdly if Armijo type line search is used, then the methods are globally convergent when used to minimize a general nonconvex function. Finally, we do extensive numerical experiments to test the performance of the members in the class with different parameters. And then compare the performance of one of the method in the class with the MFR method and the MPRP method.

Using the common failure detection reference provided by the federated Kalman filter (FKF), an integrated fault detection scheme for the FKF is developed by checking the consistency between the output of each local sensor and that of a fusion state predictor. With this scheme the state chi-square test and residual chi-square test are integrated together and applied to the fault detection of the FKF. Simulation shows this integrated method is effective and has high sensitivity of fault detection.

Except the manual shaping, the other methods are needed for a particular mold to make purple-clay teapot. Traditional manufacturing method of purple-clay teapot mold is heavy and low-efficient human work. Reversing engineering has been applied in many industry fields. In this paper, reversing engineering technique is applied into a purple-clay teapot mold manufacturing process. Then, the machining simulation of the mold is finished in CAD. The results show this technique is an advanced and efficient method to make purple-clay teapot mold. This method can also be used in other pottery product mold.

The definitions of impact factor and key geometric error (KGE) were given and a new method for identifying KGEs was proposed. Taking one machining center as example, the mapping relation model of the machine tool geometric error and comprehensive error was built up with the theory of multi-body system, by calculating and comparing the impact factor, 16 KGEs which affected the accuracy of the machine tool were identified finally. The demonstration shows that geometric error factors which have relatively significant influence on comprehensive spatial error of the machine tools can be identified effectively, thus important theoretical basis is provided for improving accuracy of machine tools reasonably and economically.

This paper analysed the maritime safety system based on the self-organization system theory, built the evolution equation of sequential parameter, and proposed that each subsystem in the nonlinear interaction system worked together, The system is promoted to a more stable and more safety level with the synergetic effects. competition and cooperation effect which is generated by the sequential parameters dominates the other fast variables. The purpose of this paper is to discover the pattern of evolution of the maritime safety system, and provides a different theory and methodology to get a more safe and more clean environment of the maritime industry.
