We consider one method based on least squares curve fit in this paper. We use the method to forecast the cumulative electricity sale of State Grid Corporation and the method take the function of aided decision. The disposal result of real data tells us that the method has good practicability and veracity to the problem of cumulative electricity sale.

The construction of charging station is a major component of electric vehicle market operation and the comprehensive evaluation of a location is an important part for the construction of charging station. In this article, on the basis of analyzing the traditional site selection program evaluation method, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed to evaluate the electric vehicle charging station sitting programs, also the evaluation model algorithms are given, wishing to achieve the optimal program. The judgment hierarchy of electric vehicle charging station sitting is constructed, divided into three levels, including 4 first-class factors of evaluation and 14 second-class factors of evaluation. The example analysis results indicate that this fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method can make charging station sitting more reasonable and scientific.

Based on the relationship between the speed of the moving interface and the thermophysical properties of two phases during melting and solidification processes, a measuring apparatus was designed to determine the thermal conductivity of inorganic salts. Using sodium nitrate as the sample, an experiment was carried out to determine its thermal conductivity at the melting point. However, it was difficult to realize the one-dimensional conduction in phase change chamber, which caused the inaccuracy of the data of thermophysical properties from the analytical solutions. So the combination of experiment test and numerical simulation was applied. Compared the experimental result and corrective result of thermal conductivity of sodium nitrate with the value recommended in reference errors are less than 9%and 2%.

The human body consists of many complicated physiological signals such as blood pressure, electrocardiograph (ECG), respiratory rate, electroencephalograph (EEG), arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2), body temperature and so on, which, to some extent, reflects the health conditions of the people. Long term and continuous monitoring of these signals are of much importance for the detection and treatment of many diseases such as heart failure, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc. Wireless body sensor network is developed in this context and soon become very popular for its convenience and inexpensiveness. In this paper, we introduced the basic knowledge and techniques for low-power health monitoring nodes design, and then we described the design and implementation of an ultra low power ECG (LPECG) monitoring node for wireless body sensor network. We mainly discussed the hardware and software design of the low-power ECG monitoring node, and then we test the power consumption of the node when it working at different modes and the monitoring function of the node is tested and the results are presented, at last, we get the conclusion and pointed out the future development of the node.

This paper studied the related theories of the network security event correlation analysis methods, and proposed the network security event correlation analysis method based on similar degree of the attributes. a detailed description and analysis of the method is gived in this paper, the method can realize the classification and merge of network security events according to the attributes similar degree of network security events. The similar degree of security events are identified by the similar degrees of characteristic attributes. It can not only remove redundant safety incidents, but also can compress security event number. Thus, it can effectively improve the network administrator's security incident analysis efficiency. The experimental results show that: the method is suitable for the massive security event information analysis and aggregation, can effectively reduce the number of security incidents, has a certain value.

The largest tributary of Chao Lake located in Hefei City, the Nanfei River, is a river lack of upstream water inflow and receives water mainly from wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) discharge and polluted tributaries. In this study, a mathematical model comprising a hydrodynamic module and a water quality module was developed to simulate water quality improvement schemes. The model was calibrated with the data of local hydrological and water quality monitoring at 18 stations. Using the calibrated model, it was found that even if the discharged water from WWTPs is improved to grade IV (1.5 mg/L for ammonia), the ammonia concentration is still too high for the river to reach a water quality of grade V (2.0 mg/L). Considering water augmentation can only be used as an emergency measure to improve the water quality of the river, priority actions should be taken to reduce the pollution from the tributaries.

To reduce the static power of the circuit, a dual-threshold voltage assignment algorithm has been proposed in this paper. This algorithm uses static timing analysis to get the timing information of all nodes by double traverse and assigns the threshold voltage of each node through initial optimization and accurate optimization. Under given timing constraint, the goal of our algorithm is to replace a maximum number of high-Vt gates from low-Vt in the circuit and maximize the reduction of the static power. Our dual-threshold voltage assignment algorithm and traditional method are compared based on the embedded CPU CK610 of TSMC 55nm process. The results show that our algorithm can reduce the static power of the chip by 60.07%.

The teaching experiment of martial arts of public physical education in college was conducted for a period of 15 weeks, a total of 30 hours through the methods of teaching experiments, literature, and mathematical statistics. The experiment is divided into two parts, that is, multimedia assisted teaching and delay measurement, intends to solve such questions as 'difficult to get start', 'difficult to grasp', 'difficult to use', which students feel in the course of studying martial arts, thus proving the feasibility of multimedia-aided teaching in skill teaching of public physical education of college. The research results show that: the basic results of skill evaluation, compliance achievements and level of skill regression of the experimental group, are obviously better than the control group, and there are significant differences in teaching result.
