To overcome the challenges brought by the scale down of feature size, a flow of physical design and verification for embedded CPU under deep submicron technology is put forward in this paper. New problems are encountered in timing closure, signal integrity, IR drop and antenna effect, so we must select the effective EDA tools and develop new flow of physical design and verification combining with the characteristics of circuit under deep submicron technology. New challenges are analyzed, especially the interconnect line effect, and how to prevent the crosstalk and ensure the timing performance has been discussed. The embedded CPU CK610 using 0.13um 1P4M CMOS process technology has been completed by this new flow and the result indicates this chip complies with all requirements.

Extended-Range Electric Vehicle (E-REV) is one of the most feasible transitions from fossil-powered cars to pure electric vehicles, since the technologies of battery need further development. A possible solution of E-REV is introduced in this passage, which also provides methods of designing and selection of key components in the powertrain system. The design is based on the performance requirements, including driving motor, battery system and range extender.

Considering the function of temperature in Freeze-thaw cycle of seasonal frozen area, temperature is an important factor as BP neural network input layer. The settlement in Season frozen area is predicted based on actual measurements, which will enable the prediction results more in line with the actual engineering of the seasonally frozen ground region, and at the same time improve the prediction accuracy.

Along with the machine to high speed, large scale, power direction and effects of fluid boundary slip, More and more journal bearings operate in turbulent regime. the conventional finite difference method adopted to derive oil-film dynamic coefficients of aerostatic bearings call the Reynolds equation for four times, Only unit division is fine enough in order to achieve the desired accuracy, the unsteady renolds equation has to be solved generally by the method which are rather time consuming in the nonlinear dynamic analysis of sliding bearing. in the paper, the theory of variational inequality and the method dimension-reduction were used to calculate oil-film forces and the dynamic coefficients of journal under the turbulent regime MeaIlwhile some effective techniques are used to save the computing time. which can well reveal the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of journal bearing of the complex turbulent flow conditions. The numerical results show that compared with the results of the finite difference method's algorithm and CFD software's using base on dynamic mesh model the computing time of this algorithm can be saved more than 99% under the precision guaranteed.

Classing object is an important step for the high-level visions processing tasks, such as security managing, and abnormality event analysis. In this paper, we address these challenges of abnormal water surface monitoring in real-world unconstrained environments where the background is complex and dynamic. In the algorithm proposed, we extract the moment features of water surface in a color space, and a technique is developed to monitor the abnormal surface of water based on ART. Experimental results show that our algorithm works efficiently and robustly.

The sediment problem related to the expansion project of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant was studied. Firstly, the hydrology and sediment environments in the ocean area near the project are analyzed. Secondly, the equations and difference method of mathematical model are introduced. Thirdly, based on the observed data in 2010, two-dimensional model of wave, tidal current and sediment transport is used to study the tidal field and Terrain erosion and deposion field. The results show that, it is feasible to implement the expansion from the view of tidal current and sediment.

LED lighting becomes the forth generation green lighting. However, in terms of LED development and large-scale application, the reliability of LED has become one of the technical bottlenecks. This paper carried out the research on the thermal-humidity reliability of high power LED module by the means of experiment and simulation, which mainly aims at the reliability problems existed in high power LED products. Thermal-humidity experiments which takes high power LED module with 10W as the experimental sample and simulation analysis based on FEM (Finite Element Method) software ANSYS are carried out. The results show that, high temperature is the main factor which affects the thermal-humidity reliability of high power LED module.
