Consensus as a Nash Equilibrium of a Dynamic Game 作为动态博弈纳什均衡的共识

Consensus formation in a social network is modeled by a dynamic game of a prescribed duration played by members of the network. Each member independently minimizes a cost function that represents his/her motive. An integral cost function penalizes a member's differences of opinion from the others as well as from his/her own initial opinion, weighted by influence and stubbornness parameters. Each member uses its rate of change of opinion as a control input. This defines a dynamic non-cooperative game that turns out to have a unique Nash equilibrium. Analytic explicit expressions are derived for the opinion trajectory of each member for two representative cases obtained by suitable assumptions on the graph topology of the network. These trajectories are then examined under different assumptions on the relative sizes of the influence and stubbornness parameters that appear in the cost functions.

An Ontology-Based Augmented Reality Application Exploring Contextual Data of Cultural Heritage Sites 基于本体的增强现实技术在文化遗址语境数据挖掘中的应用

In this study, we present a novel Augmented Reality (AR) application for providing contextual information of cultural heritage sites. Whereas most location-based AR systems are designed to show simple information on a Point of Interest (POI) in the real world, the suggested application offers information related to various cultural heritages including tangible and intangible heritages linked to the POI. is is accomplished by a cultural heritage ontology that aggregates heterogeneous data and reorganizes information in themes and relationships. The users can browse information such as the person who created the POI and events that took place at the location as separate entities. We implemented the application for Injeongjeon and the vicinity of Changdeokgung palace and conducted user studies to determine how people explore and consume contextual information at the heritage site. We provide directions that will be useful for designing information to support heritage site visiting, and discuss how the AR technology could improve the application.

All-in-One Mobile Outdoor Augmented Reality Framework for Cultural Heritage Sites 文化遗产地一体化移动户外增强现实框架

In this paper, we propose an all-in-one mobile outdoor augmented reality (AR) framework for a cultural heritage site. The framework was designed to incorporate computer vision-based augmented reality technology and ontology-based data-authoring technology. Through this framework, we clearly explain how to create 3D visual data for camera pose estimation and how to connect AR content with a cultural heritage site. In addition, we suggest a multi-threading camera tracking and offer an estimation model for mobile AR application. Finally, we have confirmed the efficiency and reliability of our framework. Through this vision-based AR framework, seamless AR application for a cultural heritage site can be made.

Multispectral Demosaicing Using Intensity in Edge-Sensing and Iterative Difference-Based Methods 基于边缘感知强度和迭代差分方法的多光谱反马赛克

Single-sensor multispectral cameras, that sample spectral channels using a multispectral filter array, have recently emerged. They provide a raw image in which each channel is spectrally sampled pixel-wise according to the filter array pattern. A demosaicing procedure is then needed to estimate a multispectral image with full spectral resolution. The usefulness of intensity-based demosaicing has been shown in a previous work. In this paper, we both propose an intensity-based adaptation of the Binary Tree-based Edge-Sensing method for raw images with no dominant spectral band, and a new iterative method that uses the central wavelength distance between spectral bands.

Onto2MAS: An Ontology-Based Framework for Automatic Multi-Agent System Generation 基于本体的多智能体系统自动生成框架

Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) have received muchattention in recent years because of their advantages on modelingcomplex distributed systems. Current modeling languages andmethodologies that support the construction of such systemsrequire the use of different tools to complete their design, development, and deployment. However, the development of MASsremains a complicated task, which demands time and specialprogramming skills. This paper proposes a framework, calledOnto2MAS, to provide developers an automatic generation ofMASs, based on an ontology to assist the easy definition of agentsinteraction and knowledge. With Onto2MAS, the complexityof the development process of MASs is reduced and an easyway to design uniform communication, messages exchanging, and generation of new knowledge in the system is provided. Todemonstrate the efficiency of our approach, we also present theresults of the experimental tests that we conducted with a firstimplementation of Onto2MAS, called OnToJade.

Ontology Based System to Guide Internship Assignment Process 基于本体的系统指导实习分配过程

Internship assignment is a complicated process for universities since it is necessary to take into account a multiplicity of variables to establish a compromise between companies' requirements and student competencies acquired during the university training. These variables build up a complex relations map that requires the formulation of an exhaustive and rigorous conceptual scheme. In this research a domain ontological model is presented as support to the student's decision making for opportunities of University studies level of the University Lumiere Lyon 2 (ULL) education system. The ontology is designed and created using methodological approach offering the possibility of improving the progressive creation, capture and knowledge articulation. In this paper, we draw a balance taking the demands of the companies across the capabilities of the students. This will be done through the establishment of an ontological model of an educational learners' profile and the internship postings which are written in a free text and using uncontrolled vocabulary. Furthermore, we outline the process of semantic matching which improves the quality of query results.

TV News Retrieval Based on Story Segmentation and Concept Association 基于故事分割和概念关联的电视新闻检索

In this paper we propose a novel method for TV news retrieval. A first stage concerns a temporal segmentation into stories units. Then, for each story the most relevant concepts are extracted based on a multimodal fusion between visual and textual information. By analyzing the video stream, we perform global frame representation, image retrieval and re-ranking, in order to determine, with high confidence, the segments boundaries. In addition, by using the video subtitle, we identify the most relevant concepts / topics addressed in each independent segment. The framework is evaluated using one week video archive of France Television and 20 journals from NBC and CNN TV stations. For the temporal video segmentation, our system returns high precision and recall scores, superior to 90%. Regarding the topic association technique, we obtain a mean average precision score superior to 0.5.

Simulation-Based Vehicular Traffic Lights Optimization 基于仿真的车辆交通信号灯优化

A great challenge today in urban areas and dense populated cities is determining an optimal traffic light system that can maximize the number of passing vehicles in a minimum amount of time. In this paper, we have addressed the issue of traffic flow management in urban areas by proposing as a solution a traffic light optimization method. The proposed approach uses the SUMO simulator as a cost-effective solution and a PSO optimization technique for traffic lights cycle program. A series of experimental simulations were performed with different number of vehicles in different time tables. The results obtained shows significant improvements in terms of increasing the number of vehicles that complete the simulation (4,5% to 10,5% of gain) and average journey time necessary for the vehicles to reach their destination (5,37% to 21,53% less time loss).

The proposed approach uses the SUMO simulator as a cost-effective solution and a PSO optimization technique for traffic lights cycle program. A series of experimental simulations were performed with different number of vehicles in different time tables. Tags and Information Recollection 标签和信息回收

Folksonomy, tag, bookmark and social bookmarking are all concepts that refer to recollection in information retrieval (IR). Recollection can be defined as the effort needed to recall an even, an idea or a resource. In IR, when locating an interesting resource, a user can tag it in order to "memorize" it and retrieve it later. The user chooses the tags according to his/her needs or centers of interest. While previous work has addressed the problem of tag exploitation, to our knowledge, an important dimension is missing. None has focused on the tagging activity itself when considering the users point of view. An important open question is the following: will a user be able to remember tags he/she associated with a document in the past in order to retrieve a document again? Our paper tackles this problem. Considering a user study that implied 32 participants, we evaluate some elements (age, time…) that impacts the recognition and the recall of tags used in the past. This result is important specifically as it can be used in order to optimize personalized systems (e.g. user profiling, tag exploitation…).

This paper aims to provide a comprehensive reference source on depth-based human motion descriptors. Motion description is a challenging problem which became popular with recent advances in 3D computer vision. Our goal is to introduce the main trends in human 3D motion descriptor design and evaluation next to presenting a review of recent methods belonging to three application categories: action recognition, gesture recognition and gait assessment.
