Strategi Pariwisata 4.0: Peran Milenial dalam Nation Branding Wonderful Indonesia 2016-2019 旅游业战略4.0:千禧年在美丽的印尼品牌中所起的作用

ABSTRACTGlobalization has had a significant impact on the development of world tourism. Technological developments in globalization have caused a shift in the industry paradigm from conventional industries to industry 4.0. From industry 4.0, the concept of tourism 4.0 emerged. Today, more and more countries are beginning to follow the concept of tourism 4.0 to develop their tourism industry to the international level. Indonesia is one of the countries implementing the 4.0 tourism concept as a strategy to develop its tourism industry through the Wonderful Indonesia nation branding. The tourism strategy 4.0 undertaken by Indonesia seeks to engage millennial to contribute to developing the Wonderful Indonesia branding nation. The aim is to increase the tourism market at both the domestic and international level. This article reviews more about Indonesia's tourism strategy 4.0 and the role of millennial in the Wonderful Indonesia nation branding 2016-2019. "Globesity” An Outbreak: Asia “全球化”的爆发:亚洲

As a phenomenon that brings change in various aspects of life, globalization has become one of the factors driving positive and negative changes in society. One of these changes is obesity which is a health problem in various regions, especially developing countries like Asia. Economic growth that occurs through foreign trade and investment, as well as technological developments, have had a devastating effect on the lifestyle of the world community, which increasingly relies on a small amount of its power while simultaneously consuming high amounts of calories. Lack of government regulation and public awareness related to public health increasingly facilitate the development of obesity in developing societies.

Since the 1990s, IUU Fishing has been a threat to Indonesian maritim security.Natuna Sea, Arafura Sea, and Sulu Sulawesi Seais vulnerable location which IUU Fishing happen. Not only defense function, but also IUU Fishing has become threat to public welfare. IUU Fishing threatening fishery industry that become source of employment and food stock in fishery sector. Therefore, Indonesia applies maritim strategy in the form of ship sinking policy and improve function of surveillance as a control in the maritim region. This research will explain how the impact ofthe application of ship sinking policy to enhancing maritim security related to the threat of IUU Fishing in the NKRI territory in 2014-2017.The application of maritim strategy has an impact on improving Indonesian maritim security. Improvement in maritim security is measured based on maritim security indicators. The maritim security indicators are measured based on 4 dimensions of the concept of maritim security,namely sea power, marine safety, blue economy, and human resilience. The implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is a huge burden for the actors of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The challenge that is felt by MSMEs is the way to increase knowledge in the use of ICTs in order to compete with other countries' products. Surabaya has a lot of MSMEs that still need to be enhanced in the utilization of ICT, some of which are MSMEs in the Putat Jaya Surabaya Village. In an effort to improve the ability of ICT experts, MSMEs in Dolly Localization exams, especially RW III Putat Jaya, need training and assistance. In addition, it is expected that this community service activity can improve knowledge and skills for MSMEs as an effort to increase human resources in Dolly's former Localization.

This research is drawn upon Anies Baswedan candidacy for Jakarta gubernatorial election which was supported by Gerinda and PKS even though he was a Jokowi proponent back in the 2014 presidential election. Despite the contradiction, Anies Baswedan was still appointed in the Jakarta gubernatorial candidacy. This research will be focusing on how the process of political recruitment behind Anies Baswedan-6DQGLDJD(cid:3)8QR¶V(cid:3)DSSRLQWPHQW(cid:3)ZDV(cid:3)FRQGXFWHG(cid:17)(cid:3)8VLQJ(cid:3)SROLWLFDO(cid:3)UHFUX itment theory by Rush and Althoff, and elite theory by Nazaruddin Syamsuddin and Mosca, this research argues that their candidacy was done enclosed. Which mean, they did not get to deal with an internal selection of Gerinda, nor the wide selection (pemira) by PKS. Therefore, this research suggests that the Anies-Sandi gubernatorial candidacy was arranged by the elite trio: Jusuf Kalla, Prabowo Subianto and Shohibul Iman.

The study aims to illustrate the cooperation undertaken by the Governments of the United States and Nigeria in the war against drugs through a non-military solution that focuses on non-military efforts. Non-military efforts have been taken by the U.S. by coordinating together until the establishment of a program applied in accordance with some scope of cooperation applied in non-military efforts applied in the case of drug trafficking in Nigeria is the establishment of the Cooperation Security Initiative program which formed and implemented several programs in the form of Fund assistance and technical assistance, Narcotics and Controlled Substances Strategy (NCS), Nigerian Epidemiological Network on Drug Use (NENDU), Police Initiative and AIRCOP, Maritime and Airport Security Assistance, joint Security coordination through Detection, Monitoring and Interdiction Operations, License Plate Rider and law enforcement training. The Program started to apply the U.S. and Nigeria in 2009-2013. The Cooperation security Initiative Program ended in 2013 due to a decrease in drug smuggling from Nigeria to the US and agreed to an extradition treaty in the Drug Trafficking Act of 2013.

Ethnic Kurds live in the border area of several countries. They formed ethnic alliances based on ethnic kin. In 2011, when the political crisis occurred in Syria, Syrian Kurds became one of the opposition group, which opposed the government. John W. Crow and R. Noel stated that authoritarian governments generally respond to insecurity by implementing aggressive or militaristic approach. In this case, the Syrian Government uses violence and militaristic actions to suppress the power of opposition groups. Based on Tikhomirov, the response could increase the tendency for separatist groups - territorial and ethnic nationalism. The political crisis also weakens the power and capability of the government, along with the increasing pressure from opposition groups and mass mobilization. This is an opportunity for the Kurdish secessionist movement in Syria. As Peter Ferdinand stated that when strife increases and causes insecurity within the country, the nationalism that can survive is ethnic nationalism. There is a growing consensus that effective Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) policies, aimed at supporting long-term national structural transformation, are a crucial element in helping latecomer countries escape from the middle-income trap. Citing cases of Northeast Asian catch-up and Latin American middle-income traps, scholars emphasize that the key to catch-up is a triple-helix coordination that is used to transform foreign technology into indigenous technological capabilities. Thus, ideally, the expansion of the global production network, as promoted by the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), provides opportunities for middle-income ASEAN countries to implement this technology-driven industrial catch-up strategy. This paper investigates three middle-income ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia) to argue that the AEC, as an open market-led economic regionalism scheme, does not have the ability to create a strong sense of urgency on the part of national governments to alter their national STI policy directions. As resource-abundant countries, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia have yet to find any urgent need to prioritize the upgrading of indigenous manufacturing over natural resource-based technological developments. For these three countries, the AEC amplifies the need to compete against other ASEAN member countries instead pushing them to pursue industrial catch-up collectively.

ABSTRACT In this paper, we will discuss the importance of the people's economic power, especially rural areas in order to strengthen Indonesia‘s economic power. In a global system full of conflicts of interests each country will try to put forward capabilities in a complex relationship, including the desire to fulfill economic and political needs. One of the key indicators for a country to be classified as a developed or prosperous country, can be observed from how high its per capita income or how far a country manages to solve its poverty’s problem. This welfare’ measurement should not only be observed only in urban areas, but should also reach much wider areas, including the rural sectors. Ideally, it is not only observed by looking at urban areas, but should also cover all areas including the rural area. As an archipelago state, inequality in development has been the main problem in Indonesia, since it can be found that there are several regions which are more advanced in terms of development compared to the others. The government's willingness to introduce people’s economy in less developed areas is needed, by increasing economic cooperation with foreign investment or international markets. Besides, the government had to encourage regional stakeholders to increase their qualifications and capabilities. Since there are a lot of imported goods circulated in local market share, such as imported garlic, to prevent a food crisis in the midst of COVID-19 outbreak. Whether this condition is classified as a sign of deterioration in economic productivity and how far it affects people's economy, it will be discussed comprehensively in this paper. ABSTRACT As public television, TVRI seeks to display a new identity by providing informative, educative, and positive entertainment programs for nation. The change of TVRI’s status to Public Broadcasting Institution is expected to be able to accommodate the needs of the public as a container of public space (public sphere). This is proven during the Covid-19 pandemic, TVRI become an educational television program by broadcasting the “Belajar dari Rumah” program in collaboration with Ministry of Education and Culture. This program displays subject matter for students from elementary to high school levels every Monday-Friday. “Belajar dari Rumah” program is a form of TVRI’s attention as education TV. The role of TVRI in this situation is very important, especially since internet penetration is still limited. Television has a wide reach throughout the country. This study aims to find out how the response of the audience, especially students who are the target audience of the program? Is this program effective in helping students, teachers, and parents? What are the obstacles encountered? The method used is descriptive qualitative with two data collection techniques namely online survey and in-depth interviews. The majority of respondents (61%) rated this program to be quite effective in helping them in the teaching-learning process. As many as 28.8% of respondents said it is effective. This program helps parents and teachers to follow the learning process of their children while at home. However, it is necessary to improve the interactive quality of show content, material for each level of education, and audio visual quality. Hal ini dibuktikan di saat masa tanggap darurat pandemi Covid-19, TVRI menjadi televisi pendidikan dengan menayangkan program “Belajar dari Rumah” yang bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Program ini menayangkan materi pelajaran untuk jenjang Sekolah Dasar hingga Sekolah Menengah Atas setiap Senin-Jumat. Program “Belajar dari Rumah” merupakan wujud perhatian TVRI sebagai TV Pendidikan. Peran TVRI dalam situasi ini sangat penting, terlebih karena penetrasi internet masih terbatas. Televisi mempunyai jangkauan yang luas ke seluruh negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon khalayak terutama para siswa yang menjadi target khalayak dari program “Belajar dari Rumah”? Apa program ini efektif membantu para siswa, guru, dan orang tua? Apa saja kendala yang dihadapi? The majority of respondents (61%) rated this program to be quite effective in helping them in the teaching-learning process. As many as 28.8% of respondents said it is effective. This program helps parents and teachers to follow the learning process of their children while at home. However, it is necessary to improve the interactive quality of show content, material for each level of education, and audio visual quality. Perubahan status TVRI menjadi Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP) diharapkan mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan publik sebagai wadah ruang publik (publik sphere). Hal ini dibuktikan di saat masa tanggap darurat pandemi Covid-19, TVRI menjadi televisi pendidikan dengan menayangkan program “Belajar dari Rumah” yang bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Program ini menayangkan materi pelajaran untuk jenjang Sekolah Dasar hingga Sekolah Menengah Atas setiap Senin-Jumat. Program “Belajar dari Rumah” merupakan wujud perhatian TVRI sebagai TV Pendidikan. Peran TVRI dalam situasi ini sangat penting, terlebih karena penetrasi internet masih terbatas. Televisi mempunyai jangkauan yang luas ke seluruh negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon khalayak terutama para siswa yang menjadi target khalayak dari program “Belajar dari Rumah”? Apa program ini efektif membantu para siswa, guru, dan orang tua? Apa saja kendala yang dihadapi? Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan dua teknik pengumpulan data, yakni survei online & wawancara mendalam.
