Due to the pandemic, \u0000the tourism sector is facing new challenges to stay in the market. Therefore, we propose a \u0000strategic management model to improve the competitiveness of tourism companies. We used \u0000the survey technique to collect information regarding the variables strategic management \u0000and competitiveness with its dimensions change management, staff training, service quality, \u0000differentiation and technology management, which was addressed to 20 managers in the \u0000sector resulting in a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.823. The results show that 60% of \u0000managers indicate that the change management capacity of their companies is regular. Para evaluar el control financiero de la referida empresa, ante la COVID-19, se utiliza el paradigma Investigacion-Accion, empleado con frecuencia en las investigaciones relacionada con los sistemas de informacion. Se obtienen soluciones refinadas, en las que se descartan aquellas ideas o soluciones que no funcionan y se incorporan nuevas soluciones para solventar problemas detectados durante el ciclo que ha finalizado. Se identifico que existen riesgos que inciden en el logro de una gestion organizacional adecuada en la empresa objeto de estudio, ademas se identifica la existencia de reclamos por parte de los usuarios, debido a la mala calidad del servicio de internet que se presenta en la actualidad. As a result of the current crisis, governance mechanisms at different scales show serious problems of coordination, cooperation, unequal capacities and demands for effective government. This article aims to address global governance from a critical perspective, as a process of confluence and cooperation between multiple public, private, third sector and civil society actors, but where fragmentation has been a quality of this process and inequality in terms of power has always been present. As well as, we expose the evolution of the governance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in Spain during the period 2015-2020. The methodology in this work has been twofold, on the one hand, a review of the scientific literature on governance, Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), SDG and COVID-19 has been carried out, and on the other hand, various sources have been consulted of official data from the United Nations, the World Bank, the European Union and the Government of Spain. This study deals with the factors that can reverse these trends are explored so that the post-pandemic economic and social recovery remains aligned with the SDGs, contributing to a global governance that is constantly adapting, readjusting strategies and approaches to effective solutions, as well as developing new tools and strategies to address the problems that affect us globally.
