Napad ubacivanjem SQL izraza jedna je od najozbiljnijih prijetnji sigurnosti aplikacija zasnovanih nad bazom podataka. Ona omogućuje napadaču da stekne kontrolu nad bazom podataka aplikacije, čime napadač dobiva mogućnost izmjene podataka. Mnoga se istraživanja usmjeravaju na ovaj problem. Brojni su autori predložili različite pristupe za otkrivanje i sprječavanje ove ranjivosti, no koliko je ovaj problem i dan danas prisutan govori i činjenica da ni ti pristupi ne predstavljaju u potpunosti uspješno rješenje. U ovom radu opisano je nekoliko vrsta napada ubacivanjem SQL izraza te različiti alati i metode koji mogu pružiti određenu prevenciju i obranu od tih napada. Predložene su različite metode za rješavanje problema napada ubacivanjem SQL izraza u obliku opsežnih pregleda varijacija napada ubacivanjem SQL izraza te njihovih opisa i primjera, kako bi se bolje spoznao njihov štetan utjecaj i krajnje posljedice. Štoviše, u radu je dan i kratak pregled prijedloga pojedinih autora vezanih uz prevenciju i obranu od napada ubacivanjem SQL izraza. Na kraju je iznesen zaključak uz objektivan pregled i analizu cjelokupnog istraživanja. Glavni doprinos rada je pregled dosadašnjih istraživanja i pristupa vezanih uz: a) prevenciju napada ubacivanjem SQL izraza i b) obranu od napada ubacivanjem SQL izraza.

The purpose of this paper is to design an artificial neural network in the attempt to define the data generating process of the number of German tourist arrivals in Croatia considering the strong seasonal character of empirical data. The presence of seasonal unit roots in tourism demand determinants is analysed using the approach developed by Hylleberg, Engle, Granger and Yoo – Hegy test. The study is based on seasonality analysis and Artificial Neural Networks approach in building a model which intend to describe the behaviour of the German tourist flows to Croatia. Different neural network architectures were trained and tested, and after the modelling phase, the forecasting accuracy and model performances were analysed. Model performance and forecasting accuracy evaluation was tested using the mean absolute percentage error. Based on the augmented HEGY test procedure it can be concluded the German tourist arrivals to the Republic of Croatia have nonstationary behaviour associated with the zero frequency and seasonal frequency. Taking this into consideration, in the analysis of the phenomenon it is necessary to consider its seasonal character. Given the importance of the tourism for Croatian economic development, the research results could be useful, for both, researchers and practitioners, in the process of planning and routing the future Croatian hotel industry development and improvement of business performances.

The growth of tourism in Portugal allowed leveraging the economy on the last decade more than any other economic activity. The positive results in many indicators, such as the contribution to GDP, exports and revenues, show that it has been considered an engine of the economy that has produced effects in all the regions of the country. Also contributing to these results were the various strategies that the government has continually defined over the past two decades. This paper starts with a brief literature review and presents a descriptive analysis of the main long-term instruments that feature the Portuguese strategy for tourism, showing the important role that planning can have on the management of the impacts that come from the implementation of these activities. Also, the results of the main indicators (published by several different sources) are presented. The results reveal that there are still several issues that need addressing, so the main challenges for tourism development in Portugal are exposed.

The aim of this research paper is to conduct a thorough analysis of inter-annotator agreement in the process of error analysis, which is well-known for its subjectivity and low level of agreement. Since the process is tiresome in its nature and the available user interfaces are pretty distinct from what the average annotator is accustomed to, a user-friendly Windows 10 application offering a more attractive user interface is developed with the aim to simplify the process of error analysis. Translations are performed with Google Translate engine and English-Croatian is selected as the language pair. Since there has been a lot of dispute on inter-annotator agreement and the need for guidelines has been often been emphasized as crucial, the annotators are given a very detailed introduction into the process of error analysis itself. They are given a presentation with a list of the MQM guidelines enriched with tricky cases. All annotators are native speakers of Croatian as the target language and have a linguistic background. The results demonstrate that a stronger agreement indicates more similar backgrounds and that the task of selecting annotators should be conducted more carefully. Furthermore, a training phase on a similar test set is deemed necessary in order to gain a stronger agreement.

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between ethical ideologies and the judgment of online marketing communications ethics in the tourism market. The aim of the research is also to establish a relationship between the judgement of online communications ethics and behavioural intentions. The paper is based on empirical research conducted using the scenario method and survey method. The Ethics Position Questionnaire (EPQ) was used to measure ethical ideology along two dimensions, relativism and idealism. Five scenarios were designed, describing potentially ethically ambiguous situations. A relationship was established between ethical ideologies and ethical judgements of online marketing communications. The study proved that respondents who scored higher on the idealism scale have more rigid criteria with regard to online communications ethics and were better at recognising ethically ambiguous situations. A relationship between the ethical judgements of the described situations and behavioural intention was also established. Although topics relating to online communications on the tourism market are extensively researched, there are few studies dealing with ethical judgement of such communications. The special contribution of this paper is in the fact that research includes students of tourism and hospitality who will, in the near future, find themselves in situations where they will need to make, and take moral responsibility for, decisions regarding communications in the tourism market. Therefore, this research contributes both to theory and practice.

Immortelle (Helichrysum italicum) is a xerophytic plant species naturally present in the wild population of Mediterranean on karst and dry terrains. Since ancient times, the immortelle has been known as a “non-vein plant” and is highly valued due to its wide application in folk medicine. Antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, regenerative, insecticidal and repellent properties of essential oil and hydrolates are a frequent subject of recent research. The chemical composition of the essential oil and characteristics of plant material have a direct effect on market price. This research was conducted by a survey of producers and buyers of immortelle plant material and essential oil with the aim to gather information on the quality criteria of plant material and essential oil. The collected data showed that the basic criteria for quality determination of plant material are controlled growing conditions and the main parameters affecting the price of the essential oil are chemical composition, i.e. the content and ratio of α-pinene and neryl acetate.

Autoceste u Republici Hrvatskoj opremljene su najmodernijim sustavima za upravljanje i kontrolu prometa. Sustav nadzora i upravljanja prometom na autocestama provodi se konstantno 24 sata na dan iz centara za održavanje i kontrolu prometa koji se nalaze uz pojedine dionice autocesta. Centri za kontrolu prometa na autocestama uz uporabu modernih inteligentnih transportnih sustava konstantno i u realnom vremenu nadziru stanje na autocestama te uz pomoć razvijenih modernih informatičkih sustava upozoravaju i pripremaju korisnike autocesta na sve izvanredne situacije na koje bi mogli naići. Uz pomoć kamera i sustava videonadzora razmještenog po autocestama operateri imaju uvid u trenutno stanje na dionici na autocesti prvenstveno pomoću kamera za detekciju prometnih nesreća, vožnje u suprotnom smjeru, zastoja na prometnici i sl. Brojne meteorološke postaje uzduž autocesta također prikupljaju i obrađuju podatke vezane uz vremenske prilike na autocesti te korisnike autocesta upozoravaju na sve moguće vremenske uvjete koji se očekuju na njoj. U radu je sustav upravljanja informacijama na autocestama opisan dijagramom. Na taj način prikazan je tijek informacija ključnih za povećanje sigurnosti i rješavanje problema emisija i zagušenja. Prikaz tijeka informacija između sustava senzora s jedne strane, operatera u centrima za održavanje i kontrolu prometa s druge te sustava promjenjivih znakova s treće strane dan je pomoću dijagrama. Pravodobno informiranje sudionika u prometu o promjenjivim meteorološkim uvjetima putem promjenjivih znakova od presudnog je značaja za sigurno odvijanje prometa na autocestama.

Financijska tržišta bitna su sastavnica gospodarskog okruženja, a njihova kretanja često su izučavale različite interesne skupine. Premda nije moguće s potpunom sigurnošću predvidjeti kretanja na financijskim tržištima, zahvaljujući razvoju znanosti i tehnologije danas postoje analitički protokoli i alati kojima se ta kretanja ipak mogu kvantificirati, uvažavajući pritom određena ograničenja te određenu razinu rizika. Autori u radu istražuju kretanje cijene dionice grupacije Đuro Đaković d. d. te upotrebom pouzdanih pokazatelja tehničke analize izvode zaključke o budućim kretanjima trendova i budućim cjenovnim razinama u kratkom, dugom i srednjem roku, s ciljem primjene rezultata na donošenje odluka u investicijskim procesima. U svakom od promatranih razdoblja autori uočavaju prisutnost negativnog trenda. Ovakvi su rezultati začuđujući, uzme li se u obzir relativno povoljan položaj poduzeća na tržištu te njegova relativna gospodarska snaga. Privlačnost poslodavca utječe na želju za zapošljavanjem i radom u određenoj organizaciji pa se organizacije sve češće pokušavaju diferencirati od ostalih u sektoru te u mislima potencijalnih zaposlenika stvoriti sliku poželjnog poslodavca. Istovremeno, pojedince na akciju mogu potaknuti razni motivi, intrinzičnog i ekstrinzičnog karaktera. Svrha rada je utvrditi vrstu motivacije kojom su pojedinci vođeni u ostvarivanju vlastitih ciljeva te utvrditi ulogu pojedinih čimbenika motivacije prilikom donošenja odluke o zapošljavanju u određenoj organizaciji. Ciljevi istraživanja su sljedeći: utvrditi razinu intrinzične i ekstrinzične motivacije ispitanika, utvrditi važnost pojedinih obilježja poslodavca prilikom odabira prvog poslodavca te prikupiti saznanja o razlikama u poželjnim obilježjima poslodavca između ispitanika koji su intrinzično i ekstrinzično motivirani. Istraživanje je provedeno u dva navrata tijekom dviju godina korištenjem online anketnog upitnika na uzorku od 165 ispitanika, studenata diplomskih studija, prvostupnika i magistara koji ne mogu naći posao ili su u postupku stručnog osposobljavanja. Utvrđeno je da su ispitanici dominantno motivirani intrinzičnim motivima. Za visokoobrazovane mlade izrazitu važnost prilikom odabira prvog poslodavca imaju mogućnost za stjecanje iskustva u struci i dobri odnosi s kolegama, što dodatno potvrđuje visoku intrinzičnu motivaciju mladih u Hrvatskoj. Skupinu obilježja poslodavca od najmanje važnosti mladima predvode karakteristike organizacije – njena veličina i djelatnost.
