Waste water is one of the sanitation factors that is of concern to the Indonesian government. One of the environmental pollution that occurs is wastewater. The occurrence of wastewater pollution can cause media to cause various types of diseases. This study aims to find out how to describe the level of public knowledge about the L2T2 program (Scheduled Sludge Service) at PERUMDA Wastewater Marketing Branch. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used were interview guidelines and questionnaires given to 7 informants. The data collection technique used is the triangulation technique. This research was conducted in February 2023. The research location was taken at Perumda Tirtanadi Wastewater Marketing Branch on Jalan Tani & Jalan Rumah Sumbu. The results of this study are based on several informants saying that it is important to have this L2T2 program. Due to the blessings of this program, cleanliness in several disposal sites such as ditches and rivers has become cleaner. The conclusion of this study is the lack of public knowledge about this program, and the community does not want to pay a predetermined monthly rate and they do not want to damage the condition of their homes due to a control hole created.Suggestions from this research arethe superiors of Perumda Tirtanadi should encourage more door-to-door outreach to the community so that later the community will better understand the benefits of disludging septic tanks.

Fatigue is a mechanism in which the body has to warn that something is disturbing the body, and it can recover after resting. Fatigue is one of the factors causing work accidents which causes as many as 2 million workers to die each year, and as many as 18,828 people (32.8%) out of 58,115 samples experience fatigue at work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of physical and mental workload as well as energy intake on the work fatigue of nurses in the inpatient room of Dr. Pirngadi Regional General Hospital. This quantitative study uses a cross-sectional design using a proportional random sampling technique. The sample in this study was the nurse in the Inpatient Room at Dr. Pirngadi Regional General Hospital, namely as many as 63 nurses. Work fatigue was measured using a reaction timer, the physical workload was measured using pulse calculations, the mental workload was measured using the NASA-TLX questionnaire, and energy intake was measured using the estimated food record questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate with the Pearson Correlation test and multivariate with the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results of the Pearson Correlation test analysis showed that there was a significant influence between physical workload on work fatigue (p = 0.001, r = 0.424), mental workload on work fatigue (p = 0.002, r = 0.385), and energy intake on work fatigue (p = 0.0005, r = -0.477). At the same time, the results of the Multiple Linear Regression test analysis showed that the R Square value was 0.412 or 41.2%. Thus it can be concluded that 41.2% of the causes of work fatigue can be explained through the variables of physical workload, mental workload and energy intake in nurses in the Inpatient Room of Dr. Pirngadi Regional General Hospital.

Hypertension is a global issue that has been increasing and impacted individuals and even countries. Pain is a major symptom that is felt by hypertension patients. Pain can be an essential factor that implies secondary prevention requirements. The aim of this study was to explain pain experienced that was detected in hypertension patients that live in a community setting, under the working area of Wanaraja Public Health Center in January 2023. This study used a quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The number population detected as hypertensive patients was 2. 586. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 142 participants who joined in this study. The study showed that amount 77% of the respondents were women (109 respondents) and more than 80% was in the middle age and the elderly (41.5%; 41.5%; respectively). The respondents described pain in the categories: severe pain 8%, mild pain 20%, moderate pain 67% and no pain 5%. Most of the respondents were in the stage 2 hypertension category (89% for systolic and 86% for diastolic). A few respondents were in systolic or diastolic hypertension crisis category. (7,7%). Family and community nurses can use VAS as a tool to assess the pain of hypertension patients in Community settings.

The industrial sector, especially tea plants, is a sector that has a positive impact on the development of the State. However, this development is also closely related to risk factors that can lead to occupational accidents and occupational diseases that require further treatment such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). This study was conducted to analyze work factors moderated individual factors on CTS in tea harvesters using machines at PTPN IV Sidamanik. This study used quantitative methods of cross sectional design with Thinel test and Boston Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Questionnaire (BCTQ) on 98 workers using correlation test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed a positive relationship between work and individual factors with CTS (p value <0.05). There was an increase in R square on the interaction of work factors with individual factors by 16.3% on the age variable, 2.4% on the smoking variable and 5.7% on the Body Mass Index (BMI) variable. Individual factors (age, smoking and BMI) strengthened the influence of work factors on CTS with significance <0.05. This study is expected to provide information, input and consideration to companies in making policies regarding occupational illness, especially CTS. And can increase workers' awareness to use personal protective equipment when working and conduct an examination if they find symptoms of CTS.

Verbal stigmatization is part of the linguistic phenomenon. The effects of stigmatization can be felt in the near term and the future. However, stigmatization can negatively impact victims, so this phenomenon must be ended immediately. This study attempts to dissect the stigmatizing speech of highly educated women using Fairclough's AWK framework. The results of this study at the textual level found three types of speech: regulating, degrading, and cornering. The lingual form of stigmatization is found in the speech form ah, free, what, if, just, only, and only. In addition, it was also found that lingual expressions reflect stigmatization, namely in free speech “percuma dong” and “sayang banget”. The function of using the lingual form, based on the context of stigmatizing speech above, is to bring down mentally, influence negative thoughts, limit progress, and prohibit certain things. Furthermore, at the level of discursive practice from the five data above, there is an intertextuality between the discourse from the views of patriarchal and non-patriarchal societies. It shows that the stigmatization of highly educated women reflects patriarchal cultural thinking.

Swear words using is considered low-value and inappropriate behavior in a normative society. There are differences between men and women in in the using of swear words. The purpose of this study was to identify the swearing lexicon along with the lingual forms and its references used by each gender. Also, to find out the frequency of its use and what factors trigger the use of swear words from each gender. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were used with data collection techniques through a questionnaire survey conducted on 115 students. The results of the study found that the choice of lexicon of swear words from the male gender is wider and more varied. Swearing is identified based on morphological and syntactic lingual forms. References of male gender come from groups of objects, animals, body parts, professions, situations, and activities. Meanwhile, references of female gender are more polite although they still seem rude, namely coming from groups of words such as animals, circumstances, activities, and objects. The frequency of use of both genders shows that the intensity of swear words using is rarely used.

This research will look at the relationship between memory and literature, which is about the process of inheritance of memory. A film entitled Ali and The Ratu-ratu Queens was chosen to be the object of this research, which will look at the relationship between memory, trauma, and the process of inheritance. This study aims to determine the trauma of the other that is passed on to the self, its transmission process and also to identify the reconstruction of the trauma that is owned by the self. This paper will use a perspective of Postmemory theory from Marianne Hirsch. Postmemory is a theory that looks at the process of inheritance of trauma between generations. This theory will look at the process of Ali as second generation inheriting his father’s trauma. Furthermore, the identification that can be obtained is that the loss that Ali feels is the loss of an "ambiguous" mother figure. Ali is looking for the mother he hoped for in the past according to the description given by his father. However, Ali did not find this mother figure as he found another mother figures that had changed due to the social factors she experienced. In the end Ali interprets that mother is not a figure, mother is a feeling of affection and a sense of belonging. Until finally Ali found what he was really looking for, namely a mother who was reflected through his aunts and a mother who represented affection and belonging which also came from the aunts who met Ali in New York.
