This study aims to analyze the management of manasik guidance services held during a pandemic at KBIH Muslimat NU Balikpapan and describe the responses of prospective pilgrims who take part in these manasik guidance activities. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with a case study approach. The results showed that the management of the KBIH Muslimat NU Balikpapan Manasik guidance service during the Pandemic Period was carried out using four management functions namely planning, organizing, actuating and supervising. The congregation's response to the KBIH ritual service management stated that as much as 50% were very satisfied, 32% were satisfied, 12% were quite satisfied, and 6% were dissatisfied.

The purpose of this article is to find out how the process of coaching pilgrims and Umrah during the Covid-19 pandemic is carried out by the Ministry of Religion. This research is a literature research where the author relies on various kinds of literature to obtain data and uses a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of a description. This research utilizes a similar study or relates to the guidance of hajj and umrah pilgrims during the covid-19 period. The Ministry of Religion provides various coaching programs for Hajj pilgrims in 3 parts of learning, namely online, offline, and blended learning (hybrid) using electronic technology and internet-based technology. Currently, the Ministry of Religion utilizes a number of learning platforms, including Youtube, Twitter, Whatsapp, Telegram, Instagram and Zoom. The implementation of coaching activities is carried out by complying with health protocols, it's just that sometimes the process of coaching activities is hampered and not optimal because it is carried out with an online system. This means that the guidance for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims runs effectively even during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study focuses on two issues, namely government policies regarding air travel for Indonesian pilgrims and the implementation of air travel services for pilgrims. Researchers used qualitative methods and descriptive analysis techniques in their research. The results of the study show that the government has implemented all regulations related to air transportation services for Indonesian pilgrims, both for departure and return services, although there are still some obstacles that are actually beyond the government's control. FDI Regulation No. 25 of 2015 also discusses the possibility of providing air transportation for pilgrims, including allowing airlines to take part in haj flight tenders with various administrative requirements to ensure that the aircraft is fit for haj pilgrimage flight operations from departure to return from Indonesia.

Produk dana talangan haji yang kerap kali menuai masalah, karena dengan adanya produk tersebut cenderung masyarakat memaksakan diri untuk berhaji. Padahal secara finansial belum memiliki kemampuan. Selain itu, masyarakat yang menggunakan produk dana talangan haji tanpa disadari membuat antrean haji overload, sehingga mereka yang mampu secara finansial terkondisikan mendapatkan antrean yang lebih lama, maka Menteri Agama RI melalui Perma Agama RI melakukan moratorium produk dana talangan haji. Tujuan penelitian ini bagaimana strategi pemasaran produk dana talangan haji ditahun 2018-2019 di BPRS Kotabumi Kantor Cabang Bandar Lampung, setelah Menteri Agama RI melakukan moratorium dana talangan haji, sesuai dengan keputusan Perma Agama RI Nomor 24 Tahun 2016, sehingga hasil penelitian ini berfokus pada promosi dan people yang dikemas dalam bentuk periklanan (advertising), TRABAS (Tebar Brosur) ke Instansi Pemerintah dan Swasta, serta event Pengajian Akbar atau Rutinan yang dilakukan secara personal dan kolektif. Dengan demikan, nasabah calon jamaah haji diharapkan dapat pro aktif dan interaktif dalam merespon produk dana talangan haji di BPRS Kotabumi Kantor Cabang Bandar Lampung.

This study aimed to examine the Al Multazam Group's marketing strategy and efforts to boost the number of potential pilgrims during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study method is qualitative descriptive research based on field research (field research). According to the findings of this study, Al Multazam Group's marketing approach for raising the number of prospective pilgrims during the Covid-19 pandemic utilized a marketing mix strategy (Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Place Strategy, and Promotion Strategy). In addition, Al Multazam Group undertakes internal and external environmental analysis, establishes short- and long-term goals, socializes products with partners and branches, and communicates with the congregation.

Pengorganisasian merupakan fungsi manajemen dalam suatu organisasi, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan organisasi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah. Pelaksanaan perlu dimaksimalkan untuk mencegah dan meminimalisir terjadinya penyimpangan atau penyelewengan dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas kerja pengurus, guru dan pembimbing. Dengan meningkatkan kualitas manasik yang berhasil dan berdaya guna, petugas dapat memberikan layanan yang diharapkan calon jemaah haji. Metode penelitian teknik pengumpulan data deskriptif berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan penafsir logika yang berhubungan dengan Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya pelayanan administrasi calon jemaah haji sudah sesuai SOP, pembagian kerja sudah cukup objektif, serta pendelegasian wewenang sudah disesuaikan kebutuhan dan regulasi.

Hajj financing product held in Indonesia due to the quota of hajj limited and the cost of going hajj is more expensive than before. But, there are some sharia issues which pertain to the implementation of the qard wal ijarah contract in the reality which is different with what the sharia committee decides. The purpose of this study is to criticize the implementation of the contract in reality and describe its implications both positive and negative. This research uses qualitative research method by using documentation such as hajj report, books, and articles. The results of this study describes that Hajj financing on the one hand give the positive impact (maslahah), while on the other hand has the negative impact (mafsadah). This research contributes to the government and the sharia committees in order to regulate back Hajj management system and also its contract since there are several issues regard the implementation of the contract of hajj financing which is indicated non sharia compliant.

Daanish Mika Salsa Tours and Travel, namely: Administrative services, including registration and document processing. Manasik guidance services, carried out 3 times with lecture, simulation and discussion methods. The transportation service provided is the transportation of pilgrims starting from the point of embarkation, while in Saudi Arabia, and returning to the place of debarkation from Indonesia. Accommodation services, PT. Daansh Mika Salsa Tours and Travel provides five-star hotel facilities, ranging from three, four and five stars according to the package chosen by the congregation. The purpose of this study was to determine the guidance strategy of the pilgrimage rituals in the form of fulfilling the needs of pilgrims in terms of increasing knowledge of pilgrims about the pilgrimage at KBIH Nurussalam East Lampung. The method used is qualitative and has descriptive characteristics. The results concluded that the Hajj rituals guidance strategy at KBIH Nurusssalam East Lampung was quite good, this was seen in meeting the needs of pilgrims' understanding of the pilgrimage such as providing guidance on Hajj rituals with methods and modules that were quite good and explained by competent speakers so that the material could be used. well absorbed by prospective pilgrims at KBIH Nurusssalam East Lampung
