The Development of Leadership Qualities in a Management Team: Some Key Principles of Team Leadership 管理团队领导素质的发展:团队领导的一些关键原则

This research focuses on the principles of team leadership in the context of modern business. The methodology employed includes analyzing literature, conducting empirical analysis, interviewing experienced leaders, and observing team processes. The findings highlight key principles of team leadership, such as establishing a shared purpose, distributing responsibility, promoting communication and collaboration, developing emotional intelligence and conflict management skills, and stimulating team development and learning. The results have practical implications for leaders, enabling them to understand and apply team leadership principles to achieve more effective results with their teams. Effective team leadership significantly impacts team success, with shared purpose and task resolution playing a crucial role. Distributing responsibility and delegating tasks contribute to personal growth and team interaction. Results provide leaders with valuable tools and knowledge to improve their team's effectiveness, increase competitiveness, and strengthen their leadership position in the modern business environment.

Humanization of Relationships between Teachers and Students in Educational Work 教育工作中师生关系的人性化

Studying tendencies in the transformation of the educational system, which are currently taking place in both primary and secondary schools around the world, revealed an urgent need for the further development of the humanization of education. The humanization of personally oriented relationships between teachers and students in the educational process of primary and secondary schools as the fundamental of the national education system and the environment for developing the younger generation is the most efficient way to strengthen the humanitarian component in the educational process, as shown by the evaluation of the current educational system. The purpose of the academic paper is to highlight the concept, components and main features of the process of humanizing the relationship between teachers and students in the process of educational activities, as well as clarifying the most effective directions for optimizing the humanization of relations between teachers and education seekers. Methodology. While conducting the research, the analytical and bibliographic method was used to study the scientific literature on humanizing relations in the learning process. At the same time, analysis, synthesis and generalization of information were applied to study and process data. By the way, the research authors also conducted a questionnaire in online mode to practically clarify the most important issues related to organizing educational work on the basis of its humanization. Results. Based on the research results, the primary and most significant theoretical aspects of the issue of the humanitarian approach to relations in the learning process were established. The standpoints of scientists, teachers and educational methodologists regarding the key aspects of this issue were investigated.

The Problems of Ensuring the Efficiency and Competitiveness of the Ukrainian Transport Industry to Meet the Modern Challenges and Threats 确保乌克兰运输业效率和竞争力以应对现代挑战和威胁的问题

In Ukraine, the challenges and threats to the efficient functioning of the transportation industry are intensifying during the war and infrastructure destruction. The need for emergency repairs of the ruined infrastructure hinders the reform of the Ukrainian transportation industry. Furthermore, developing an integrated EU-oriented multimodal transportation system within the "Eastern Partnership" regional network becomes more complicated. This article aims to identify the problems of efficiency and competitiveness of the Ukrainian transportation industry in the context of integration into the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) and the construction of a multimodal transportation system. The research employs a systemic analysis methodology to assess the structural indicators of Ukraine's transportation system development. The structure of Ukrainian freight transportation by mode is compared with that in EU countries to reflect differences in a modal split in the context of Ukraine's accession to TEN-T. The results demonstrate a range of problems related to the competitiveness of the Ukrainian transportation industry, which act as barriers to its integration with TEN-T. Institutional, political, and managerial-administrative problems are identified as the leading issues associated with inefficient data collection and processing, management and control functions, decision-making, communication, and interaction among governing bodies. A separate group of issues in Ukraine's transportation industry is linked to the material-technical condition of various types of transportation infrastructure, which affects service quality. Consequently, other problems arise, including the low level of development of intermodal and multimodal transport, transportation logistics, decreased efficiency in capacity utilization, insufficient level of competition in the market for transportation services, and non-compliance with European requirements for access to the transportation services market.

During the period between the 8th and 10th centuries, the Khazar Region was one of the economic and trade centers that played a key role in the world. The Northern Silk Road route, which is an important branch of the Silk Road route, passed through the Khazar Region, extended to the Black Sea via the Caucasus, and reached India via the eastern countries. In this period, the Silk Road route passed through the lands under the administration of various Turkish tribes, and the security of the trade routes was provided by the Turks. The geography where the Khazar Khanate was founded was located at the intersection of the most important trade routes of the period. The Northern Silk Road route was taken under control during the Khazar Khaganate; its control was ensured, and a safe trade atmosphere was created. The Khazar Khaganate provided equal opportunities to all merchants, protecting their lives and property regardless of the said merchant's race or religion. The Khaganate applied commercial law systems and a policy of tolerance specific to each religion.This study examines the economic activities of the countries and people around the Caspian Sea between the 8th and 10th centuries and the role and contribution of the Turks, especially the Khazar Khaganate, in the enormous trade environment that occurred in the Khazar Region during this period.

International Conflicts and Conflict Resolution: Periscoping the Role of the United Nations 国际冲突与冲突解决:观察联合国的作用

It is the contention of realist scholars and thinkers that states in the international system have a natural inclination or proclivity to war. This position is anchored on their belief that the world is inherently anarchic and that, therefore, it is in the interest of states in the international system to be prepared at all times to defend themselves. Relying on the historical-descriptive methodology of content analysis, this paper argues that though conflicts are inevitable in international relations, the international community has put in place certain mechanisms to avoid the occurrence of violent and destructive inter-state conflicts in order to preserve the global system. It concludes that the United Nations is at the forefront of ensuring that international conflicts and war are avoided or at least prevented from assuming violent dimensions which would threaten global peace and security.

Globalization and Loss: Place, Displacements and Binary in Olu Obafemi’s Wheels 全球化与失落:奥卢·奥巴费米《车轮》中的位置、置换与二元性

One of the central mantras of globalization, from the purview of the West and other self-acclaimed first world countries, is the need to take progressive and innovative ideas and thoughts to third and fourth world countries for all-round economic, political, social, and intellectual development and reinforcement. This very idea of globalization, by contrast, engenders displacements of identity and place and this has formed the core of critical reflection in postcolonial ecocriticism; that is, the idea of achieving a global community, from a western ideological construct, implicitly accounts for the depletion of the natural environment. Therefore, globalization becomes double critique since it both accounts for progress (for first world countries) and backwardness (for third world countries, fourth world countries and the nonhuman world). In the light of several arguments against and for globalization, this paper examines Olu Obafemi’s Wheels in relation to the self/other dichotomy. From the analysis of the selected text, it is discovered that the objectification of the third and fourth world countries and the nonhuman world in the process of globalization is the quest by Western forces to maintain the status quo of the hegemonic tendency inherent in the binary oppositions between the first world countries and the third and fourth world countries. While arguments in post-colonial studies investigate and distort the violent hierarchical oppositions of the self/other, this paper concludes that upturning the binary demonstrates that identity is forged within the context of difference – a free play of language between the two forces of signification and this suggests that the presence of one implicates the absence of the other and vice versa. Therefore, globalization, while being ambivalent, can shed its negative linings within the irresolvable and undecidable play of difference between the first world countries and the third and fourth world countries.

The First Republic of Azerbaijan: A State without a Nation 阿塞拜疆第一共和国:一个没有民族的国家

The process of forming modern nation-states is the nationalization of belief and consciousness through secularization. Azerbaijan has experienced modernity under Tsarist colonialism. Due to colonialism, the modernization process started without national policy. This article aims to shed light on the research related to the first Republic of Azerbaijan. In this respect, first, a theoretical background was formed, then modernization was addressed in the colonial context, focusing on the formation of modern secular belief in Azerbaijan. Moreover, Turkism was addressed as the basis for the formation of national/political consciousness. The study was built on the problem of why the republic was an incomplete state. The main point of the study is the problem of why the first Republic of Azerbaijan, being the first modern state, is not or cannot institutionally become a competent nation-state. Failure in the adoption of the constitution was used to support the hypothesis of non-completion of national sovereignty’s construction.

Evaluating Prospective Mathematics Teachers' Knowledge Regarding Teaching Strategies Through Teaching Practicum 通过教学实习评估准数学教师的教学策略知识

The aim of this study is to evaluate prospective mathematics teachers' knowledge of teaching strategies on geometric objects by observing their instruction through teaching practicum. Because the observation is of prospective teachers' teaching-strategy knowledge in real life contexts, conducting the study in a classroom environment enables this study to get more valid and reliable results. On this basis, we followed an evaluative case study research-designbased a on qualitative research paradigm. The participants were seven elementary prospective mathematics teachers studying at a state university in Turkey. In the data collection process, interviews and observations were used, and the data obtained were analyzed via both descriptive and content analyses techniques. The findings suggest that prospective teachers do not have a wide knowledge on the sort of strategies used in teaching geometric objects; they generally adopted traditional methods, and, due to the abstract nature of geometric objects, their instruction were ineffective at clarifying the dimensions of concept. Besides, it is seen that a real-life environment is beneficial in terms of achieving more realistic and in-depth results.
本研究旨在透过教学实习,观察准数学教师对几何对象教学策略的认知。由于观察的是准教师在现实生活情境下的教学策略知识,因此在课堂环境中进行研究可以使本研究得到更加有效和可靠的结果。在此基础上,我们遵循了基于定性研究范式的评价性案例研究设计。参与者是在土耳其一所州立大学学习的七名小学准数学教师。在数据收集过程中,使用了访谈和观察,并通过描述性和内容分析技术对获得的数据进行了分析。研究结果表明,未来的教师对几何物体教学中使用的策略没有广泛的了解;他们一般采用传统的方法,由于几何对象的抽象性,他们的教学在澄清概念的维度方面是无效的。此外,可以看出,在获得更真实和深入的结果方面,现实环境是有益的。

Social Media Literacy Level of Students in Primary Schools: A Case of Baku City 巴库市小学生社会媒体素养水平调查

This study aims to measure the social media literacy level of primary school students in Baku. 60 randomly selected primary school students were interviewed, and the data were analyzed by the use of the content analysis technique. The results revealed that participants use social media to attend online classes, to gather information for doing their homework, to communicate with their friends, and to play games by using mobile phones, tablets, PCs and smart TVs. 68% of students take precautions to ensure their safety, 57% are aware of the potential risks and harms of social media, and 93% of them do not communicate with people they do not know personally. It is highly suggested that social media literacy education can be given to the students at the schools and the universities can educate the parents about being social media literate as part of their social responsibility to their communities.
