ENRAIZAMENTO DE ESTACAS DE CROTON SACAQUINHA CROIZAT EM DIFERENTES SUBSTRATOS ORGÂNICOS 巴豆扦插在不同有机基质上的生根

Com isso, chegou-se ao resultado de que o enraizamento ocorreu melhor no composto orgânico peneirado, não havendo tanta disparidade entre os tratamentos e, além disso, ocorreram aparecimento de fungos em algumas estacas. ABSTRACT The Croton sacaquinha Croizat, popularly known as sacaquinha due to its structure is similar to the sacaca, is a plant with high medicinal value, belonging to the Euphorbiaceae family and classified within the genus Croton, having its stature represented as a tree with a characteristic low shrubby shape with crown formation, being of subtropical, tropical origin and the Amazon region. The project was carried out at the Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia at the Belém Campus, with the objective of analyzing the rooting of the species Croton sacaquinha Croizte, in a totally randomized design, with four repetitions of 10 plots for each substrate. The results showed that rooting occurred better in sieved organic compost, and that there was not much disparity between the treatments.

ECO COZINHA: INDICADORES PARA TORNAR UMA COZINHA DE PEQUENO PORTE SUSTENTÁVEL 生态厨房:使小型厨房可持续发展的指标

Sustainability is a set of processes and actions that are intended to meet the needs of the present and future generations and for this it is necessary to look at all productive sectors and it can be said that there is a production chain when we think about restaurants. There are quality and food safety standards for these establishments, however, there is no law specifically focused on sustainability in this sector and assessment of the negative impacts caused by food production. The works that focus on this theme, direct the survey to industrial production on a large scale, making it difficult for the small who wants to stand out with the theme. This article presents a bibliographic survey based on analyzes of scientific publications on the theme of sustainability in the kitchen, aiming to gather relevant information that emphasize the main and most accessible procedures to make the operation of a small kitchen environmentally sustainable. Sustainability indicators will describe the environmental, economic and social impacts caused by cooking and the results obtained from these can be used to assess and create benchmarks and set goals, analyze factors that affect sustainability, monitor policies and strategies for sustainability, compare with alternatives. Through the proposal of sustainability indicators for small kitchens, it is clear that the concern in the development of the menu, use of food, disposal of waste and care for the team, starts to be based on the sustainability tripod (environmental, social and economic), not only focusing on food preparation, but on its supply chain, from the choice of supplier to the treatment of the generated waste.

CARACTERIZAÇÃO E DELIMITAÇÃO DE DEPÓSITOS IRREGULARES DE LIXO DO MUNICÍPIO DE SÃO LUÍS – MA sao luis - MA不规则垃圾场的特征和界定

One of the most serious problems facing humanity is urban waste. In Maranhão, especially in São Luís, capital of the State, it is observed that the issue of garbage due to the intense and uncontrolled urbanization process, has been causing changes both quantitatively and qualitatively in the balance of local environmental resources. In view of the above, this work aimed to delimit the places with irregular accumulation of garbage, in neighborhoods of the city of São Luís - MA. The methodology of the work was based on data collection in the field, in order to precisely mark the points of irregular disposal of garbage, in some neighborhoods of the capital of Maranhão. The selected locations were: Renascença, São Francisco, Ponta D’areia, Cohafuma, Vinhais, Recanto Vinhais, Alto do Calhau, Angelim, Turu and Cohatrac IV. Through on-site visits, 58 points of irregular deposition of solid waste were recorded. It was observed that the neighborhoods with the most identified points were Renascença (16 points), São Francisco (10 points) and Vinhais (08), which can be explained by the fact that they are the largest neighborhoods in territorial extension of the municipality and those of larger population. The municipality of São Luís - MA was weakened by the lack of effective actions in its Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan (PGIRS). The lack of environmental education programs focused on Urban Solid Waste that guide the population about the problems that the irregular disposal of waste brings, both for health and for the environment, are recurring problems and setbacks of knowledge of State managers.

É fundamental que as empresas cumpram obrigações legislativas e ambientais, a ambiental, visando benefícios contribuindo os meio antrópico, biótico e físico. ABSTRACT Introduction: The generation of solid waste is a common, daily and inevitable event, which can cause damage and degrade the environment. And Reverse Logistics is the key to a balanced and sustainable environment, as it addresses the three pillars of sustainability, so putting it into practice benefits the environment as a whole (fauna and flora), society, and the country's economy. General Objective : to quantify the lubricating oil residue generated in the years 2017 to 2019 by licensed companies in the municipality of Juazeiro do Norte CE. Materials and Methods : To tabulate the data, 4 (four) steps were performed: 1st step: Permission to access the data, via letter; 2nd stage: a total of 92 companies delivered reports between 2017 and 2019, thus, it was necessary to thoroughly analyze the data of each company, to make use only of the data of the companies that generated the lubricating oil residue; 3rd stage: after analyzing the 92 companies, it was found that only 10 companies generated such waste; and the 4th and last stage consisted of producing tables for a better appreciation of the results. Results: In 2017, only 2 companies generated lubricating oil residue. In 2018, there was an increase from 2 companies to 7, of these 7 companies only one that generated in 2017, generated in 2018 and E8, was the one that presented the most generation with 6,650 l, followed by E6 with a generation of 5,300 l. In 2019, 8 companies generated lubricating oil residue, the ones that generated the most were E6 with 6,600 L and E8 with 10,350 L. Conclusion: It was noticed that companies generated more lubricating oil residue in 2019, followed by 2018 and the year in which the least amount of waste was generated was 2017. It was noted that some companies only generated it in a single year. It is essential that companies comply with their legislative and environmental obligations, putting environmental sustainability first, aiming at benefits for their company, contributing to the anthropic, biotic and physical environment.

a reflete ABSTRACT The advancement of electric mobility results in greater energy consumption of networks, considering this, microgrids with sustainable generation are presented as a solution for the supply of charging stations. However, not all locations in the world have high generation potential and financial incentives for this sector. Thus, this article presents the design of two microgrids with photovoltaic (PV) generation, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and green hydrogen, considering the same load, but different locations, namely the city of Recife in Brazil and Västerås in Sweden. . The objective is to assess the leveled cost of energy (LCOE) for both locations and compare it with the current cost of energy at the charging stations. The simulation was performed with HOMER Pro, in which the result showed that the Västerås microgrid has a power three times greater than the one dimensioned for Recife, which is reflected in the LCOE data. In Västerås, the leveled cost of energy is 4.25 Kr/kWh and in Recife, the cost was 2.67 Kr/kWh. In Brazil, the LCOE was 1.07 Kr/kWh below the current charging cost in Sweden.

Thus, this article presents the design of two microgrids with photovoltaic (PV) generation, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and green hydrogen, considering the same load, but different locations, namely the city of Recife in Brazil and Västerås in Sweden. . The objective is to assess the leveled cost of energy (LCOE) for both locations and compare it with the current cost of energy at the charging stations. The simulation was performed with HOMER Pro, in which the result showed that the Västerås microgrid has a power three times greater than the one dimensioned for Recife, which is reflected in the LCOE data. In Västerås, the leveled cost of energy is 4.25 Kr/kWh and in Recife, the cost was 2.67 Kr/kWh. USO DE FOLHAS DE CASTANHOLEIRA (Terminalia catappa Linn) COMO RECIPIENTES PARA PRODUÇÃO DE MUDAS 使用板栗叶(Terminalia catappa Linn)作为育苗容器

The use of plastic bags in the production of seedlings is widespread, mainly due to the lower acquisition cost, which makes it very accessible to small producers. In addition, they have other advantages, allowing good water retention and good development of the root system. However, great environmental impacts have been caused due to the incorrect disposal of plastic containers used in the production of seedlings. In this sense, the present work aimed to evaluate the technical feasibility of using biodegradable containers made with leaves of the castanet tree ( Terminalia catappa Linn) to replace plastic bags in the production of pumpkin seedlings. The experiment was carried out in a protected environment (screen with 50% shading mesh), from February to April 2022, in the experimental area of the State University of Piauí, under a completely randomized statistical design (DIC), with treatments being composed of two containers (plastic bags and castanets leaves), evaluated in 5 sample plots with 10 replications each. At 28 days after emergence (DAE), the biometric variables, plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves and root length were evaluated. From the results, it was found that the pumpkin seedlings developed under the containers made with castanets leaves, showed similar behavior regarding the biometric parameters (stem diameter, number of leaves and root length). Thus, it can be inferred that the use of castanets leaves can be used as an alternative to replace the use of plastic bags in the production of pumpkin seedlings.

Environmental services are defined as products of the ability of natural processes to provide goods that satisfy human needs, directly or indirectly. This study sought to understand the provision of environmental services in organic crops, through the identification of these services in a habitat, evaluating them from pre- selected environmental indicators and analyzing their contribution to o Sustainable Development relating the results to SDGs 2 and 15, included in the Agenda 2030 action plan. The study was developed at Chácara Koscrevic, located in Laguna, Santa Catarina, Brazil, the environment is an organic polyculture. In order to reach the objective of this study, a theoretical approach to the main indicators used to measure certain environmental services provided was sought. Five environmental services to be verified were prioritized, namely: soil capacity to perform its functions in the agroecosystem; supply of good quality food; contribution of biodiversity to the regulation of natural enemies and pollination; aesthetic-landscape contribution; contribution of sociocultural aspects. From this study we can see that the organic crops present in Chácara Koscrevic, as well as their adjacent practices, contribute to a high supply of environmental services. In addition, the crops are aligned with the global action plan for people, planet and prosperity, the UN 2030 Agenda.

TEMPESTADES DE AREIA: UMA DISCUSSÃO DOS ACONTECIMENTOS RECENTES NO BRASIL 沙尘暴:对巴西最近事件的讨论

The sandstorms that occurred in September 2021 between the Southeast and Midwest regions of Brazil surprised the population and meteorologists, causing astonishment and questions. The beginning of spring and the change in temperature, which caused the movement of air masses, together with drought and soil management techniques resulted in a phenomenon rarely seen in the country. Deforestation in the Amazon region is pointed out as an important factor in the scarcity of rainfall witnessed in recent years, especially in the South, Southeast and Midwest regions, since that biome is responsible for spreading moisture from the Atlantic Ocean to these regions. The present work aimed to study the theme and draw an analysis between the listed factors that, together, caused the phenomenon, in addition to pointing out meteorological concepts for greater understanding. The methodology used was bibliographic and analytical research, seeking to reveal deforestation and planting methods with the 2021 Drought Monitor and view satellite images of Brazil in the period in which the phenomenon occurred, mainly using Google Scholar for research. From the results obtained from the Drought Monitor, which monitors mainly the intensity of drought in certain areas of the country, it can be observed that the level of drought called 'Exceptional Drought' increased in the north of the state of São Paulo, and coincidentally some of the cities where the sandstorm phenomenon occurred are contemplated with this exceptional drought. Therefore, the occurrence of the phenomenon in that year was able to open new possibilities for meteorological monitoring, aiming at the interpretation of these results, such as agricultural soil moisture, the first rain showers after the drought period, the increase in temperature and consequently the increased displacement of air masses (winds), and these events will be monitored in the future, allowing the population to be alerted to promote safety and health for all. Such monitoring and interpretation of data also contribute to the formation and implementation of future public policies and investments in research related to the topic.

ABSTRACT According to the National Solid Waste Plan, the implementation of selective collection is the responsibility of the municipalities (PNRS, art. 36, item II), which must establish in the Municipal Plans for Integrated Management of Solid Waste the goals of reduction, reuse, selective collection and recycling, with the aim of reducing the amount of waste sent for final disposal. Thus, in the municipality of Russas, the Recicla Russas project was developed, which aims to implement selective collection at the municipal level and enable voluntary delivery in various parts of the city. However, according to data from the Russas Municipal Recycling Department, in the first 7 months of project implementation, only 77 tons of recyclable materials were collected. Therefore, this work aims to present a proposal for a tool for the optimization of selective collection with application in the municipality of Russas. In this way, an application was conceived, in which the main function of the same is to map and trace routes to the various collection points in the city, allowing the population to have access to recyclable material collection sites and other ecopoints located in the region, enhancing thus recycling these wastes. Therefore, for the development of the application, based on the needs found in the municipality, some resources were developed to be implemented in it. From this, a graphic design tool, Canva, was used to make the application's layout to visualize its options, allowing a previous analysis, such as the arrangement of buttons, colors, icons, menu and among others, considering greater practicality and understanding of users. In this way, with the development of the application, it is expected that users will gain access to information regarding the availability of collection points for recyclable materials and the place of disposal of hazardous materials. Also, the application can be used as a tool to optimize the logistics of selective collection, such as defining routes and location of new recycling centers, in addition, from the data on the amount of materials collected, it is possible to use this tool as a reference for studies on the recycling rate of the municipality, among others.
