Obstacle-climbing capability analysis of lunar rover based on double-half-revolution mechanism on lunar soil 基于双半转机构的月球车在月壤上的越障能力分析

Taking a new type of lunar rover which is based on a double-half-revolution mechanism as the research object, based on the force analysis between the wheel-leg and lunar soil, its obstacle-climbing force model on lunar soil was established. As the obstacle-climbing model of uneven terrain was relatively complicated and the numbers of independent equation were less than those of unknown variables, a new evaluation index of the obstacle-climbing capability was presented. Taking the friction feasible region as the evaluation index, the larger the friction feasible region, the better the obstacle-climbing capability, and when the friction feasible region the wheel-leg suffered did not exist; the mechanism would not have the obstacle-climbing capability under the initial conditions. When giving the slope angle and obstacle height, the forward obstacle-climbing capability of this lunar rover was analyzed on lunar soil, including single wheel-leg obstacle-climbing and two wheel-legs obstacle-climbing simultaneously. Simulation results show that the feasible solution regions of T1, T2, T3 and T4 are affected by applying specific frictional coefficient.

Medical image analysis of electron micrographs in diabetic patients using contrast enhancement 利用对比增强技术对糖尿病患者电子显微照片进行医学图像分析

Today, there is almost no area of technical endeavor that is not impacted in some way or the other by digital image processing. The principle objective of enhancement is to process an image so that the result is more suitable than original image for specific application. When an image is processed for visual interpretation, the viewer is the ultimate judge of how well a particular method works. Histograms, basis for numerical spatial domain processing techniques provides useful image statistics. These are simple to calculate in software and also lend themselves to economic hardware implementations, thus making them a popular tool for real-time image processing. The transformation or mapping of each pixel of input image into a corresponding pixel of the processed output image is called as “Histogram Equalization”. It is “automatic”, the process which is based on information that can be extracted directly from given image, without the need for further parameter specifications. Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder that characterized by inability of the pancreas to control blood glucose concentration. 80% of deaths in Diabetic patients are due to heart diseases. The main objective of this paper is to observe enhancement of Electron micrograph image of a myocardial capillary from a diabetic patient, and to get image information, pixel regions, Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) and intensity adjustment which mainly helps to educate the diabetic patients to prevent cardiac complications i.e., Diabetic Cardiomyopathy using MATLAB.

Study on fuzzy control algorithm of high-rise buildings structural vibration 高层建筑结构振动模糊控制算法研究

In view of vibration models of high-rise buildings with podium, on the basis of analyzing its structural equation of motion, it applies the fuzzy control algorithm to control simulation on high-rise buildings models with 12-storey main building and 3-storey podiums, that is using the fuzzy control strategy to control the force output of semi-active control device of MR damper. The fuzzy control as a branch of intelligent controls can well and proficiently bring operators' subjective experience and intuition into the control system, and it analyzes and synthesizes the system from the point of features of the system and the overall optimization. It simulates the displacement of top storey and velocity & time-histories curve, and obtain damped percentage through the comparison of results without control, with evident result.
针对带裙楼高层建筑的振动模型,在分析裙楼结构运动方程的基础上,将模糊控制算法应用于12层主楼和3层裙楼高层建筑模型的控制仿真,即利用模糊控制策略控制MR阻尼器半主动控制装置的力输出。模糊控制作为智能控制的一个分支,能很好、熟练地将操作者的主观经验和直觉融入到控制系统中,从系统的特点和整体优化的角度对系统进行分析和综合。对顶板位移和速度时程曲线进行了模拟,并与不加控制的结果进行了对比,得到了阻尼百分比,结果明显。

Optimal placement of DG using multiobjective particle swarm optimization 基于多目标粒子群算法的DG优化布局

In the future, distributed generation (DG) will play important role in power system network. A grid-connected distributed generation can be a good proposition if consumption of electricity is high. The position of DG effects many ways on power system network. Finding position of DG on power system network will be developed in this paper. An optimal placement of DG on the power system network is proposed by using multiobjective particle swarm optimization (MPSO) to minimize economic and emission costs of overall system. The MPSO is used to minimize simultaneously economic cost and emission of thermal units by changing sitting and varying sizes of DG. We employ IEEE 30 bus system to verify the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method found the optimal sitting and sizing of DG with minimum cost of economic and environmental pollution.

Design and simulation of double lumen polymeric microneedles for blood transport 用于血液输送的双腔聚合物微针的设计与仿真

Blood extraction and insertion is a common process in daily life at hospitals. Hypodermic needles are mostly used for blood transport. These needles are associated with many disadvantages like pain induction due to longer length and no biocompatibility because of material used. In this paper, a novel design and simulation of double lumen polymeric microneedles for blood extraction and insertion have been presented. Using finite element software ANSYS, structural and fluidic analysis have been conducted to prophesy the mechanical strength of microneedles and fluid flow rate through the lumen regions. The effect of pressure and bending force on the tip of microneedle is investigated in structural analysis. Simulation results envisage that the resultant stress values due to applied loads are in the safe range. Fluidic analysis shows that the proposed design is suitable for blood extraction because different lumens radii are useful to avoid the clogging effect. Hot emboss and laser ablation techniques have been proposed for fabrication of double lumen out-of-plane polymeric microneedles.

Design and analysis of characteristics of damping hole for a fuel metering valve 燃油计量阀阻尼孔特性设计与分析

It is noted that there isn't any handy approach to study the effect of damping hole to fuel metering valve at present, although the performance of a fuel metering valve is dramatically influenced by both damping hole and damping ratio. This paper presents a mathematical approach. Using this approach, it is convenient for designer to obtain the damping ratio's optimal value, lower and upper bounds, as well as the damping hole diameter. Ultimately, simulation is carried out and the approach is validated by simulation results.

A modified numerical method for calculations of film geometry of elasto-hydro-dynamic line contacts 一种计算弹性水动力线接触膜几何形状的修正数值方法

In this paper, a modified full numerical model will be presented to calculate elastohydrodynamic line contacts in various conditions of geometry and material properties. This model can calculate results in shortest time and with best accuracy. All modifications will be applied in previously developed models to reach demanded results in desired time and accuracy. This model is helpful to get results in large number of points in elastohydrodynamic applications as gear lubrication along path of contact). Firstly, a scheme of the method will be presented. Then, some changes will be made in calculation process and considering the time consumption and results accuracy, the best method will be chosen. Finally, a special guess method will be developed to get the numerical results in the shortest time and best accuracy. In this method, firstly a good guess will be obtained using a coarse grid and short time and then these values will be used as a realistic guesses for starting numerical method in fine grid. Some special results will be obtained and discussed investigating the convergence process.

The development of displacement eddy current sensor independent of sample electromagnetic properties 不依赖于样品电磁特性的位移式涡流传感器的研制

The displacement between the coil of eddy current sensor and the sample can influence the distribution of the eddy current in sample, consequently cause the change of the coil impedance, so the eddy current can be developed as a displacement measurement device. This paper aims to develop a new of eddy current sensor which is independent of the sample electromagnetic properties. Extended from the theoretical analysis and experiment study for the relationship of the coil resistance and inductance, a new eddy current displacement measurement circuit is presented. Then, the validation for the developed displacement eddy current sensor is performed by a series of experiments. The experiment result indicates that the new eddy current displacement sensor can eliminate effectively the measurement error due to the change of the sample electromagnetic properties.

The effect of fuel volatility on droplet depletion rate and penetration of vaporizing fuel droplets in a Gas Turbine Combustor 燃料挥发性对燃气轮机燃烧室中汽化燃料液滴耗竭率和渗透的影响

It is well recognized that the fuel volatility has significant role in the dispersion and penetration of the fuel droplets sprayed into a combustor. Hence a study of the fuel droplet penetration and vaporization histories of a liquid fuel spray injected into a turbulent swirling flow of air through a typical can type Gas Turbine Combustor have been evaluated from numerical solutions of the conservation equations in gas and droplet phases. It is observed from the study that generally a higher swirl decrease the droplet penetration rate irrespective of the fuel volatility, but the effect is more pronounced for lighter droplet particles of n hexane than for the heavier kerosene droplets. Also an increase in spray cone angle shows a drastic reduction in the penetration of the spray. The effect of fuel volatility is marginal for different Spray cone angles as the droplet penetration is dictated more by the spray dynamics due to changed spray cone angle than the fuel volatility. But an increase in combustor pressure reduces the droplet penetration considerably. The fuel droplets with higher volatility seem to travel longer in a higher ambience more due to decreased rate of vaporization at higher pressure.
