The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the public speaking skill program activities in PAI extracurricular activities at SMAS An-Nizam Medan, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors and what are the paths after implementing PAI extracurriculars, namely public speaking skills/Kultum at SMAS An-Nizam Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was taken at SMAS An-Nizam Medan. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the PAI extracurricular activities that were implemented were one of the public speaking skills/Kultum programs which were carried out every day after the midday prayer. As for the supporting factors in the implementation of public speaking skills/Kultum, there are professional teachers who are very supportive in motivating students. While the inhibiting factor in this implementation is the lack of self-confidence of introverted students which results in being nervous when in front. Furthermore, the impact of the implementation of the public speaking skill/Kultum program on PAI extracurricular activities is that you can get used to speaking in public, especially later in the community and this program is not obtained in class lessons but only in PAI extracurriculars and can represent the school when there is a speech contest both held by internal and external parties, as well as from government and private sectors.

This research was conducted at Madrasah XYZ, with quantitative research. The number of respondents in this study was 46 people, which is the entire population of this study, namely teachers and staff at XYZ Madrasah. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that was distributed directly to the respondents, who then processed the data or answers of the respondents using statistics. The steps are to test the validity, reliability test, and classic assumption test which consists of the normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The next step is to test the data analysis using multiple linear regression and the last test is to test the research hypothesis. Partially, career planning has a positive effect on work performance, but the effect is greater on employee loyalty on work performance. Simultaneously or together career plans and employee loyalty have a significant and positive effect on work performance.

This study aims to determine the emergence of learning obstacles experienced by students at MAS PAB 4 Klumpang. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research and descriptive methods. Data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. This study produced several findings, namely: (1) Factors causing saturation of learning SKI (History of Islamic Culture) experienced by grade XI students include: experiencing fatigue in the body due to carrying out routine activities, fatigue felt by limbs such as fingers and toes due to a lot of writing, looking weak and there are students who put their heads on the table when the teacher is explaining due to the teacher's lack of attention to Students, experiencing lazy learning due to food intake that is not good for the body and the absence of effective methods carried out by teachers. (2) Variations of digital-based learning methods and media in reducing SKI learning saturation by Giving Assignments to Students, Increasing Teacher Attention to Students, Learning Outside the Classroom, Adding Reading Resources or SKI Learning References (3) Learning achievement with a variety of digital-based learning methods and media in MAS PAB 4 Klumpang schools. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between memorizing the Koran and interest in learning mathematics. The researcher found that the higher the student’s memorization level greatly influenced their interest in learning mathematics, and the results obtained were also getting better. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and mathematical questions about geometric shapes. The instrument has previously been validated by researchers and has been tested through the SPSS 20 program and has been proven valid. Based on the results of the normality test, it is known that the significance value is more than 0.05, so the residual value is normally distributed. The subjects of this study were class VIII students of the Zawiyatul Huffazh Al-Qur'an Memorization Board. The results showed that there was an influence between memorizing the Koran on students' learning interest.

This study aims to determine the Learning of Tahfidz Al-Qur`an in shaping the Islamic character of Students at SD IT Islahul Ummah Prabumulih City. Learning evaluation The research was conducted at SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City, 2022 to 2023. The research subjects were Tahfidz Al-Qur`an tutors, Madrasa Heads, Administrative Staff, and students of SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and document studies. All data collected was then analyzed in two stages. The first stage was when the data collection process was in progress, and the second stage after all data was collected was then analyzed by means of descriptive analytic. From this research, it was obtained an explanation that: 1) The Al-Qur'an tahfidz Learning Curriculum has been applied in the form of a syllabus 2). In learning, the supervising teachers have made a written plan, letters that must be memorized, 3). Implementation of Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Learning is carried out outside of class hours. 4). The method of memorizing the Qur'an uses the muroja`ah and sima`i methods. 4). The supervising teacher has a great influence on students in learning Taffid Al-Qur`an. 6). Learning Evaluation is carried out for each student's memorization deposit to the supervising teacher.

Currently, in order to improve the quality of education, learning mathematics needs to undergo innovative changes in accordance with the times and technology. In addition, education must also build the values and character of students through religious values. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The aim of the research is to describe Islamic values and their integration into learning mathematics and science at MAN 2 Langkat in the 2022/2023 academic year. The research was conducted at MAN 2 Langkat, North Sumatra, with the research subjects being math and science teachers. Data was collected through observation, interviews, document studies, and literature. Data analysis was carried out by compiling, connecting, reducing, presenting, drawing conclusions, and verifying. The findings can be explained that Islamic values in their integration into mathematics and science learning have been carried out well where they have been adapted to the curriculum and the school's vision and mission as outlined in the planning of relevant methods and media which are carried out from the beginning to the end of learning. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of learning that is integrated with Islamic values.

One of the learning media which can be used in mufrodat learning (Arabic vocabulary) is a web-based image puzzle. However, in reality, the educator that uses web-based learning media in learning Arabic still needs to be found. This research is development research (RnD) which aims to develop web-based image puzzle media for mufrodat learning (Arabic vocabulary) for VIII grade of MTs students and determine its feasibility through validation and practicality tests. The research model uses a 4-D model that has been modified to 3-D, which is divided into three stages; define (definition), design (design), and development (development). The research instruments include validation sheets to measure product feasibility, interviews with subject teachers, and student response questionnaires to measure the level of product practicality. Web-based image puzzle media obtains a score of 3.5 in material validation and a score of 3.6 from media validation that meets the valid category. Based on the student response questionnaire, web-based image puzzle media obtains a practicality percentage of 76% which categorizes in the excellent category. Therefore, web-based image puzzle media in mufrodat learning (Arabic vocabulary) can be feasible and practical for the learning process.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the supervisory function of the DPRD Temanggung Regency in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation, to find out the efforts made by the DPRD to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency and to find out the obstacles faced by the DPRD in overseeing the quality of education in Temanggung Regency. The research used is qualitative research, while the research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the DPRD of Temanggung Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method that is carried out in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts, nature, and relationship of the phenomena being investigated. The data were obtained through interviews, document studies, and observation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency from the planning, implementation, and evaluation side has been going well and in accordance with statutory regulations; (2) The efforts that have been made by the DPRD to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency are through the legislative function and through the budgeting function; (3) Obstacles faced by the DPRD in supervising the quality of education in Temanggung Regency are limited human resources, both in terms of numbers, educational background, the background of interest and level of understanding of DPRD Members regarding the supervisory function, limited time, limited authority, limited information and there is a wrong perception of the supervision carried out by the DPRD.

This research was conducted to comprehensively describe and delve into the strategies used by Islamic Education (SKI) teachers to foster a love of reading among students at MTs Al-Ikhlas Sait Buntu using a qualitative descriptive approach with a naturalistic technique. The results of the study revealed that SKI teachers employ several strategies to encourage students to develop a love of reading, such as repeated reading, memorization, and sharing experiences. In the repeated reading strategy, teachers engage students in taking turns to read, allowing other students to focus on the presented text. In the memorization strategy, students are included collectively to ensure that all students can participate effectively in the learning process, while the sharing experiences strategy involves teachers narrating real-life situations to enhance students' curiosity. This, in turn, motivates students to read and seek knowledge continuously. The contribution of this research lies in providing information about effective strategies to cultivate an interest in reading among students in secondary education. The novelty of this research lies in combining various learning strategies into a single activity, enabling students to experience more diverse forms of learning. The utilization of multiple creative teaching strategies can enhance students' enthusiasm for reading.

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills in students in class IV Mis Al-Furqon Klumpang Kebun in Social Science (IPS) subjects using flipbook media that has been developed. The type of research used is research and development (RnD), which is research used to develop a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product. Media development in this study used the ADDIE research design, which is a development model consisting of five stages including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research develops a product in the form of Flipbook-based digital media on Social Studies subjects which is then tested for feasibility by material experts, media experts, and Class IV students of MIS Al- Furqon Klumpang Kebun. The subjects of this study were 18 fourth grade students. The object of this research is the development of flipbook-based digital media. Based on the results of this research and development, it is concluded that this flipbook-based digital media meets the assessment criteria that have been proven by the material validation score with a score of 3.5 and a media validation score of 4.0 with a recapitulation result of 3.75 which is included in the very valid category. This shows that flipbook-based digital media is included in valid criteria and is suitable for use as teaching materials for teachers and students
