. This study aims to describe the management of Regular School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SD Negeri 2 Sawahan, Boyolali Regency, starting from planning, implementation and accountability as well as reporting on the use of regular BOS funds by School Management. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the source of this research is the school principal and BOS treasurer. Data collection uses direct interview techniques, field observations, and documenting the results. Data were analyzed using several stages starting from collecting data, sorting data by reduction, presenting data, and verifying the correctness of data. The results of data analysis concluded that the management of Regular School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SD Negeri 2 Sawahan had been carried out in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for the Use and Accountability of School Operational Assistance Funds for Elementary Schools in 2022, but in practice there were still obstacles such as delays in the distribution of BOS funds , discrepancies and lack of coordination in reporting BOS funds that must be corrected immediately.

The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.

Merdeka Belajar Program is a policy that aims to encourage students to master various competencies and knowledge that are important and useful when entering the world of work. This article reveals the Design Of The “Freedom to Learn” Program For Students Of High School Of Education Miftahul Midad Lumajang. In this type of qualitative research with a case study approach, the data is obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation then analyzed with the condensation stage, data display, and conclusion. The research findings show that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that several programs implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 01 Candipuro are active literacy and numeracy programs for low-grade students, active programs visiting the library, entering class programs, extracurricular programs, exam success programs, helping adaptation technology using laptops or Android, assisting in the preparation of e-reports, as well as other administration needed by the school. Some designed programs can be implemented correctly according to the targeted objectives.

This research was conducted to describe the transparent use of BOS funds at SD IT Muhammadiyah The principles of managing BOS funds include planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as BOS reporting. This study used a qualitative approach, using a study research library technique. Sources of research data were obtained from interviews with school principals, BOS treasurers, school committees, and teachers. As reinforcement is equipped with observations and documentation. The management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SD IT Muhmammadiyah is based on the principles of flexibility, effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and transparency. This is reflected in the planning of BOS funds at SD IT Muhammadiyah carried out in accordance with procedures and technical guidelines. The use of BOS funds was adjusted according to priority needs. From the point of view of good supervision, this is indicated by the results of internal and external audits so that no misuse of budget funds was found.

The method used is descriptive, data obtained through interviews, document study and observation. The results of the study show that the strategic management of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila student profile is carried out in three stages, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. Strategic management planning is carried out superiorly by identifying opportunities and threats from outside as well as strengths and weaknesses from within the school or analyzing the external and internal environment, determining the GSM strategy; Explanation of the vision, mission and objectives that have been implemented as well as identification of short, medium and long term plans. Implementation is carried out by determining academic planning in schools including compiling and implementing programs, compiling budgets, motivating educators and education staff, allocating human resources so that the strategies that have been implemented can be implemented and developing a school culture that supports the fun school movement strategy in realizing student profiles pancasila. Management evaluation is carried out in three ways, namely direct evaluation of school programs or activities, evaluation of the academic field and evaluation meetings.

Learning in the technology 4.0 era provides many challenges for teachers. Effective learning does not only require good teaching methods but is also determined by the use of interesting and interactive learning media. One of the media that can increase interest in student learning is gamification media, namely the addition of game elements in learning to increase motivation, involvement and interaction of teachers and students in learning. This method can also increase learning motivation by giving prizes or badges to students with the highest encouragement in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine student motivation through classpoint gamification media at SMKN 7 Surakarta in the subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through Participatory Action Research (PAR) by means of observation or observation of teaching and learning activities and interviews with students. The results showed that the use of classpoint gamification media increased learning interest and student involvement in learning from the usability, cognitive and psychomotor aspects of students. This is because classpoint gamification media has features that support interactive learning activities and can motivate students to get the best results in games or quizzes.

Perubahan paradigma dari government ke governance menekankan pada kerjasama dalam pemerataan dan keseimbangan yang mengarah pada administrasi publik. Partisipasi, supremasi hukum, transparansi, daya tanggap, pembangunan konsensus, kesetaraan, efektivitas dan efisiensi, serta tanggung jawab merupakan tata pemerintahan yang diusulkan pada penelitian ini. Subjek dan objek penelitian ini adalah bagian Umum dan Keuangan Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penyelenggaraan administrasi dalam mendukung terlaksananya good goverance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini di kumpulkan melalui proses observasi dan wawancara terstruktur kepada pegawai terkait. Implikasi teoritis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan administrasi memiliki pengaruh dalam mendukung good governance. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penyelenggaraan administrasi memiliki peran penting dalam hal pelayanan masyarakat, dengan pelayanan yang baik maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa good governance sudah di terapkan pada bagian umum dan keuangan sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. The purpose of the study which became the focal point was the management of work practice training based on digital literacy in the boarding school environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method of data collection is done by triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. With the object of research at the community work Training Center (BLKK) vocational Information Technology and Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency, West Java province. The results showed that: 1) the planning of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan that focuses on identifying training needs has been carried out in accordance with SOP or rules, regulations of the Ministry of manpower. 2) the development of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan which focuses on internal training cooperation still occurs in the dichotomy of departments and sectoral egos and external cooperation with less developed companies and even tiered apprenticeship program cooperation no longer exists. 3) the implementation of the training Program at BLKK Al-Mizan focusing on the implementation of competency-based training (CBT) has not been fully implemented. 4) evaluation of training at BLKK Al-Mizan showed that the assessment of training services has been carried out but the results are limited to the basis for recognition of students and the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school environment. 5) support the function and use of training management at BLKK Al-Mizan to the function of improving digital literacy in the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school. The researcher concluded that the management of digital literacy-based work practice training in the boarding school environment runs effectively and equips students to be technologically literate, this is also reflected in the students themselves in the use of digital-based books.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method of data collection is done by triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. With the object of research at the community work Training Center (BLKK) vocational Information Technology and Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency, West Java province. The results showed that: 1) the planning of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan that focuses on identifying training needs has been carried out in accordance with SOP or rules, regulations of the Ministry of manpower. 2) the development of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan which focuses on internal training cooperation still occurs in the dichotomy of departments and sectoral egos and external cooperation with less developed companies and even tiered apprenticeship program cooperation no longer exists. 3) the implementation of the training Program at BLKK Al-Mizan focusing on the implementation of competency-based training (CBT) has not been fully implemented. 4) evaluation of training at BLKK Al-Mizan showed that the assessment of training services has been carried out but the results are limited to the basis for recognition of students and the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school environment. 5) support the function and use of training management at BLKK Al-Mizan to the function of improving digital literacy in the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis posisi wanita dalam Islam, kesetaraan wanita dan laki-laki dalam menuntut ilmu dan pandangan pendidikan wanita dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan library research (penelitian pustaka), yaitu dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literatur (kepustakaan) dari penelitian sebelumnya, dan menggunakan teknik Analisis Isi (Content Analysis) dan tekhnik Analisis Komparatif Konstan (Constan Comparative Analysis). Analisis isi bersifat pembahasan yang mendalam terhadap isi suatu informasi tertulis atau tercetak dalam media massa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pandangan Filsafat Pendidikan Islam tidak pernah melarang wanita untuk belajar dan memiliki pendidikan. Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam juga sudah menekankan bahwa belajar itu wajib atas setiap muslim tanpa membedakan pria maupun wanita. Dengan penekanan ini, Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam membuka semua jalan pengetahuan untuk pria dan wanita.

This study aims to test the validity and practicality of teaching materials E-module Dilan Android-based (Didroid) on hot material for elementary school students. The research method applied is Research and Development (R&D) method with Sugiyono development model. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaire instruments filled by media experts, material experts, as well as student and teacher users. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analysis to describe the results of the questionnaire assessment. The results showed that the E-module Didroid developed meet the criteria of valid and practical. The results of media validation get a score of 100 so that it is included in the very valid category. The results of the validation of the material get a score of 96.7% on the aspect of Self Instruction, a score of 100% on the aspect of Self Contained, a score of 80% on the aspect of Self Alone, a score of 93.3% on the aspect of self adaptive, and a score of 80% on the aspect of User Friendly so that it enters the category of very valid and valid. The results of the practicality of student users get a score of 90% and teacher users get a score of 100% so that it enters the category of very practical. It can be concluded that the E-module developed Didroid valid, practical, and feasible to use in science learning in Grade V Elementary School. E-module Didroid easy to understand, easy to use, attractive, and can be used as a reference teaching materials that use digital technology.
