Using 5G advances, ultra-low delay networking, AI and robotics, this paper brings out the emergences of innovative internet to deliver the skills digitally. We are discovering the technical challenges which are to be suppressed in order to achieve that vision that is to implement all the inventive ideas that are vision to be accomplishes in future days. This idea would unwrap all the techniques to develop a 5G tactile internet, AI and systematized haptic codecs. This paper concludes the general idea on the current potential and the uniform initiatives in 5G tactile internet standards.

The Staff Qualifications and Education (SQE) is a chapter in the Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation (Fifth Edition)[i] which describes the standards of Medical Staff & Staffing Management Standards in DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV) Standard, Interpretive Guidelines and Surveyor Guidance for Hospitals, May 2013, Version 3.0.[ii] JCI Accreditation is a USA based international healthcare accrediting organization, whereas DNV is a Norway based international accreditation organization. The DNV International Accreditation Standard for Hospitals are based on the National Integrated Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations (NIAHO) standard platform developed in the United States (US), and has been adopted by hospitals around the world as a new standard of excellence. These standards integrate clinical and patient safety requirements with proven quality principles into one seamless program. It’s a highly developed management system uniquely formulated to promote excellence within hospitals. However, both these standards are accredited by Ireland based International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), which is the only accrediting organization who “accredit the accreditors' in the world. Methods: This is a comparison study (normative comparison) in which the researcher has critically analyzed and compared the Staff Qualifications and Education (SQE) standards in the Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation (Fifth Edition) and Medical Staff & Staffing Management Standards in DNV Standards for Hospitals, May 2013, Version 3.0.Data Collection: Primary data are collected from the JCI Accreditation Standards for hospitals, fifth edition, and DNV Standards for hospitals, Version 3.0. Secondary data are collected from relevant published journals, articles, research papers, academic literature and web portals. Objectives of the Study: The aim of this study is to analyze critically SQE Standards in JCI Accreditation and Medical Staff & Staffing Management Standards in DNV Standards to point out the best among both these international standards. Conclusion: This critical analysis of SQE, MS and SM standards in JCI and DNV Accreditation for hospitals clearly shows that the SQE Standards in JCI Accreditation are very comprehensive, to the point and are much better than the DNV Accreditation.

ICU management has been daunting task for the hospital administration, doctors are expected to rush back to the hospital on call even after returning home, even if it is middle of night, to inspect critical developments of patient’s condition and decide further action immediately. The problem multiplies when doctors are consultants to multiple hospitals. . Hospitals face scarcity of experts who can engage full time, especially when physical presence is required on demand. This paper illustrates an initiative that is driven by collaborating Hospitals as care provider partners and Applied cognition Systems as technology partner to enable virtual presence of remote specialists in collaboration with local doctors as needed in emergency response, remote monitoring and real time consultation for management of patients admitted in wards and ICUs of hospitals.

As applications producing data of higher dimensions has increased tremendously, clustering of data under reduced memory became a necessity. Feature selection is a typical approach to cluster higher dimensional data. It involves identifying a subset of most relevant features from the entire set of features. Our approach suggests a method to efficiently cluster higher dimensional data under reduced memory. An N-dimensional feature selection algorithm, NDFS is used for identifying the subset of relevant features. The concept of feature selection helps in removing the irrelevant and redundant features from each cluster. In the initial phase of NDFS algorithm features are divided into clusters using graph-theoretic clustering methods. The final phase of the algorithm generates the subset of relevant features that are closely related to the target class. Features in different clusters are relatively independent. In particular, the minimum spanning tree is constructed to efficiently manipulate the subset of features. Traditionally, feature subset selection research has focused on searching for relevant features. The clustering based strategy of NDFS have a high probability of producing a subset of useful and independent features.
