Mutual Fund has emerged as a tool forconfirming one’s financial security. As statistics and awareness arerising, more and more people are enjoying the benefits of investing in mutual funds. Mutual funds have originated in the USA and have become so popular that they have almost overtaken the bank deposits and total assets of insurance funds. In India, the Mutual Fund industry had its origin with the establishment of UTl Mutual funds have all come forward with different schemes suitable to the need of saving populace. It is in the backdrop of some of these encouraging statistics that the Indian mutual fund industry has fostered itself. Since 1990 were when the mutual fund space unlocked up to the private sector, the industry has gone through a long path, adapting itself continuously, to the changes that have come along. Progress in Assets Under Management (AUM) veteran has been exceptional, growing at a CAGR(Compound Annual Growth Rate) of 34% over the last four years the sale of mutual funds has recovered over the last few quarters, which implies regained assurance of stakeholders, endeavoring to look at alternate investment opportunities and any consequent higher returns, though the markets continue to be changing. The objectives of the study are to identify the rural and semi-urban investor's perceptions on mutual funds and to analyse the satisfaction level of investors in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. By adopting convenience sampling, 600 respondents living in four districts of Rayalaseema (Anantapuram, Chittoor, Kurnool, and YSR Kadapa) were selected for this study. Simple statistical tools are used for analysing the data whatsoever collected in this study. The outcomes of the study have importantsuggestionsfor mutual fund companies. Considerate of semi-urban and rural areas investor's perception is asignificant task for the asset managers to be effective in facing many tasks and prospects.

Lack of immediate medical attention post trauma is the major factor of the increased death rates in road accidents. In order to provide timely medical attention, a system is to be designed which is a means that does not have the road constraints of an emergency medical system. This is the Air Ambulance- Quadcopter. Attempting to bring about faster accessibility of medical services to the patient especially in rural areas is the motivating factor. The system will help in implementing this idea of faster site accessibility to a large extent, by providing timely first aid and serving the society through means of a Quadcopter. To design such an equipment, an elaborate survey has been made on the topics of Wi-Fi, Sensor. This paper is an outcome of the survey done which has enriched us with an in-depth knowledge of the various components and techniques required to design and build a Quadcopter.

The aim of this study is to figure out the status of Palestinian industrial and Service Company’s possession of competitive advantages and sustainability. Research sample consist of fourteen companies of which seven industrial companies and seven service companies listed in Palestine Financial Market. Industrial and service companies showed a real challenges in achieving competitive advantages and maintaining their level of sustainability, as VOIC was the leading company in the selected industrial companies followed by JPH, whereas BOP, PIB, and PALTEL showed a healthy presentation towards competitive advantages and sustainability. On the other hand PPI in the industrial companies proved to face serious obstacles that might exit this company from the era of business, while AHC, WASEL, and WATANIYA showed critical issues towards competitive advantages and sustainability in the service sector. The research found many conclusions both theoretically and practically, the most important as far as the calculated mean average is concern: all companies are trying hard in seeking and maintaining possession of competitive advantages and work on sustainability. While the weak point was in the service companies to achieve competitive advantages and sustaining mechanisms in the market. The research has provide several recommendations of which was the successful and healthy image some companies showed, therefore all companies listed in Palestine Financial Market need to continue on the issues of innovation and entrepreneurship, which leads to the innovation of new services and products which limit the ability of competitors to do with tradition, and to achieve the companies’ ability to satisfy the demand in a timely manner, shaping it to customer need and expectation, especially after customers became the focal point of any industry and his voice should be heard and attained as customers has a reflection on the achievement of revenue and profits that could contribute to companies competitive advantages and sustainability.

The aim of this research paper is to study the user interface design of web learning system. This paper also analyzes the opinion of the users to improve the current web learning system. There are many web learning portals are available to the learners with and without pay and learn option. But the user interface design of the web learning system has no specific standards. There are many possibilities to improve the current system. User generated content is a new area to explore and study. The users of the system can give an opinion and also able to modify some design aspects according to their preferences and likes. In this research paper, we have studied two different web learning systems and its design aspects. Cognitive aspects and the flexibility of the design plays a very important role in learning. Cloud sharing and downloading time play a very vital role in learners’ preferences. Many free course learners withdraw learning modules due to the pure connectivity from the cloud learning environment. Web design principles, color principles, basic design principles and user interface design considerations should be studied and applied to create a well-constructed user-friendly environment.User generated and user participated design plays a very important role in the effectiveness of learning.

This paper examines the effect of loan portfolio diversification on Tunisian banks profitability over the period 2000-2015. By using panel data method, our finding, show that focusing on few sectors is more profitable than diversifying bank lending operations. In addition, we find that this negative impact is more pronounced in private banks. However, for foreign banks loan portfolio diversification is found to be positively associated with higher bank profitability. Also, we find support to the hypothesis stating that the positive effect of loan portfolio diversification is more pronounced for credit risky banks.

An ideal coating system is generally considered as an appropriate combination of significant hardness and toughness. In the past investigations, the potential of various hard phases, as well as tougher candidates have been already explored. Some of these works related to slurry erosion, using nickel, alumina and titania as a coating candidate has been reviewed in the present study. The study is aiming towards investigating the effect of these coating candidates on the slurry erosion performance of a coating system. The review revealed a significant improvement in the coating properties (mechanical and microstructural) as well as coating performance with the application of the investigated coating materials.

In this paper we design a two dimensional (2-D) photonic crystal based biosensor implemented by linear waveguide and nanocavity detection in malaria. The bio molecules such as a red blood cell, infected red blood cell, trapped inside the nanocavity cause transmission shift at the output terminal. The sensing mechanism of biosensor is change in refractive index of analytes. The layout biosensor is consists a linear waveguide with a nanocavity in square symmetry For the proposed photonic based biosensor, the band gap from 2210nm to 1420 nm and input wavelength of 1550nm are used in this design. The simulation results have analysed by using the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method, bandgap calculation is performed using plane wave expansion method.
