Sosialisasi tatanan normal baru yang sudah dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan, perlu dilaksanakan secara masif sehingga masyarakat tahu apa yang harus dikerjakan baik mengenai jaga jarak, memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dan dilarang berkerumun dalam jumlah yang banyak. Bali sebagai salah satu wilayah NKRI, tentunya juga harus tunduk pada aturan tersebut, dengan menerapkan protokol tatanan normal baru, di berbagai segi kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk juga kantor-kantor pelayanan masyarakat. Di lain sisi, pada bulan Agustus 2020, Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar menyelenggarakan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata secara mandiri, yang dilakukan di lokasi kediaman masing-masing mahasiswa, karena pada bulan tersebut masih dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 di Bali. Salah satu program kerja yang dilakukan adalah mendesain interior dan eksterior Kantor Desa Pemecutan Kaja, karena kantor ini harus tetap melayani kepentingan administrasi masyarakat desa, pada masa pandemi covid-19 dengan tetap menerapkan protokol Kesehatan. Adapun metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Teori Fungsi menurut Victor Papanex, yang meliputi Kebutuhan, Asosiasi, Telesik, Metode, Estetika dan kegunaan. Pada tahap desain, metode di atas juga dipadukan dengan metode Panca Sthiti Ngawi Sani, sebagai metodologi penciptaan seni, yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu; Tahap inspirasi, tahap eksplorasi, tahap konsepsi, tahap eksekusi dan tahap ngebah. Pada masa pandemi saat ini yang menjelang diberlakukan new normal, masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang paham pentingnya pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Salah satu cara agar masyarakat paham mengenai penanganan Covid-19 dan penerapan new normal maka penulis merancang media cuci tangan berupa washtafel yang dapat digunakan tanpa disentuh tangan. Perancangan tersebut dilengkapi poster untuk memberikan informasi yang mudah dipahami mengenai penggunaan washtafel serta tata cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Pelaksanaan program kerja KKN mengalami kendala karena adanya keterbatasan ruang gerak dalam melaksanakan kegiatan survei. The aim of the study is to study the development of cooperation and tourism in the Republic of Azerbaijan within the framework of the European Union. There is a lot of work to be done in tourism management to adapt to the European Union. In particular, there are problems that need to be addressed on a sectoral basis. Nowadays, our country prefers more bilateral relations in relations with the European Union in accordance with its external priorities. In addition to participating in regional EU projects, Azerbaijan, a leading country in terms of its share in the overall economic development of the South Caucasus, is trying to take a certain position in the EU's external relations. Thus, the Azerbaijani state creates new formats of bilateral relations with the European Union, demonstrating the Union's desire to integrate into the common European economic, political and security space, developing all the institutions necessary to get closer to it. One of the realities of modern times is the evolution of new technologies around the world, as well as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics in different spheres of society. Artificial intelligence, which was founded in the middle of the last century, has been one of the most invested in and interesting fields in recent times. Recently one of the most discussed and important issues is the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property rights (IPR). Thus, the ownership of works created by artificial intelligence is one of the most discussed issues. In recent years, on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, modern achievements of world science have been applied in the life of society in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Thoughts on politics and political relations originated in the territory of Azerbaijan in ancient times and have undergone a great evolution. Factors that are very different, and sometimes even contradict each other, have played and continue to play an important role in its emergence and activity. The political system of the Republic of Azerbaijan is political in nature, reflecting the characteristics of the national and historical context. Like all post-Soviet states, the political system of the Republic of Azerbaijan feels a certain influence of the Soviet political system. With the adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the establishment of the parliament on the basis of the first multi-party system, the formation of the political system of Azerbaijan was legally completed on November 12, 1995. Nizami Ganjavi created a tremendous impression in the world literature with his imperishable five poems. The poet used only Nizami pseudonym in his works. This word means disciplined, temperate, a man of poetry, in other words, poems. The first monumental work of Nizami is Makhzan al-Asrar (“The Treasury of Mysteries”). It is his first writing experience in the field of epic poetry. Whatever the poet says, he thinks about modern life, modern people, and people are mostly narrowminded, captured by greed, fame and lust in this age of injustice, unfairness, oppression and arbitrariness. Our language reflects the historical memory, traditions, ethnic and moral views of our people and so on. it is our invaluable spiritual wealth that always lives in us. One of the main tasks of the Azerbaijani language is to educate the young generation in the spirit of love for our national and spiritual resources, ancient history, loyalty to our people and, most importantly, knowledge of the subtleties of the language, using these inexhaustible opportunities. When using historical comments as a tool in the process of teaching the morphology of the Azerbaijani language in the acquisition of grammatical forms regulated by a number of intra-linguistic and extra-linguistic events that are difficult to comprehend, students gain more information about the morphological structure of our language. The use of historical comments in Azerbaijani language lessons should be done systematically. The advantages of referring to its ancient and rich history in the study of the modern state of language are reflected in the correct definition of the morphological structure of the language. We can even point out the importance of commenting on the history of writing in the teaching of the alphabet. In the process of teaching morphology, we can note the importance of commentary in the deep mastery of individual speech senses. The study of morphological features of the Azerbaijani language is based on the principle of history. Because the goal is to instill in today's young generation some information about the history of our language. One of the main tasks of the Azerbaijani language is to educate the young generation in the spirit of love for our national and spiritual resources, ancient history, loyalty to our people and, most importantly, knowledge of the subtleties of the language, using these inexhaustible opportunities. When using historical comments as a tool in the process of teaching the morphology of the Azerbaijani language in the acquisition of grammatical forms regulated by a number of intra-linguistic and extra-linguistic events that are difficult to comprehend, students gain more information about the morphological structure of our language. The use of historical comments in Azerbaijani language lessons should be done systematically. The advantages of referring to its ancient and rich history in the study of the modern state of language are reflected in the correct definition of the morphological structure of the language. We can even point out the importance of commenting on the history of writing in the teaching of the alphabet. In the process of teaching morphology, we can note the importance of commentary in the deep mastery of individual speech senses. The study of morphological features of the Azerbaijani language is based on the principle of history. Because the goal is to instill in today's young generation some information about the history of our language. In this article, we explained to take a look at the meaning of allusion and how it can be used in both day to day conversation as well as how it can be used in literature. We enforced this understanding by taking a look at some examples of how allusion can be used in both of these contexts. In most cases, allusion is used to divert the mind to something which is not within the general context of the current conversation and is often left to the imagination of the listener or reader to create the reference for themselves. When used in writing, an allusion can make a piece appear less bland and much more artful creating a more interesting reading experience.
