The article deals with the processes that complicate the simple phrase on the basis of word-formation laws. Cases of the formation of components of complex phrases are shown by formation methods. There are presentation about the formation of complex word combinations by methods of contamination and conversion in the Uzbek literary language. Of these, nominal complex phrases are more often used; adjectives, numbers, pronouns and modal words are less common. The given examples are substantiated scientifically and theoretically. It is known that the text is a syntactic unit consisting of more than one independent sentence. These sentences are connected with each other by content and grammatical aspect and are merged under one concept. In fictions, where two or more sentences refer to one content there are many cases where the event in the second sentence can not be an obstacle for the occurrence of an event in the first sentence. Such sentences are considered as texts in a field with the same content, indicating the attitude of concession. In syntactic integrities with superphrases, interconnected meaningful relationships arise. Such complex semantic relationships as time-condition, condition-concession, cause-effect, comparison-contrast are realized in them. The article discusses the concept of the syntactic field, supersintactic integrities and their role in the field. The data is given by analyzing many fictional books. Considering that the art of kalagai is a UNESCO non-profit organization under the title "Traditional kalagai art and symbolism, preparation and use of women's silk headdresses". The aim of proceeding investigative actions is obtaining information. For approaching this aim various tactical and tactical-psychological techniques can be used. Particular importance is given to psychological contact as a favorable environment for producing both certain investigative actions and criminal investigation as a whole. It is noteworthy that making psychological contact is considered most often in the frame of producing investigative actions that are verbal in nature. We believe that the problem of making and, what is not less important, maintaining psychological contact should be con sidered more widely and extended to the whole investigation of the entire criminal case. The article discusses the creation of the image of a cust ruler in the “Khamsa” of Nizami Gancavi in the 12th century, who made an invaluable contribution to the revival of Azerbaican, including world culture. It also discusses the development of the ideas of statehood from the perspective of humanism and the important achievements of Azerbaican’s socio-philosophical thought. At the same time, in all his works, the great thinker focused his attention on the problem of moral perfection, hard work and philanthropy. In addition to other high moral qualities, he drew attention to the problem of a cust ruler and an ideal political structure. For him, the main features of a cust ruler are decency and humanism. According to Nizami, virtue is the one who serves his people and on this basis, he called the rulers of his time to custice. He believed that, in a conscious human society, the main task of the state and its leader is to ensure public confidence in the authorities and restore custice. According to the poet, oppression should not be included in the sphere of the state, otherwise the prosperity of such a state will not last long. The Oil Refinery of Heydar Aliyev was created in July 1953 as a new oil refining plant Baki. The combined atmospheric vacuum plant is the main plant at the oil refining factory and its starting capacity produces 6 million tons of crude oil. In 2010, 43,000 tons A-98, 1.18 tons of A-92 and 19,700 tons of gasoline A-80. At the same time, 600 400t kerosene, 214,000 diesel fuels, 214,000 tons. Liquid gas, 267 500t coke and 220 600t. With this investigation, the history of the oil refinery and the details of modernization were considered. 21 out of 24 types of Azerbaijani oil are processed at the Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev, of which 15 types of oil products, including gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oil, petroleum coke, etc. are produced.
