The article is devoted to the study of such a problematic issue of the domestic science of the criminal process as, the definition of the concept of criminal procedural functions. The legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan pays considerable attention to the issues of the legal status of minors. Azerbaijan is a party to international conventions related to these issues, in connection with which it is lawful to update the Azerbaijani legislation in order to bring our country into the international legal space and bring internal legislation into conformity. The problem of juvenile delinquency is a multitude of monographs and scientific articles. At the same time, it should be noted that in connection with the changes taking place in the socio-economic sphere and the ideological basis of our society, the well-known, it would seem, the topic acquires new practical aspects that require legal and theoretical resolution. Along with this, the attempts of the state, made at the legislative level, to designate the specifics of this problem are noticeable. The 1999 Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan in a separate section defined the particulars of criminal responsibility and punishment of juveniles, highlighting them in a special demographic group of criminals and emphasizing the importance of and significance of a special approach to the problem of juvenile delinquency. Azerbaijani carpet weaving as a highly developed field of culture has been formed for many centuries, and our people have come a long way in this field. Our carpet weaving art is further developed with the examples of craftsmanship created by modern carpet artists. Carpet weaving requires all-round talent and hard work. Mammadhuseyn Huseynov is an outstanding artist who preserves the subtleties of carpet art, enriches it even more, and creates colorful national patterns, shades of color, various compositions and plots on the carpet. Each of the works created by the artist is characterized by a rich color scheme, a unique method of processing and artistic expressiveness. He defined his style by creatively continuing his art style, which consisted of a palette of colorful colors, and enriching it with new shades. The purpose of this research is to check the validity and accuracy of “Scale of The Creative Leadership Qualities of School Administrators” by Uchar and Saghlam (2019) in case of Azerbaijan. In total, 613 teachers have completed this survey. The “Scale” has been supported by the values (scores) acquired from the linguistic equivalence and correlation between Azerbaijani and Turkish versions. The research has concluded that there was no necessity to reevaluate the describing factor analysis, because of this fact, validating factor analysis has been conducted in this research. 5 points in the “Scale” has been disapproved and removed at the end of validating factor analysis. The validity of the internal sequence of the “Scale” has been calculated with the use of Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The validity ratio of the subfactors of the “Scale” has been calculated as 0.92 for entrepreneurship and effective communication, 0.94 for innovation and changes and 0.76 for variety. This research concludes that “Scale of The Creative Leadership Qualities of School Administrators” is valid and accurate in case of Azerbaijan. Positive results have been obtained in the implementation of our research at the Livestock and Equestrian Training Center of ADAU on the basis of the recipes we have envisaged, along with the strong feed component, the feed norm and the share of feed in the required norm. The introduction of fully balanced feedings based on recipes has affected the milk yield of animals, as well as the fertility of cows, in addition to strengthening the dynamics of growth and development of young. One of the most widely used premixes on our farm is Ruminant-5322 Ekomix BKB, which has a high efficiency with the following saturation. A premix is a complementary feed mixture that is necessary for its composition and body and is essential to create a fully balanced feed portion. Depending on the abundance of feed available on the farm, it is possible to maintain a complete diet depending on the physiological state of the animals. On the basis of this nutrition, the dynamics of the growth of young animals, the normal development of the child in the womb during the drying period and the formation of the mother's reproductive cycle on demand are determined. Fertility activation is associated not only with the formation of 65 to 80 days in cows, but also with the stabilization of the follicles and the achievement of a form of superovulation. In our research, we found this not only in healthy cows, but also in cows that had difficult labor. In modern times, the change and complication of the structure of crime and civil law relations is gaining special relevance due to the emergence of new forms and mechanisms for the commission of crimes and offenses based on the use of modern computers, information, industry and other high technologies. One of the methods of identification is the identification of a person by a computer image and a vivid image and a skull. Determining the identity of an unknown person based on his skull is one of the most important issues in forensic medicine and criminology. Resolving this issue is of particular importance to the investigation and is usually the closest way to identifying the perpetrator or other circumstances. In addition to general characteristics (race, race type, sex, age, neck length), physical characteristics, traces of trauma and medical intervention are identified to identify the skull skeleton, and when taken together, they can be characterized at the individual level. If the collection of genetic traits is based on objective information about the missing person, then the identity of the suspect can be proven. The article tells about the history of the Karabakh region, its cultural monuments, rich literature, art and musical culture. Considered the cradle of Azerbaijani culture, Karabakh is described as a land where history and modernity meet, describing the richness of the region's beautiful nature, climate and natural resources. It is explained that the cultural values of the ancient land are the result of the centuries-old traditions of the people of this land, the mysterious nature of the region, the wealth of natural resources, which has a positive effect on artistic thinking and creativity. Thanks to the work of the Karabakh people, the folk art of Karabakh, which is widely used in the life of the region, has a long and rich history.
