Coal Requirement Prediction Using BP Neural Network 基于BP神经网络的煤炭需求预测

Coal is one of the most important main energy-consuming resources in our society. It is important to forecast the coal requirement with high accuracy. BP neural network forecasting model has the typical of self-learning and self-adaptation. It is often used in these systems that are difficult to create accurate mathematical model. The factors such as the trend of the industrial coal, the rate of increased GDP, rice index and the proportion in the energy-consuming of coal are considered in this paper. We use improved BP model to predict and simulate in MATLAB. It proves that this prediction has better application.
煤炭是我国社会最重要的主要能源消耗资源之一。准确预测煤炭需求具有重要意义。BP神经网络预测模型具有自学习、自适应的特点。它常用于难以建立精确数学模型的系统中。本文考虑了工业用煤的变化趋势、GDP增长率、稻米指数和煤炭在能源消费中的比重等因素。采用改进的BP模型在MATLAB中进行预测和仿真。结果表明,该预测具有较好的适用性。

Notice of RetractionAnalysis of Supply Chain Model's Changes in High-tech Industrial Cluster 高技术产业集群供应链模式变迁分析

With the rapid development of industrial cluster, in particular the development of high-tech cluster, the supply chain model in cluster is also undergoing profound changes. Through the comparative analysis, this paper studied the difference of high-tech cluster and traditional cluster. On the basis, it further analyzed the changes of supply chain model in high-tech cluster, and got the conclusion that the cluster supply chain is developing from the original single-level network to the multi-level network.
随着产业集群特别是高新技术集群的快速发展,集群中的供应链模式也在发生着深刻的变化。通过对比分析,研究了高新技术产业集群与传统产业集群的差异。在此基础上,进一步分析了高技术集群供应链模式的变化,得出集群供应链正由原来的单层网络向多层网络发展的结论。

Research on Personalized Recommendation System Based on Web Mining 基于Web挖掘的个性化推荐系统研究

More and more E-commerce websites provide the products with different price which made it hard for consumers to find the products and services they wanted. In order to overcome the information overload, personalized recommendation systems were proposed to suggest products and to provide consumers with information to help them decide which products to purchase. Personalized recommendation systems can enhance E-Commerce sales by converting browsers into buyers, increasing cross-sell and building loyalty to prevent customers losing. In this paper the definition of web mining is analyzed, two key personalized recommendation technologies are introduced, a framework of personalized recommendation system based on web mining has been established. In the last part of the paper the author researches on an example system: Amazon.com.

Progress in Geographic Information Standardization 地理信息标准化研究进展

This paper reviews and compares progress in geographic information standardization. The result shows that both international and national standardization organizations are all focusing more and more on standardization of geographic information services, instead of geographic data. Based on the comparison analysis, this paper considers and suggests countermeasures on working mechanism and theoretical content deployment of national geographic information standardization.

Research on Market Operating Mechanism of China's Digital Information Service 中国数字信息服务市场运行机制研究

Nowadays, the digital and networked information environment has brought great convenience to people's lives. It is the extensive use of information technology and the rapid development of Internet that has accelerated the global informatization. Thus, the digital information service has become a hot issue. As the market is the key to maintain and function the economic relations, the study of market operating mechanism of digital information would be of great significance. This article is trying to describe the composition of digital information service market with positive analysis, and also analyze its operating mechanism from three aspects: price, supply and demand, as well as competition. At the same time, we also expound the existing problem to present situation of digital information service.

The Relationship between Economic Growth and Agricultural Growth: The Case of China 经济增长与农业增长的关系:以中国为例

For the relationship between agriculture and economic development, this issue has been in controversy. This article performs econometric model analysis in the case of China for the year 1952-2007 showing that there has always been an positive relation between agricultural and economic growth and discusses how agriculture makes a contribution to economy growth. We conclude: (1) although the share of agriculture in GDP has declined significantly over time, the contribution of agricultural growth has maintained an upward trend with the elimination of the price index and it has made an important market, foreign exchange, factor (finance and labour), output contributions to nonagricultural growth and then it remains an irreplaceable driving force for economic growth; (2) economic growth strongly does not necessarily need a higher GDP growth rate in the agricultural sector. China should and have strength to enter the stage of industry nurturing agriculture. Enhancing agricultural contributions needs to continue to encourage the transfer of rural labour, raise the level of consumption of rural residents, encourage export and increase farmers’ income so that the national economy develops rapidly and orderly.

Government Intervention, Diversification and Firm Performance: Based on the Endogenous Investigation 政府干预、多元化与企业绩效:基于内生调查

Applying Simultaneous Equation Models With the data of publicly listed firms in china from 2001 to 2008, the paper analyses the performance of diversification based on the dual features of the government intervention and the endogeneity of Diversification. the empirical results indicate that diversification discount change into a significant diversification premium. In addition, government-controlled multisegment firms have lower MV/BV in average than non-government-controlled multi- segment firms while government-controlled single- segment firms have higher MV/Bv in average than non-government-controlled multi-segment firms. Overall, government intervention is not always Grabbing-Hand.

The adaptive Immune genetic algorithm’s evolution speed is quick and the optimizing ability is unyielding, it’s a effective improvement of the standard genetic algorithm. But it still has the problem of easily falling into local optimum solution. The chaotic algorithm can carry out the ergodic character making a perturbation motion in a certain range of the value, so that the algorithm can jump out of local optimum solution, find the global parameter optimization. In this paper we lead chaos factor into the adaptive Immune algorithm to make the algorithm easier to find the global optimum solution

With the rapid development of economics, many environmental problems have emerged to threaten human health, such as dirtier water, green house effect. Industry is forced to improve its environmental management to reduce pollutions and consumption for natural resource as the main source of pollution. The suppliers of enterprises are the important section for enterprises to improve their environmental management, so how to select green suppliers need to be researched. The empirical study has been developed to design the system of green supplier selection indices based on the Chinese manufacture enterprises in this paper. Through factor analysis by SPSS, the main factors for green suppliers' selection are identified. The weights confirmations for indices system are also pointed by factor analysis in the end.

Based on overlapping knowledge under the E-commerce environment, this article has analyzed the factors of knowledge transfer in Knowledge Alliance. It has put forward the four -factor model and analyzed four major factors such as the nature of knowledge, the inner factors within enterprise, the outer factors among alliance partners and the E-commerce alliance environment. Three kinds of relationships between factors and knowledge transfer are explained: positive effect, negative effect and an inverted U-shape effect.
近年来,知识联盟已成为企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。基于电子商务环境下知识的重叠,分析了知识联盟中知识转移的影响因素。提出了四因素模型,分析了知识的性质、企业内部因素、联盟伙伴之间的外部因素和电子商务联盟环境四个主要因素。分析了要素与知识转移之间的三种关系:正效应、负效应和倒u型效应。
