Research on Technology of Web Services Composition in Mobile Devices Based OWL-S 基于OWL-S的移动设备Web服务组合技术研究

In order to let mobile devices get Web services easily under ubiquitous computing environment. This paper proposes a method that based on OWL-S technology for accessing to Web services by Web services’ combination. First of all, Using OWL-S to describe Web service’s semantic, which is focus on aspect of S-IOPRD (Semantic based Inputs, Outputs, Preconditions, Results and Domain);Secondly, we design a architecture, which is based on OWL-S, and detail each module functions of topology framework and system architecture; Then, we introduce the prototype system; Finally, as results of the analysis of the examples and examples’ data, we ensure mobile devices access to Web services continuality and stability.
为了让移动设备在普适计算环境下轻松获得Web服务。本文提出了一种基于OWL-S技术的Web服务组合访问Web服务的方法。首先,利用OWL-S对Web服务的语义进行描述,重点研究了基于语义的输入、输出、前提条件、结果和域(S-IOPRD)方面的内容;其次,设计了基于OWL-S的体系结构,详细描述了拓扑框架和系统体系结构的各个模块功能;然后,介绍了原型系统;最后,根据对示例和示例数据的分析结果,我们保证了移动设备访问Web服务的连续性和稳定性。

Audience Analysis and Development Measures of “Zhejiang Online” 《浙江在线》受众分析及发展对策

At the time of new media, i.e. the mediamorphosis supported by new technology, such as digital magazine, digital newspaper, digital radio, mobile short message, mobile television, network, digital television, digital movie, tangible media, etc. Comparing with the four traditional media, i.e. newspapers and journals, outdoor media, radio and television, New Media is called “the fifth media”. The transition from the concept of “propagator focus” to “audience focus” at the new media times and the combination of media functions through Internet makes the audience more and more significant in the media market. Under this background, the management of customer relations is becoming a key factor in audience investigation and market development. This paper aims at, basing on the development of Zhejiang Online, through comparing the customer relation managements of between both the old and new media, analyzing the audience characteristics and development resolutions of China’s news websites from the perspective of customer relation management (CRM), thus offering constructive advice in the growth of Zhejiang Online.
新媒体时代,即新技术支持下的媒介形态,如数字杂志、数字报纸、数字广播、移动短信、移动电视、网络、数字电视、数字电影、有形媒体等。与报刊、户外媒体、广播电视这四大传统媒体相比,新媒体被称为“第五媒体”。新媒体时代从“传播者焦点”向“受众焦点”的观念转变,以及媒体功能通过互联网的结合,使得受众在媒体市场中的地位越来越重要。在此背景下,客户关系管理成为受众调查和市场开发的关键因素。本文旨在以浙江在线的发展为基础,通过对新旧媒体客户关系管理的比较,从客户关系管理(CRM)的角度分析中国新闻网站的受众特征和发展对策,从而为浙江在线的发展提供建设性的建议。

The supervision industry earned rapid development under the government's enforced implementation. Great achievements have been achieved after a decade of exploring, summarizing and enhancing. However, with the maturation of market economy, enforced supervision policy has revealed kinds of disadvantages which are harmful to steady development of supervision industry. Therefore, it is imperative to cancel the enforced supervision policy gradually.

According to description of moral hazard which is exposed in project management, this paper point out the reason why moral hazard occurs from the view of human nature. The project manager is gradually growing up, the whole process should contain four stage, such as initial stage, growing stage, mature stage, and self-realization stage. In each stage project manager has different weakness of human nature. Different management practices should be applied for different levels of project management by organization to avoid moral hazard events.

Staffs' perceived work pressure has complex influence on their performance. Empirical study indicates that work pressure can increase staffs' emotional labor and job burnout significantly, lead to emotional burnout and then affect performance negatively. So managers in service industry should pay attention to pressure management, adopt humanity methods to reduce staffs' emotional labor and job burnout for the purpose of improving staffs' input and work efficiency.

Obtaining Enterprise's Sustainable Competitive Advantage from eCRM 从eCRM获取企业持续竞争优势

In e-commerce era, successful strategic CRM is the basis for a sustainable and hard-to-imitate competitive advantage, however, how does electronic customer relation management (eCRM) help enterprises to obtain the competitive advantages? This paper just gives an answer to this question. This paper sets out from analyzing the source of enterprise's sustained competitive advantage, studies the function and tactics of customer relation in the obtainment of enterprise competitive advantage. Meanwhile, through typical case analysis of network enterprise Alibaba, it expounded the fact that enterprises can obtain the competitive advantage through implementing electronic customer relation management in information technology era.

Research of Product Oil Demand Forecast Based on the Combination Forecast Method 基于组合预测法的成品油需求预测研究

The demand forecast is very necessary during the process of product oil supply because the distribution of product oil consumer market is not balanced in our country, in order to respond to market demand in time, so that, the enterprise not only keep the balance of the supply and demand of product oil by the production planning according to the information of the timely market demand forecast, but also can reduce cost of the product transportation and inventory. Now the product oil demand is forecasted in this paper by the combination forecast method based on the arithmetic average, moving average, index smoothing method. Through comprehensive use of the demand forecasting methods, we can reduce the prediction error and improve the precision of requirement forecast, and a group of optimal solution will be selected in these several forecasting methods.
由于我国成品油消费市场分布不均衡,在成品油供应过程中,需求预测是非常必要的,为了及时对市场需求做出反应,企业不仅可以根据及时的市场需求预测信息,通过生产计划来保持成品油的供需平衡,还可以降低成品油的运输和库存成本。本文采用基于算术平均法、移动平均法、指数平滑法的组合预测方法对成品油需求进行预测。通过对需求预测方法的综合运用,可以减少预测误差,提高需求预测的精度,并在这几种预测方法中选出一组最优解。

Research on E-Government System Evaluation Based on Hierarchical Grey Analysis 基于层次灰色分析的电子政务系统评价研究

Evaluation of e-government is the basis for improving e-government performance. An evaluation indexes system is established from interior and exterior dimensionality based on service and application. And the evaluation arithmetic is built by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and grey evaluation method. AHP was used to calculate the weight of indicators, grey evaluation method is used to evaluate the synthetically evaluation. Taking one e-government system as an example, the experimental results indicate that the hierarchy grey evaluation method is effective.

A Sensor Awaking Strategy for Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks Target Tracking 无线多媒体传感器网络目标跟踪中的传感器唤醒策略

Concentrating on node scheduling in tracking target across special region with uniform speed, the authors put forward a strategy for target tracking in wireless multi-sensor networks. The corresponding algorithm working depends on the virtual potential method. To sense target dynamically by sense nodes, we structure virtual force between moving target and the current sense node, then select the next sense one with information gain function so that as few nodes as possible are used to get the maximum probability of motion trajectory sensing when target cross the specific areas. The proposed algorithm is verified from the simulations.
针对目标匀速跨特定区域跟踪中的节点调度问题,提出了一种无线多传感器网络目标跟踪策略。相应的算法的工作依赖于虚势法。通过感知节点对目标进行动态感知,在运动目标与当前感知节点之间构造虚拟力,然后利用信息增益函数选择下一个感知节点,使目标穿过特定区域时使用的节点尽可能少,从而获得最大的运动轨迹感知概率。仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性。
