The “Guru Penggerak” program is one of the most important parts of the “merdeka belajar” policy. Mobilizing teachers are designated as agents of transformation to reform the education system from the smallest unit, namely schools. This study aims to find and examine important discourses about the role of agents in the process of organizational transformation by focusing on the role of the guru penggerak in driving school transformation process by appreciative inquiry framework. The method used is a qualitative method with a constructivist approach by referring to theoretical analysis and document study. The results of this study indicate that the guru penggerak program shifted the management of change in education from a centralized pattern towards decentralization with activating teachers as agents and schools as centers of transformation. Guru penggerak plays a role in bringing the new vision of learning and spreading this vision to all stakeholders. The process of transformation that is driven by the guru penggerak is carried out using an appreciative inquiry approach to explore the potential and strength of change from within the school through a dialogue process so as to minimize the occurrence of counterproductive resistance.

Stereotypes are an idea or image that many people have toward other people, groups, or things which are usually dominated by negative beliefs. Stereotypes become part of the human mindset in terms of how to see other people from different perspectives. Stereotypes can be found in various media including movies, advertisements, and literature. This research attempts to analyze the stereotypes in Eka Kurniawan’s short story collection entitled “Perempuan Patah Hati Yang Kembali Menemukan Cinta Melalui Mimpi”. This short story collection appeals to our interest because of how Eka Kurniawan brought these stories into different places, plots, and topics. This research used a descriptive qualitative method in analyzing the stereotypes in the story. The data were collected through reading the stories, note taking or highlighting the stereotypes in the story, analyzing, then categorizing the stereotypes. This research found there are 4 types of stereotypes including nationality stereotypes, racial stereotypes, political stereotypes, and gender stereotypes. The result shows that the most dominant stereotypes in Eka Kurniawan’s short story collection are gender stereotypes.

There is no definite provision regarding the day of the implementation of this Takiran, which is definitely still in the day of the month of Sura according to the agreement of the villagers with the village head. Usually it is taken on Sundays or holidays with the consideration that the implementation of this takiran can be enjoyed by many the community, especially those who work days. Before praying together and eating takir rice, usually the men work to clean the environment and public facilities, while the women/mothers prepare Nasi Takir complete with side dishes. This study uses theory Clifford Geertz's interpretation of culture is culture n is a pattern of meaning contained in various symbols. While the method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique used is a literature study by reading books and interviews with village heads and local elders. The purpose of this study is that we can find out the philosophical meanings contained in takir are very unique, namely "organized and thought" and "taqwa and dhikr" as well as knick-knacks in the takiran tradition. in the past until now, it's just that there are some villages that have combined the looks of more modern takiran. There are also those who still maintain the procedures and appearance of the takir rice, such as in the village of Selanegara which still uses banana leaves which are shaped takir as a place for rice and then on top put side dishes, vegetables and other accessories.

Journals and books that discuss ngelmu in Serat Wedhatama become databases and analyses. The result of this study is that in Serat Wedhatama, ngelmu is also not limited to theory and intellectuals alone, but a practice that is aware of the noble values of teachings (piwulang). Between science and deeds must be balanced. People who try to find ngelmu (makrifat) by going through suluk or Sufism are called Sufis or mystics.
