The present study addresses the Ottoman Empire and kingdom of Borno relationships in the 16th century, aiming at figuring out the nature of these relationships, its aspects, and impact on the future of the Sudan region. The study aims equally at denying the opinions saying that the existence of the Ottoman Empire was limited to the coastal areas, not far interior areas. This research paper relies on historical, descriptive, and analytical and comparative method by analyzing and describing documents then putting them in their historical and geographical context related to that period. It depends also on comparing historical sources upon their information and the accuracy of this information. Methods used in this regard are archives as the first source for investigating the circumstances of bilateral relationships besides historical sources that co-existed with the events from all parts, in addition to the historical sources and specialized reference investigation and interpretation processes. The study concluded that the existence of the Ottoman Empire is a real extension in Sudan and that the kingdom of Borno wad dependent nominally to the Ottoman Empire. The latter had a civilizational role in the Sudan region. Ancient and modern Moroccan literature is unfair in describing the relationship between the Ottoman Empire and kingdom of Borno.

The present study raises a major question represented in the adequacy of the provisions of warranting exposure and maturity in the Bahraini law in addressing cases of exposure and maturity to which buyers of electronic software are exposed. Our concern is justifiable because this law was issued before the great change and revolution that took place in the world of communications and technology, which produced the Internet that accommodated the vast world, in a way that made the world look like a small room and not even a small village, so it canceled the distances and changed the method of communication between people. Accordingly, this study deals with the general rules contained in the civil law that regulated the seller’s obligation to warranty exposure and maturity, as well as indicating the adequacy of the provisions contained in the copyright protection law to preserve the right of contracting parties to purchase electronic software. It also tackles what this exposure may lead to the possibility of maturity to third parties when the seller is unable to take an action against disturbance of possession. The importance of this issue is important in many ways, most notably the attempt to regulate this warranty, as this issue was not regulated accurately in the copyright protection law, although this law considered electronic software as works covered by the protection stipulated in it. So, I began my study by defining electronic software and their types, and then I tackled the definition of contracts for the sale of electronic software, their elements and their characteristics. Moreover, the legal basis for the seller’s obligation to warranty of exposure and maturity, and then I detailed in two chapters with the meaning and provisions of each of the warranty of exposure and maturity. The conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations.

The paper examines the historical development and current dynamics of Pakistan's strategic culture. This study explores the key influences, events, and trends that have shaped Pakistan's strategic culture through a combination of historical research, case studies, and content analysis.Partition of British India, early state creation, military involvement, and ties with regional and international powers are all examples. How Pakistan maintains a balance of power in the area, maintains credible deterrent capabilities, pursues diplomacy, and deals with domestic difficulties are all aspects of national security and foreign policy examined in this paper. The end of the Cold War, the War on Terror, and the shifting geopolitical landscape are just a few examples of the global and regional environmental changes that have influenced Pakistan's strategic culture. Understanding the development of Pakistan's strategic culture and the country's regional and global dynamics is essential for foreseeing Pakistan's behaviour and policy choices in the future. Pakistan's strategic decision-making is complex and multifaceted, and this research contributes to our understanding of strategic culture and provides light on those complexities.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the best of the messengers of our Prophet Muhammad and on his family and companions. The Holy Quran has included many great surahs and each surah of its topics and features, and purposes are characterized by it, and every person must be aware of them, Muslim or non-Muslim, so that the non-Muslim has a general culture in which he learns about the different religions and cultures of all peoples, in order to be able to coexist with other individuals of different religions and nationalities, but if a person is a Muslim, then seeing such topics is one of the duties and necessities that he ordered. The true Islamic religion is for every Muslim. I have explained in my research this definition of an important surah of the Holy Qur'an, which is Surat Al-Ma'idah, and included my research title tagged with (definition of Surat Al-Ma'idah) and divided into three sections, I was given to the first section of the definition of Surat Al-Ma'idah and its arrangement and the recipe of its descent, in which I explained the order of this blessed Sura in the Holy Qur'an, and the recipe of its descent and then came the second section entitled the names of Surat Al-Ma'idah has shown the most important names of this noble Sura in the narrations of our Holy Prophet And his companions and his family, may God be pleased with them all, and the names mentioned on the age of the scholars of the Islamic nation honorable, then came the third section entitled the topics of Surat Al-Ma'idah and its purposes, in which I explained the most important topics and purposes brought by Surat Al-Ma'idah, then came the conclusion in which I showed the most important results reached in this research. This study aimed to analyze the phenomenon of change theoretically, by evoking the concept within its epistemological contexts, from the perspective of researchers and academics, who devoted their studies to develop a clear conception of the concept of change. There have been many perspectives that have studied the subject with the efforts of scholars and researchers affiliated with different theoretical ideologies. We find functional interpretations of change as a vital process, and Marxism as a picture of contradictions, while other theories emphasize the role played by the conflicting elites over social power, or cultural and technological factors, especially the factor Invention in the process of change.

Despite the importance of the marine environment, as a source of food, natural resources, a means of transportation, and a place for the disposal of waste and unwanted materials, it still suffers from some threats that pose a danger to it, and among the main threats that cause damage to the marine environment are threats resulting from the effects of climate change and ocean acidification, as the marine environment is affected by the harmful effects of climate change resulting from the existence of a close correlation between climate change and the phenomenon of ocean acidification, and countries cannot comply The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (1992) and the 2015 Paris Agreement should be read in light of the broader commitments contained in the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and one step is to introduce an explicit requirement in the reporting procedures under the Paris Agreement for States to explain the steps they have taken to address ocean acidification.

The objective of the study is to analyze the principles of strategic planning in SMEs in the tourism sector in the city of Riohacha, as well as to carry out a documentary review of the theory that frames the study of these variables, to constitute an important bibliographic material to support the future research. This study bases its methodology on documentary analysis since it has analyzed what has been written and published by different authors and researchers, through their works related to the principles of strategic planning in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the tourism sector. Among the main contributions made by this research, it is established that thanks to the proposed documentary analysis, it was possible to know the most general and most important aspects within the management of SMEs in terms of strategic planning, addressing areas such as personnel management, inventory management, and design of marketing strategies, among others, which allow building theoretical foundations for the generation of new knowledge in this regard.

This study explores a novel approach to defining terrorism, and evaluating its potential contributions and limitations. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the concept by analyzing its key features, motivations, and impact. The study proposes a new definition of terrorism that accounts for the complex and evolving nature of this phenomenon, building on the conceptual framework proposed by Prof. Alex Schmid and Prof. Ben Saul. By examining the key features, motivations, and effects of terrorism, the research seeks to offer a more comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the concept that can inform policy and practice. This innovative approach to defining terrorism will be evaluated in light of existing literature and empirical evidence, to advance the discourse on this critical issue. The findings of this research present a new definition of terrorism based on the UIC approach. The UIC approach has three basic components: (1) Understanding Terrorism, (2) Interests of Actors, and (3) Counterterrorism Policy & Implications. A comprehensive definition of terrorism will be provided using the approach introduced in the article.

Examining the necessity of having legal knowledge to advance managerial goals in relation to the laws governing the country, in order to prevent material and moral losses of employees and employers in line with advancing goals and preventing possible irreparable mistakes and possible conflict with the law in the workplace And on the other hand, it is the development and improvement of job performance, because the decisions of a human resources manager are directly influential, and compliance with it can increase the effectiveness of managerial duties with correct decisions in different trends, and alert the awareness of wrong consequences, and by recommending the method right and specifically about why it is necessary to be surrounded by laws and to learn and teach them to others, to be able to have the highest efficiency, to avoid the conflict of their decisions with the law by considering human and work justice.
